SShulanyueliangjiaThis place is perfect for solo travelers. You often face all sorts of issues like finding food, drinks, and entertainment when traveling alone, but everything here is taken care of. Plus, there are lots of robots, and the price is very affordable. Among all the mainstream travel agencies, this one is excellent. The service attitude is fantastic and very welcoming. It's highly recommended for a relaxing stay, whether you're a solo female traveler or traveling with friends.

GGuest UserThe host was incredibly kind and quick to respond to all my questions and requests. The accommodation itself was very cozy and comfortable. Having Cole Mart, cafes, and restaurants all nearby was super convenient. But the biggest highlight was being able to walk to the beach in under 3 minutes from the accommodation. It was perfect for staying with my 4-year-old child.

AAleksei KleimenovTerrible service! This is the first hotel/motel I've ever been to that didn't accommodate its customers. Australia never ceases to amaze me, in the worst sense of the word. The situation was this. We were planning to drive from Norseman to Lucky Bay (near Esperance) to see kangaroos and swim in the ocean, and then check into the hotel at around 8 p.m. But the motel confronted me with a fait accompli: check-in is strictly from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.!!! Not an hour later! Otherwise, they won't give you the keys, and you'll be sleeping on the street. I physically didn't have time to drive such a long distance, stop at Lucky Bay, and check into the motel before 6 a.m., which I've repeatedly written in private messages about. No response! The answer was the same: if I don't make it, they won't give me the keys. I called the management and asked them to accommodate me, leave the keys in the box, explaining that I was a tourist, my first time in Australia, and would probably never come back, that I wouldn't have time to see the kangaroos at Lucky Bay. The motel management turned a deaf ear to my requests. Unfortunately, it was impossible to book another hotel. These people at the hotel are completely incompetent! Where has anyone ever seen a motel that only allows occupancy for such a short period of time?! I hope trip.com support takes appropriate action.

GGuest UserVery nice size room. The room I booked had a double plus a single bed and a table with 2 chairs. Toaster microwave and dishes. For the price point I can say that this room represents fairly good value for money. I did read another review before booking that states no power next to bed this is false as there is 2 double outlets under the side tables next to the bed. Location is about 25 minutes from the train station. But there is a 808 bus service that runs on this road for very little money. This bus service runs in a loop around every hour. To go to Middleton beach you can catch the 803 service this runs a loop approximately 3 to 4 times per day. There is a McDonald's Coles and Aldi within close walk next door is chicken treat across the road is a good tackle Shop and outdoor sports.

Kkimyap11ample parking spaces; you can park in front of your unit. there is also a bus stop within walking distance on both sides of the road to access the motel. i believe the rooms were recently renovated so everything was in good condition. there are some eateries within walking distance nearby and also a petrol station nearby too. a short bus ride (2 stops) will take you to woolworths for your groceries needs. overall a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe environment is top-notch: The public areas and overall decor are very stylish, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for photos. The hygiene is excellent: The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was fresh, and there were no unpleasant odors, making for a very comfortable stay. Front desk service was average: The staff at check-in were a bit cold and didn't offer greetings or explanations proactively. It was pretty much a 'self-service' experience. If you prioritize hardware and hygiene, you can book this place without hesitation. However, if you highly value service experience, you might be a little disappointed.

JJToeyCervantes Pinnacles Motel offers a decent stay, though the facilities show signs of age that could use some updating. With limited accommodation options in Cervantes, this hotel serves as a reasonable choice. Lobster Shack@Cervantes WA🦞Not to be missed!!!

MMariaA nice hostel not too far from Perth city center. Good things I liked: - Comfortable mattress, with a small curtain for a little privacy - Staffs were nice and helpful - common areas, kitchen, and showers/toilets were cleaned daily - Plus point: Breakfast included (simple toasts with peanut butter/Jam/choc spread) - Free coffee and tea (not the best quality but ok) - near bus stop and grocery (Woolworths) Not so good things: - rooms are quite cramped - no signage outside, bit confusing & hard to find for first timers - Most of the furniture and kitchen facilities are quite old - front porch & yard seems messy & unaesthetic - Price-to-quality ratio: ok The free breakfast, nice & helpful staff, kitchen space and social areas make this hostel recommendable. However, needs for hostel signage & revamping of all spaces & furnitures would make it a highly recommended hostel.

ohanaI stayed for 6 days, and it was my first time staying in an overseas hostel! Regarding amenities, nothing is provided, so you need to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. There are only showers. The cleanliness depends on the room you're in. My room was a bit messy because I was sharing it with someone who had been staying there for a long time. The hallway had boots and shoes from guests, but it wasn't inconvenient to walk through. The communal kitchen and lobby were great for relaxing, which I really appreciated. There's also an exclusive guest area on the first floor where you can play games or eat. Since I was traveling solo this time, I didn't usually use it, but I found out about it when I had dinner with my roommate once. The reception staff were polite, energetic, and made for a pleasant experience. It was also possible to store luggage after check-out; it was set up so you could put your bags in a luggage room yourself.
