We were in a hunt of a good hotel. Looked for a few properties around which gave me nightmares just looking at those rooms. Hotel Ganesh palace for me was the very best. Felt like a very good 3 star hotel. Rooms are very spacious… the linens were very clean. There was a fridge as well in the room (rare in this category). Washrooms were damn clean with a water heater installed. Room service was very prompt and provided with whatever was requested. Parking is available currently in front of the hotel, but there’s a dedicated parking underway. Lifts will be operational in the neat 20 days as well. Overall the place is great for family and friends. Highly recommended. Thanks to Mr. Jagan for wonderful service.

affordable price and clean place , friendly boss . check in anytime , walking distance to food stall , and airport is quiet far for walking , but there's alot of Tuk Tuk bike , they called it AUTO , can wave to them to ask for their service any time , can fit 2 person or 1 adult + 2 kids , price are ok . SR resident boss know few of them , you can ask him to book for you . travel to city's temple only cost about 400 rubees

The location is amazing not crowded, and there is a very good view from the room. Homely food, comfortable room stay and great service. Thanks to the resort people who had made our stay a comfortable one.

The property was neat and clean but the kitchen has no cooking utensils. Their hospitality team was so bad that they tried to rob us for rs. 1000- stating make my trip is charging for late check out. On a note the check out time was 12:30pm and i was checking out by 12:32pm. When i called mm t they denied of charging fine and the property manager without a shame not even apologising said ok sir you can go.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [hotel and i must say, it was an unforgettable experience! from the moment i arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. What truly sets [hotel name] apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

Good location, amenities and services good. Only check in timings and check out timings were not right for us. Instead of timings, 24 hours calculations be made, anytime check in and any time check out, now it is 12. 00 noon to 12. 00 noon.

Hotel is located in a prime and residential area. All shops like pharmacy, hotels, parlors and bus stops are nearby the hotel. Premium rooms are so big enough for a family of 3. We stayed there for 3 days. Hotel's manager (mr. Sankar sir) and room care taker are so helpful and kind.

We stayed few hours only. Welcoming was good. We had pleasant stay. Only thing it is located at interior. Since i am a local, i can locate the address easily. But outsiders it is difficult. Receptionist was helpful and his behaviour is good. Overall it is good to stay.

It was a terrible experience for me and my family staying in this hotel. After doing some research and reading review, we booked this hotel after finding deal on TripAdvisor through Agoda @around 12K a day (19 May - 21 May). The booking was done for a 3BHK Villa. When we reached the reception, no one was there (First Surprise) . I had to wait for around 5 minutes and then the Receptionist cum Manager came. (Obviously when the reception was deserted so no one was there to pick my call). After that the check-in was smooth. The surprise started once we started going to the villa. The second surprise was that We had to cross the full muddy area to reach the room. In the way , we had to pass through , what seems like never cleaned stairs. The property badly needs maintenance. The Shock came when we saw that the room was not cleaned after the previous occupant might have left. The bedsheet and blanket covers were dirty. The hairs and all was still there. The bathrooms were dirty too. It was already dark and when we complained, attended (who came to leave us till room ) said that someone will come , but eventually no one came. Next Shock – In the evening power got cut and after waiting for couple of minutes, I thought to call the reception (hope against hope) but the intercom was dead. I had to walk till reception in dark and rain to check what is happening. They said that last night the wires got cut and hence the intercom is not working for my villa. The manager gave his cell number to contact whenever I need too. He also informed that the generator is there but they are arranging the Diesel to start it up. Next Shock – We ordered the dinner from the hotel , the food was half cooked. Finally I had to order in night via Zomato/Swiggy. Next Shock – They do not have any travel desk who can arrange a taxy for you (anyway this one is comparatively smaller shock 😊) But the manager called an Auto next morning. Next Shock – In the morning, the plumbing of two of the three bathrooms went wrong. So we all whole family used Single Bathroom). While going away, I informed Vincent about all issue, (cleanliness and bathroom) and he assured that he will do something. This is different that when I returned in evening, the same bedsheet were on the bed. The bathroom plumbing were fixed only to be broken next morning. Next Shock – Vincent is the Manager cum receptionist cum full in-charge , but getting him was a big challenge. Most of the time he was no in the reception and not picking his cell phone. My intercom was still not working till I checked out. Only good thing that , they allowed my car to be parked till 1 PM on the check out date . I really appreciate it. Overall : It was an overly priced and a poorly maintained and managed resort. Far from city and finding any means to get out from here is a challenge . Very bad experience for me.

Good home made food but need to check the bill before paying, they are charging for tea/coffee that is included in the free breakfast. During heavy rains they water leaks from roof, there were some clothes left on the table for next day, all were wet. One good thing was there was hot water available all the time. 5/10

I recently stayed at Sai Residency and had an unexpectedly disappointing experience. The first issue was with the parking area – there’s a significant hump at the entrance. My car got stuck, and it was clear the hump has caused issues for others too, given the visible scratches. To make matters worse, there was no warning sign about this, and when I raised it with the receptionist, the response was dismissive, as if it was a new problem. The second major issue was that they turned off the AC in the middle of the night. This made for an uncomfortable stay, especially after already dealing with the parking problem. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you value decent customer service and a comfortable, uninterrupted stay.
