Great super clean hotel, super friendly owner, helpful staff, strategically located. Restaurant next door serves great food at economical price. Botanical garden, tibetian market n commercial Street are walkable. Other sight seeing places are easily accessible by vehicle. The owner Mr. Maria dass converses well and helps to finalise places of visit, also does his bit to keep the guests happy. If you are in Ooty go ahead with Hotel Carnation, it's the best choice within the city.

We stayed there for three nights and our stay was very nice. Rooms are good in size and looks nice. Bathrooms are neat and clean. Staffs are very professional and well trained. Location is very nice and nearby surroundings look good

I chose this hotel because I had an early flight. The room is clean, the wifi is working properly, the front desk is very attentive, the air conditioning is also there, but if you want to use it, you need to add 400 rupees. In short, the price is still very good as an Indian hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help us in every aspect of our needs. Mother required a wheel chair to go to the temple and we found the condition of the temple wheel chair was not satisfactory. The hotel staff volantarily provided us with a good wheel chair to take mother. They extended the hours of hot water availability to suit mother's needs. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Thirukadaiyur

Hotel is in 2 nd floor. One way for car parking. Hotel in bazaar road so not comfortable. Worst experience toilet seating pad separate. Ac is very worst. Tv not working next day morning after 10am room change for tv problem. Room telephone not clear voice. Brake fast very worst. For each and every thing we need to ask after finish break fast only some item refill. Even coffee is too bad. Over all it is not worth for 500 rs room.very old hotel. Free soap 2 rs worth, one rs oil and 1 rs clinic plus shampoo given after request. No water in room after request only they given. Good thing: Good hot shower Staff are good Give extension for 2 hour(bet after fight only) total i stay in hotel for 14 hours My advice Google for some other good hotel.
