Homestays in Kerala, India

The rooms are very clean and cozy. The balcony view was amazing. The service is extremely good and satisfactory. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is also very nice, the kandhari chicken and kaju masala combination was very tasty.

Beautiful homestay amongst leafy greenery with delightful kind and attentive hosts. Biju thank you so much. Breakfast was delicious and substantial with an array of fresh fruit , omelette and Indian breakfast. Very filling and much appreciated to start the day. Very clean and air con room and ample communal lounge areas to use. Having a kettle and tea/coffee/ water station was much appreciated. Offered fruit and cake on arrival was a lovely touch. Biju also arranged a number of trips for guests though we had no time to experience, other guests gave excellent reports. Highly recommend you try this homestay in Alleppey.

It is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.

Very convenient location, 600 meters from maharaja's college metro. Friendly and cordial stuffs. Sincere thanks to krishnendu for the room upgrade. Comfortable room, clean bed and clean bathroom.

An awesome place to stay, a lovely family and great value rooms, clean, spacious and characteristic. Close to central Fort Kochi, all the amenities and sights to see are within walking distance, can also get to any of them for about 30-50 rupees. Nice size wet room, clean and functional. Food in the morning was superb. Thank you very much, we will be coming back!

It’s a fantastic stay. We happened to be in Alleppey for one day and we found this unique homestay on Trip.com and booked and we made the best decision. The place is so nice and the host Mr. Lalan is very very kind man who attended to all our requests. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I have travelled the world staying in every type of accommodation imaginable- and never have we experienced such warm, generous hospitality, such utterly beautiful food or such breathtakingly stunning surroundings! Mr and Mrs Xavier Joseph could not have made us more welcome into their beautiful home and their friendly, quiet village, helping us arrange trips and excursions, answering our ***y questions about local life and plying us with beautiful, authentic Keralan cuisine (as spicy as we wanted it!) day and night- as well as fresh water, tea and coffee and snacks. I actually cried when we had to leave this place! The surroundings are idyllic. During the course of our stay we took four very long walks all around the surrounding area (rice fields, canals and waterways, little streets and communities) and in that whole time did not see one single other tourist- we were absolutely able to experience 'real' rural Backwaters life and it was absolutely magical. If you want peace and quiet, beautiful scenery, the warmest of welcomes and the greatest food you will ever taste then this is the place for you! From the bottom of our hearts, heartfelt thanks to Mr and Mrs Xavier Joseph from my husband and I for giving us an experience we will NEVER, ever forget:) Carly and Simon Fee, United Kingdom

Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. Clean and spacious room. Greenery park around plam grove service villa gives you very calm atmosphere. There are a lot of love birds and aquarium in that campus. Toilet is very clean and nicely kept. There is no need of air conditioner during hot season because of very tall trees and plants. There is badminton court infront of villa for sports like activities. Staff's are very friendly and they are ready to help at any time. Kochi Lulu mall is nearby. Nearby metro station is edappally, kochi. MAJ Hospital is just 50 meters away from this plam grove service villa. And also there is a traffic police Assistant Commissioner office is also about 50 meters away from the stay. So, I give Five out of five for this wonderful Stay. Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs.

The hotel as well as the hosts were incredible! Simple, yet cozy with a great relaxing vibe - that’s exactly what one needs to enjoy Kerala’s beach and sun! Highly recommend
