2nd stay on my return trip from kalbarri to Perth city. Location is superb as it's walking distance to jetty and also restaurant/cafe. Room can be a bit cold...

The location of the room was great -ground. Plenty of available parking spots. I left early in the morning and discovered the gate into parking area was locked so you exist through the reception area which was good security for guests and the safety of your car.The guy at reception was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and simple but caters for a travellers needs. You receive what you pay for & not everyone can afford over $100 a night & stay elsewhere.The water pressure in the shower was very good with hot water. But unfortunately the mattress was hard to sleep on and the pillows were like bricks. Take your own pillows!

Cosy, welcoming, comfortable, clean, awesome shower, lovely view of nature in caravan park out my kitchen window and very easy access to the beach and close to great cafe at Emu Point. Reasonable rates too. Kitchen well stocked for simple meals. Great sized fridge/freezer. Albany and surrounds are awesome inspiring!! Loved my stay. Thanks so much Tonia and Stephen!

We stayed in the ‘ retro’ section of the park. We were very satisfied with our location and the amenities. The amenities are old but the showers were hot and clean. The park is very tidy and well maintained. The staff were very professional. The swimming pool was surprisingly not cold. We did not use the camp kitchen or games room but they looked very modern. There is a little cafe connected to the reception very convenient for a morning coffee. Walking distance to the jetty an Lobster Shack. I would recommend this place.

Here, like the resort, we live in studios, pots, pans and pans, suitable for small days, feel like opening a retirement, there is a laundry room, bbq area, swimming pool, a lot of local children come to vacation with skateboarding The car bike is riding, very comfortable. And it's really a summer resort, and the summer evening is so cold, you must bring your trousers.

When myself and plus one entered our accommodation which was a superior studio cabin, I couldn’t help but wonder if it was a converted shipping container, if this was the case, then who ever did it has done a great job with a well thought out conversion having been done. It has all the necessities required for a pleasant stay. These cabins do sleep 4 with having a sofa bed but I think would be a bit cramped with 4 adults, perhaps 2 small children would be ok. The carport attached is a good idea also. The grounds are spacious and well kept. The only negative is the fact that you can hear the planes taking off first thing of a morning although;seems to be less on weekends, no alarm clock required.

The parking fee is 40 yuan more than the urban area. It is free here. There are two separate rooms, a single bed, each bed is 1.4 wide, and it can actually accommodate 4 people. It also has a kitchen, which is very convenient to cook by yourself, and a small living room. There is no washing machine. This is not perfect. It takes only half an hour to go to the city. Parent-child travel and driving are a good choice.

Arrived end of school hols Anzac long weekend. The staff could not have been more helpful and lovely. I too have issues booking thru G'Day so will be booking directly next time. The site we had 133 was terrific for our large caravan, however a family camping next door claimed part of our space as they were spread out with big vehicle big annex lots of kids. Kids bouncing large inflated ball against our caravan and on roof. Minor annoyance and shows how times have changed. The pull ring tabs, hair ties, broken discarded small bits from a camp were everywhere after they left at the end of the school holidays. I really do not know how the ground staff cope. One rubbish bin was full to overflowing yet 60 feet away near the ablutions, was a large nearly empty blue bin. I always enjoy staying here, but will try to miss the school holidays next time.

Very nice, nothing is missing to enjoy a gateway, cabins are well furnished and appointed, staff is very accomodating. The only negative points are the throw on the beds, the couches, dinning chairs and floors that don’t get cleaned often enough.(toddler was black after crawling on the floor, many stains and sweaty feeling on couches and throws). We still enjoyed our stay!

Perth central caravan park. We had to spend one night, we stayed there five. Fantastic and friendly guests. A beautiful swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ well maintained every morning. Sanitary 🚾 not all new but very clean 🧽 🧼 🧹. De grandes places avec des basches ou des plates en béton. Beaucoup d'arbres donc d'ombre. Near the bus 940 that leads to Perth (10$ the ticket 🎫 daily that gives even access to the train 🚊 for Fremantle road 7) Near the airport but not noisy at all. Clean cooking with BBQ 🍗 and boiler, microwave etc... TV 📺 large screen. The hotel is very busy and you need to book in advance. Thanks 🙏🏼 for your reception. We had a booked in advance a couple weeks ago and my partner and I arrived at the house a couple of hours after the check-in date. We rang the doorbell and while waiting several minutes outside for someone to let us in we get a call from the house (we were standing outside in the cold I don't know why they wouldn't let us in?) and they told us that due to some hygiene reason we couldn't stay in our room that night. I offered to come in later but they flat out said no to that. It was very inconvenient as it was a late Saturday afternoon and they hadn't even bothered to contact us before we reached the location. The person on the phone was good enough to offer to book another place to stay nearby but it was all done on the phone and was quite confusing and honestly very frustrating. If I hadn't arrived at that time I would have checked-in much later and would have possibly not been able to book anywhere close-by making this a huge inconvenience. This could have been saved if they had just called us earlier.

I felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. I'd chosen this B&B for it's ease of getting to Optus Stadium having travelled from Melbourne for an AFL game. 350 metres from the direct bus and 700 metres from the direct train station. Victoria Park's main shopping and restaurant ***** is a block behind Durham Lodge, the local supermarket is an easy walk away, so if you've forgotten to pack something or want a variety of cuisines for lunch or dinner you've picked the perfect location. Durham Lodge provides an excellent continental breaksfast with a variety of cereals, juices, yoghurts, breads, condiments, teas and a Nespresso machine. Fresh fruit is also available. Guests can access the beverages at any time. There is a large lounge with a huge television and board games for guests to play. I had booked the Deluxe Queen Suite for 4 nights as it has its own private courtyard which I thought I might use but the weather during my stay didn't allow it. The bathroom has an enormous walk-in shower, large vanity with plenty of drawers and a cupboard for my toiletries, and a heating lamp in the light/fan combo. The bed was super comfy with excellent quality linen and 4 pillows. There was a large wardrobe with hangers, a luggage rack (although there was already one in the room), an iron and ironing board. I had a small fridge with tea and coffee making facilites although I used the kettle out i the lounge area mostly. Rooms also have their own split system so you can have your room at your desired temperature. Maurice is an exceptional host ably assisted by the delightful Millie, his dog, who would run to greet me when I returned from my adventures. Maurice was attending the same football match as me so led me to the bus stop to use and gave me excellent directions on how to return home. His property is very secure and even though it's on a main road, the double glazed windows eliminated any road noise. I found everything to be spotless and absolutely perfect. I will definitely return to stay here when I next venture across for an AFL match or even an AFLW game as Durham Lodge is also walking distance from Mineral Resources Park.

Arrived in Perth on 24 January 2023 and had this accommodation booked for just 6 days out of our 39 day trip to Oz. Had we realised just how beautiful this place was we think we would have stayed here for the entire trip. What fantastic hosts Kyle and Jodi are and don’t forget little Billy the dog. The rooms are spacious with air condition, the kitchen has everything you need and outside is relaxing to sit and chat with other residents. What a welcome to Australia. Hope the rest of our accommodation matches up to this

Others are pretty good. At 10 o'clock, someone came to urge check-out and round the room. The time concept is particularly strong. In addition, there is no dishwasher in the kitchen. After going out, I was told by the phone that I didn’t wash the dishes. I had to charge 25 Australian dollars. I asked for a credit card number...
