It’s a decent camp with clean setup. One problem booking with trip.com is that the site will ask for your credit card and then give the key. I arrived late and need to call a local number to get connected which is not convenient and they don’t accept whatapp or any other one line method.

I didn't notice that I needed to check in before 18:00, so I called Ctrip customer service to find out. But it was too late. When I arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock, the check-in office was already closed. I called the staff to handle it. They were very nice. There are kangaroos in the park, which is a surprise. The room is large and clean, and the WIFI signal is particularly good. It’s just in time for New Year’s Eve, so I can watch the Spring Festival Gala online without any lag. There is no place to buy anything nearby. Water and drinks are purchased at the check-in area. The kitchen is large and there are coffee capsules.

Very comfortable and spacious stay, the premium chalet had everything you could need for a few nights. Park is a little far out of town to walk, which would be inconvenient for a long stay. Staff member at reception was very helpful and recommended the river cruise which turned out to be awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed over the long weekend and loved our entire stay from start to finish. The unit rooms were spacious, modern and had everything we needed. We had some amazing views from our front balcony. The kids loved swimming in the pool and watching the Kangaroos come into the park at sunset. We saw some of the other accommodation available when we drove through town and Red Bluff Tourist Park definitely stood out as the best. Staff have been lovely to deal with if we had any inquiries.
