The room was very clean. With a child, we added a single bed for free. The swimming pool and beach were beautiful!

The Izmir Marriott Hotel has a great location, right on the waterfront promenade. The staff are very friendly and professional. Ada, in particular, was always ready to offer excellent service and local insights, providing great recommendations for sightseeing.

The breakfast was very rich, the bread was delicious, the room was very beautiful, very clean, I liked the industrial style, the facilities were very new, the parking was on behalf of the parking, the service was very good, about 15 minutes from the old town

Has a lovely stay, the staff are very friendly and the pool area is beautiful. We had a nice meal in the restaurant also. Would recommend to others.

酒店房間非常寬敞，陽台視野絕佳，整體衞生很乾凈，住起來十分舒適。酒店沙灘很美，整體環境很舒適，很適合來度假。早上可以躺在床上看日出，就是日出方向不是在海面，在山上。

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2. The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops. The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area. Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive. That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

Everything was great. Room service could be faster. Also, it would be better if they didn't just barge into the room. Other than that, everything was very good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Izmir. Although we stayed for only one night, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is elegant, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully maintained. The location is next to Istinye shopping mall and is also excellent for exploring the city by ferry ,metro or tram line. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is really nice, and they even prepared dessert cakes. Since it was Chinese New Year, they specially prepared greeting cards for Chinese guests, which was a lovely touch and made it feel very special. Plus, there are restaurants and coffee shops downstairs, which is super convenient.

The room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.
