We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Al Manakha Rotana Madinah. This stay was especially meaningful to us as we got married in Madinah during our visit, making it a very special part of our journey together. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made our experience even better. We will always remember our stay here as part of such a beautiful chapter of our lives. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and families visiting Madinah.

This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you, Pullman Zamzam Madinah, for making my stay so memorable. A really close hotel to masjidil nabawi, only takes 2-3 minutes to reach there. The room was decently sized yet equipped with comfortable stuff. The breakfast menu was also good but a bit boring, they cooked the same menu for certain meals every day. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

It was pleasant stay over all , check in was super quick , rooms were spacious and tidy , bathroom was nice and clean with all utilities, don’t forget to turn on heater switch before using warm water , break fast was plenty with buffet including hot and cold items, shuttle service was provided with timings set but Madina Masjid wasn’t that far so could walk 10-15 minutes, staff was very welcoming and helpful, never had complaints during my trip , would definitely stay again on my next trip .

The views are spectacular, making you feel like you're on another planet. The Mirror Music Hall is very close by, and the hotel service is excellent. While the breakfast options aren't extensive, everything is incredibly fresh, clean, and hygienic. The food at the Chinese and Western restaurants is also good. My room was the closest to the restaurant and pool, and it was quite noisy with people singing at night. I had to call the front desk for it to stop.

The location, especially being walking distance from the haram, was exactly what we wanted. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was friendly, especially Mr. Mahmoud Saad, who went above and beyond anything we expected or experienced before and we are also frequent business travelers! Any concern we had from arranging transportation or the rawdah, he was able to make it stress-free. The shower area was a bit smaller than usual and the door stops caught my toes more than once, but that would be the only down side I'd say during our trip which is a small inconvenience. Room service was quick and housekeeping was thorough. We definitely are sharing with others to take advantage of the Crown Plaza if staying in Madinah. Our suggestion would be to provide microwaves so food isn't wasted.

If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage and go pray. We were made to wait a few hours by reception for an early check-in, but then the hotel owner himself came, saw us dozing off in the lobby, tired, and sternly warned reception, getting us our room immediately. The hotel owner even pointed out his office, saying to come to him if we had any problems. The rooms are clean and nice, and the beds are spacious, making it suitable for families. Breakfast is sufficient and filling. We would choose this hotel again.
