Great facilities, very modern, comfortable and welcoming. Staff always helpful and friendly. Service during dinner very fast! Very complete spa, we went on a Friday in December and it wasn't crowded, we were able to use everything as much as we wanted.

Easy and free parking at the back, with entrance on the 7th floor of the hotel, close to the fire department parking lot.
Cozy room, spacious bathroom and everything clean (some wear and tear but nothing that compromises).
Very good breakfast which ends up being a strong point.

A pleasant hotel
I didn't like this experience because I was a hotel client calling before making a reservation and make sure that the room I wanted was vacuum. I booked with the special request for it and they did not give relevance to the request.

I went to a wedding and everything was perfect, the incredible accommodation, wedding and ceremony, and the next day the pleasant pool.
I just leave a note for the delay in lunch at the bar: more than an hour waiting for mixed toasts and soups for a group of about 8 people, and with forgotten requests.

After Gym Hotel races behaviour, the police led us to this hotel and it was a great place to stay. Our other commitments didnt provide the opportunity to extend our stay. The employees were friendly and helpful. We promised to visit the ancient city again.

Excellent stay, excellent hotel, very comfortable room, very good and relaxing pool!
Only two points to quote, at the reception I asked if there was snow at some point (for we went out from far to that only) and the person who attended us said that “It would be very difficult, that would not have snow and that we should have seen the forecast of the time” and for Fin had snow at 19 km from the hotel and much snow!
And the cleaning of our room in itself could be better, it had powder that went out of the bed and dirt on the floor when we pulled the garden of the room.
It was all perfect!

CCaGirlVery nice hotel, we only stayed overnight but it was perfect; clean, quiet, and a pretty big room, and we had a nice view out the back. They had a restaurant in the hotel but we walked into town instead, but the breakfast was good, lots to choose from and the staff was very accommodating.
