In total if you want to have a spa, you must pay extra 30 euros per person per day. I think its not so fare for guests. And the second thing is that you have only scrambled eggs and bacon as a hot dish for the breakfast. In the rest moments — everything is fine, staff is friendly, room was clean (but there is no fridge or mini-bar, that strange).
