They were trying to scam us. I paid for the full night per trip, and they wanted to charge us as if it were just the reservation. After insisting and sending a screenshot of my bank statement, they didn't ask for it again. But the next morning, they came back to demand it, and I had to say the same thing again.

I was beached at 23:00 from a Asian trip to Hengelo by train and was very friendly and welcomed. The hotel is 2 minutes' walk from the train station and is best accessible on with heavy roller bags. The service and friendliness were hardly to be excellent.

We had a super-show, a night with breakfast and dinner for a pricing, and we were in the first place a little sceptical, but this stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the beds were beautiful. In the restaurant there was no extensive map (you had a choice from four main dishes), but it was beautiful! Really a top cook! But with breakfast we were totally surprised, there was no no to sell! We give this hotel a thick 10!
Nice tip: The hotel is located on the Hanze city path, ideal for (for us) walkers.

Lovely hotel and just a stone throw away from train station. The room is good size and quiet for a night rest. Amazing service and toilet is world class. The restaurant serve good food and top services.

Genoten van een weekend Zwolle. Het hotel is een half uurtje lopen van het centrum en een mooie wandeling! Fietsen zijn ook te huur, vinden wij wel wat prijzig ook gezien de kwaliteit van de fietsen.
Overwegend vriendelijk personeel, hoewel de aandacht op zaterdagavond met name uitging naar de voetbalgerichte dinergasten, bijv tegen ons eet smakelijk zeggen maar ondertussen al de andere kant opkijken…
Het ontbijt met verse wentelteefjes en omeletjes was heerlijk en de gezellige kok (m) maakte het heerlijk klaar.
Al met al prima, voor de sfeer misschien niet alle punten maar al met al een goede ervaring

Mooi en goed georganiseerd modern hotel.
Comfortabele kamers.
Prachtige ligging aan de Vecht met veel zitjes in het gras en op het terras.
Vriendelijke ontvangst aan de receptie en bij het ontbijt.
Prijs ontbijt aan de hoge kant. Zacht eitje bleek vrijwel hard. Brie is van gemiddelde kwaliteit.

AAnonymous UserVery good hotel. Staff very guest-friendly. Only the cleaning (bedded and toilet) was not good for such a class hotel. The bathing lakes were very thin, no hotel quality. Tip: change above and then you score excellent.
