The hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus terminal, making getting around very easy. The room was spacious enough and well-equipped, with complimentary drinking water. The breakfast was also excellent. The only downside was that there was no heating in the room on the night we stayed. When we called the front desk, they informed us that the entire hotel's air conditioning system was broken and under repair, so the room was quite cold that night.

The location is very good. I went out to play when I arrived at the hotel. I took a shower late at night and found hair in my bathrobe. It was too late and I was too tired to bother. I told the hotel front desk about this the next day. They were very nice and kept apologizing. I asked them to replace it with a new one because I had doubts about the hygiene of the entire hotel because of this hair. The front desk manager and others said they would compensate me for something. I said forget it and went out to play again. When I returned to the hotel after playing for 5 hours, the room card was invalid! The front desk swiped the card again and went up to the room. I found that it was being cleaned. They were very nice and hoped that we could wait for 20 minutes. We went down to the lobby and waited for 20 minutes before going to the room. I found that the bathrobe with other people's hair was still there. They didn't replace it for me! ! ! I was speechless. I complained to Ctrip, and the result was that everyone from the cleaning staff to the manager came to my house. I kept insisting that it was a bathrobe, but everyone who handled it asked me if it was a towel. I was even more tired to deal with it. They directly told me not to come again and apologized. In addition to being very nice and saying sorry, from the front desk to the back-end, even the bathrobe and towel were not clearly communicated. This hotel should have been my good memories, it was so disappointing!

The room was really spacious, with a lovely small lawn outside the window that looked like a prairie. It was super convenient to take the free shuttle into town to explore. We stayed out until past 10 PM, then took three different buses back. Even though it was summer, I was practically freezing by the time we got back in the middle of the night. One thing I definitely have to commend the hotel for: I accidentally left my car keys on the sofa by the entrance and only realized they were missing when I got back late. I rushed to the front desk, and even though the shift had changed, they thankfully found them in a drawer. Even more coincidentally, I met the family who found the keys right there at the front desk. Everyone was so kind, and I'm incredibly grateful. Losing them would have absolutely ruined our entire trip!

This hotel is newly built and easy to reach from both the airport and Luxembourg train station. Bus 29 provides direct access and takes about 20 minutes. The hotel is located outside the city center, but it is modern, new, and very clean. It provides all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for a clean, modern hotel with convenient public transport access.

The hotel is in a great location – just five minutes from Luxembourg Airport. The staff is courteous and friendly. The hotel has a restaurant with a bar, a breakfast room, and a fitness room. The room was a good size with a comfortable mattress. Complimentary tea and coffee were also provided. The only thing that bothered me was the window. It was not very noisy; you could hear the planes taking off. The restaurant offers a concise menu, including vegetarian options. In my opinion, they could have added the beef tartare with fries and a side salad, for example; I missed that. The food was tasty, and the price was reasonable. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. I look forward to returning to this hotel.

The hotel, which opened 25 years ago, is very new. Its location right opposite the train station is incredibly convenient. The room design is a cool blend of modern and vintage. However, the front desk service wasn't very friendly, especially Diego, who seemed prejudiced against Asians. He initially assigned us a terrible room with high windows that felt like a prison cell. It was only after we found flies in the room that he moved us to a larger one overlooking the train station. This shows the hotel clearly had better rooms available, and as a Marriott member staying for three nights, I should have been given a decent room from the start. We accidentally left two hats in the closet of the first room, and it took two days and many conversations to get them back; they seemed completely unconcerned. On the other hand, another front desk staff member, Augustine, was fantastic. He had a sweet smile throughout and genuinely provided excellent service. He truly deserves a promotion!

The location is very good! I like. You can visit all the attractions on foot. Highly recommended! The restaurant cafe de paris downstairs is delicious and there are people performing in the square which is very lively. The famous shopping street downstairs is super convenient. Next door is pp LV Hermes and the like~ All in all, it's very convenient, otherwise I wouldn't know where to stay and wouldn't have much choice.

Great location, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Excellent value for money, especially considering prices in Luxembourg. The room was modern and had everything we needed.

The location is a little away, the next bus is about 150 m from the hotel. The rooms are a little obsolete and despite the ”Please don't disturb” sign at the door the cleaning forces are hitting. The smell of chemical cleaners is very present, and the beds are extremely soft, which is taste. The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. The wellness facilities such as sauna, swimming pool and fitness room are relatively small compared to the number of guests. I think the food was not the level of a four-star hotel, I have already made better experiences. However, almost all of the staff were very friendly. In total, I would not book this hotel again because I had a soft bed and the hotel has come somewhat in the years

Very nice hotel, they stole my daughter’s heart by gifting her a small teddy bear and some things to colour. They stole my heart by installing water taps in the hallway that has sparkling water, ice cold water or just still water. However, since breakfast is overpriced, we went to a bakery 150m from the hotel. And that’s how my husband’s heart got stolen. So yeah, we lived happily ever after.
