GGuest UserDefinitely more than 3 stars. Rooms very modern, service extraordinarily hard-working and nice. The pool could be a bit bigger, but there is a great shady garden with hammocks, beds and loungers. Breakfast is top class, very high quality and lovingly presented. Good air conditioning, everything was wonderfully cool. Any time!

GGuest UserThe hotel arranged us in the annex building, which can only be reached by walking out of the main building lobby and taking the stairs (we had several heavy luggages, so it was very troublesome to go up and down). We had already booked the room several months ago. Would booking through trip.con make us second-class guests? Or is the hotel discriminating against Chinese people? This cannot be verified because I will not stay in this hotel again. We tried to ask to go back to the main building, but the waitress just said coldly that the main building was full and there was nothing she could do! As for the terrace of the room, as soon as we opened the glass door and walked out, we could see spider webs, but the other hygiene conditions were satisfactory.

Spacious, beautifully designed apartments with everything you need – including a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine.
The infinity pool? Breathtaking.
The gym? One of my favorites!
And the staff? Simply amazing – especially the team at the spa, they truly made our stay special.

Renovated Rooms and modern bathroom with Seaview and balcony! And with fancy L’Occitanne products. I’ll go back for sure!

AAndrewsThe service was outstanding , probably the most relaxing & comfortable stay I’ve had in Europe. They’ve done a great job creating this unique environment. Who has ever heard of a beer spa!! Unfortunately I didn’t do the beer spa but I had an opportunity to have a massage. I slept like a baby. I had no immediate reason to be back in that area but I will make a point of going back as soon as it’s practical and probably stay a few days. It was magic and many hotels need to go and learn from this property.

The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, offering great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again!
