I had a really enjoyable stay at Pullman Liverpool and it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The hotel was exceptionally clean-everything from the room to the bathroom felt fresh, well-maintained, and spotless. You can tell they take hygiene seriously, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
What stood out the most was how quiet the environment was. Despite being in a lively city, the room was peaceful and well soundproofed, allowing me to rest properly without any disturbances. It’s the kind of place where you can genuinely switch off and recharge.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and tranquility made it a great experience-and I’m definitely coming back again.

Guest UserBooked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately. We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel. We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry. Hotel is nice however looking tired. Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot. Otherwise a nice room.

Guest UserThe hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk.
The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased.
Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side
All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient.
We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.

Guest UserI've stayed at this hotel a few times now and you cannot beat its location. Straight out of the train station, turn right, and it's there. 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants.
Rooms are adequate size, fairly basic but perfectly acceptable for a one night stay.
Bed was very comfy along with the pillows and bedding.
Bar lacks any atmosphere which is a shame. Reception staff are always ready to give you a great welcome.
Would recommend upgrading to get a St.George's view room.

Negative points from our stay
I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible.
I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price.
Positive
All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us.
We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey.
The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out.
Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

StefanbergI always stay at Delta when I'm in Liverpool for business, but this time I booked too late and had to stay here. It's an Ascott group hotel, located on the main commercial street, and only a 5-minute walk from Lime Street Station. It's very quiet, and all the facilities are new, plus the rooms are quite spacious. The only minor drawback is that there's no restaurant, so no breakfast... For the past few days, I've had to make do with buying food from Lidl for breakfast. Oh, and by the way, a HeyTea actually opened right across from the hotel... seems like most of the customers are older Chinese women and international students. All in all, this hotel is really good.

Guest UserI’m a rather particular solo traveller with a sensitivity to light, noise, and temperature, so comfort matters enormously to me. My two-night stay at Hope Street Hotel, in room G02, was nothing short of delightful. The real manual key, spacious layout, and wooden floors created a welcoming, homely atmosphere.
The highlight was undoubtedly the free-standing bath with its view over the festively lit Hope Street; it was such a treat to relax and watch the world go by that I happily cancelled my spa booking. I’d initially worried the central location might be noisy, but I slept soundly throughout.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tips:
• Bringing a few battery-powered tea lights made the bathroom feel cosy, as the lighting is quite minimal.
• The pillows, while luxurious, were on the softer side. If you prefer firmer support, a small memory foam pillow is worth packing.
• It can get a touch chilly at night, so turning the heating up to 26 degrees keeps things comfortable.

Cristian@ParisExcellent welcome. No deposit required upon arrival. Friendly staff, especially Eddy at the reception. Free early check-in by 3 hours. Welcome drink offered. The room is clean and well-equipped (large TV, hairdryer, kettle, coffee, tea, water, mini-fridge, safe). Quiet AC. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Good soundproofing in the rooms. Bar located on the 1st floor. Paid parking (Paddington Village Multi-Storey Car Park) is a 3-minute walk away. I recommend this hotel.

It's a fabulous hotel and we've stayed many times but this time, in the cold weather, the hotel bar was so cold you had to wear a duvet coat and the bedroom was also very chilly. It wasn't just us , many guests were affected. I just felt the hotel lacked concern. They could have hired an industrial heater to keep the bar warm (the air curtain over the lobby doors seemed to have failed) but there was a complete lack of action. The poor receptionists were very cold and were using muffs to keep their hands warm. You'd think they'd give out free hot drinks or some kind of reward for the inconvenience but no, arrogance prevailed and the guests had to make the best of it. Not what you expect in a 4 Star hotel. I hope the management listen to these criticisms and apologise to all their guests that were staying .
Come on Titanic, you can do better than this. I'll be back in 3 weeks to check, so fingers crossed.
