Chenxi.comGreat location! It was on our way back to the airport from the west, about a 10-minute drive from Windsor Castle. Plus, there's a Marks & Spencer and a gas station right across the street, so we could grab some snacks to take home. Getting to the airport also only took about ten minutes. Overall, good value for money.

It's already midnight at the hotel. Driving over, the name of the hotel in the navigation is not matched by Hilton. I didn't dare to go in for a long time. Hotel facilities and rooms are very good, no problem. It seems to be a cooperative hotel in British Gas , and the parking lot is full of British Gas Company cars.

Guest UserAbsolutely brilliant hotel, fantastic staff who couldn't do anymore for visitors, clean rooms and clean common areas, plenty of activities to occupy the kids during the stay and plenty of refreshments during the day including good breakfast and dinner options.
We used the pool twice a day during our stay, visited the arcade and outside park / nature trails and outside games section and neither of my children wanted to come home. I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

Guest UserRoom was on ground floor with two queen beds, (I only needed one), tv off button didn’t work, the room is very old and dated and is in dire need of a refresh. Premier inn has nicer rooms !! Menu is very overpriced, vegan burger fries and a coke £35!!
I would not stay here again at least not until it has a refresh, it’s just seems worn out and old in the room I was in

OllieSFirst receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception.
The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle).
Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though.
Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee.
Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it.
There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

Guest UserGreat hotel with extremely comfortable beds, great showers and windows that open for fresh air.
The staff are wondefully helpful and professional.
The carpark is large with plenty of spaces.
There is a supermarket across the road along with newsagent and a chip shop.
There is also a small gym onsite which is an added bonus.

Guest UserI had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The facilities were well-maintained, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was of a very high standard.
I would especially like to commend Kiran at reception for her outstanding professionalism and support. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service truly enhanced our stay.
Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Guest UserRight by the River Thames, the environment, location, and service are all superb. You can enjoy breakfast with a view of the Thames from the window. However, a word of caution: if you're on the first floor, avoid leaving open food in your room as it might attract ants.

Novotel Reading Centre is located in the heart of Reading, with convenient access to food, accommodation, and transportation. It is a 3-minute walk to the train station and a 3-minute walk to museums, parks, monasteries, and supermarkets. The front desk service is very friendly, and the swimming pool and gym are open normally from 10:00-22:00 every day. We are responsible for cleaning our floors very seriously and clean the rooms on time every day!
Everyone gathers together at the bar downstairs every night to watch the World Cup, it's very happy!
Five star rating! Like it, thank you!
