GGuest UserThis is the first time in more than ten years that I have received a negative review when booking a hotel on Ctrip! ! !
1. The service staff in the restaurant have a very bad attitude. They pretend not to understand English. The food they provide is also out of stock. The fried chicken wings are covered with chicken feathers. .
2. The cosmetic bag was left in the hotel. The hotel did not notify me immediately after picking it up. Instead, it waited until I found out that the item was gone and called me.
I hope the hotel can help me take a taxi to the next stop, and I will pay for it myself. I can only mail it next week. All communication was fruitless, so I had to take a taxi to pick it up.

AAnonymous UserThe room was small and the soundproofing was poor. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, responsive, and made people feel very intimate. It was really good value for money.
