Generally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family atmosphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet.
But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help.
The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service.
Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years, they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it.
Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.
Pros
- The room was recently renovated, clean
- The shower was excellent
- The hotel was quiet
- The pool area was alright, clean
- The breakfast was fairly tasty
- We had no problem finding parking after coming and going
Cons
- The ‘air conditioning’ doesn’t go any lower than 22 degrees.
- Most of the staff were rude. When targeted for taking breakfast out of the restaurant back to the room because my family were ill, I was so rudely told I couldn’t. Said they were ill and was again told I couldn’t unless they were ill. Well yes, I just told you they are ill and my room number was made a note of… why?! Not everyone wants to eat breakfast in the dining room these days. Another example of rudeness was at checkout when I wasn’t even asked how the stay was, just had my credit card snatched out of my hand to pay for my tab and handed back to me, luckily with a receipt.
- The double bed was 2 singles pushed together, and we ended up rolling into one another all night
The price of a tourist hotel in Cyprus in the off-season is really cheap, this price can be very cost-effective for four seasons. The hotel has a beautiful environment and has its own private beach. Breakfast is in the garden, surrounded by green plants around the table, next to the koi pool. highly recommended.
The hotel is good, as the reviews say – close to the sea. We were lucky, as our windows overlooked the sea and our room was closest to the pool. The breakfasts were good, filling, and the food was good (though the olives were sometimes bitter), but the variety was repetitive, which might be a drawback for some. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafes, a Papas supermarket, and a bus stop nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The plugs are UK standard, but there are Type-C connectors. Cons: they don't provide disposable toiletries like cotton pads, swabs, or toothbrushes/pastes.
The location of the suite was worse than the normal room I had the day before: frontal sea view but ground floor, fronting the noisy pool area.
The neighbors can directly see into your balcony. The artificial grass is getting really hot and “stinks” in summer.
The suite itself is nice and has a warm design.
The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters from the beach. Breakfasts are delicious but repetitive.
Cons: The plumbing is old and inexpensive, and they didn't provide toiletries, only soap and shampoo. There are only two outlets, and those are for the TV.
The room was very big (deluxe suite) and very clean ,a great welcoming gesture with fruits and mini sandwiches, polite and helpful staff , abit far from the old city but 20 min drive you can get there , breakfast was good and freshy , private beach and nice indoor pool.one thing that we didn't like is that they first gave us the wrong room type and said it's what trip.com send them and only after second check they said that it's their mistake

Very Good
SShatha Al-HmoudThis was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station. The old and new port was only 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus.
Although the hotel is authentic and old with basic amenities (which we expected and were aware of before booking), but that didn't stop it from being an amazing place to stay at!
The breakfast was good and with enough varieties for a 3 stars hotel. It was clean tasty and everything was present. Their staff service was awesome!
The room was clean and spacious, we were 2 adults with a 10 year old child and it was good enough for us. Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool.
The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time.
The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and when were reported it, they made sure to fix it immediately.
To be honest I couldn't find a bad comment on the hotel as they made sure all our needs were met from the smallest need such as ordering ice to the room till helping us with were to go and how to use the city's transportation system.
I would defiantly recommend this hotel to my friends who are traveling on a budget.
Thank you for making our visit memorable and trouble free! :)

GGuest UserWe took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children.
One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate.
We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel.
The bed we got was basically two separate beds.
The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice.
The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.
MM15154****Overall it's OK, the bed is quite comfortable, and it is one of the few foreign hotels that actively provides slippers. However, the hotel is close to the sea, but the room is not
东东尼哥Very good resort, there are many swimming pools, also suitable for children to play, rich breakfast, but the quality is not too good, the service is also friendly
GGCxDuring check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids.
Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits.
Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros.
But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off
Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel
Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons
Hotel Reception attitude is the worst!

KKing LamPure relaxation by the Mediterranean!_ My stay at Crowne Plaza Limassol was absolutely delightful. The hotel boasts a stunning beachfront that made every sunrise feel magical, and the ambiance was perfect for unwinding. What truly stood out was the incredible hospitality—every staff member greeted us with warm smiles and genuine kindness, making us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the overall vibe of the hotel was effortlessly relaxing and upscale. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with top-notch service! 🌞
