As always good and nice quick service @ the airport front desk very friendly personal. Very committed by Alberto he told me that due to exhibition limited cars available but still he got a nice one Volvo xc60 (brand new) with massage function 🙃🙄😊 on next day l got a call that my wish car is available and if l like l can change it - but l kept the Volvo to the end trip :) but was very happy that the stuff reach out to me to help me to get my favourite car.

Hello everyone 👋 Quick feedback from me. Unfortunately, the Audi Q3 I booked wasn't available! After paying the extra fee, I received a new Audi A5 Avant! Great car, but it did have a few issues; some service warning lights kept coming on. However, this was deemed okay both online and at the Europcar office in Regensburg, and I was allowed to continue my journey! They even offered me a car exchange. All in all, top-notch service 👍 from Europcar, and I'll definitely choose them again next time 👍 Trip.com also handled everything perfectly, as always. Thanks to everyone; you made our holiday a success in this respect 👍🏼🙏🏽

The staff at the rental counter were very friendly and carefully confirmed the rental details, asking if there were any cross-border travel restrictions and informing me that a travel permit was required for Austria. They provided a Renault car of the same class, which was very clean. The downsides of the small car are that the adaptive cruise control isn't very intelligent; it accelerates suddenly to reach the set speed. The steering wheel is also a bit heavy. However, the car is relatively easy to drive.

Since the car I originally ordered was unavailable, I got a free upgrade to an Audi A5 Avant, which was pretty good! Picking up and returning the car was quite easy, but when returning the car, I suggest insisting on checking it with the staff to make sure there are no problems and signing for it, just to be on the safe side. That's what we did, and everything went smoothly afterwards.
