The car was incredibly clean and new, with the rubber boots still on. It was brand new and ready to pick up right outside the airport. The pickup process was simple, and the staff responded quickly. The car was also suitable for driving within the city.

Car was acceptable given the road conditions that it has to ply. Advisable to go for SUV or MPV to explore places like Kundasang as the slopes were quite steep and uneven roads.

The experience was excellent. Communication was clear and smooth throughout, and they even created a small WeChat group for easy communication. Picking up and returning the car went smoothly, and the driver arrived at the agreed location early each time. When I returned the car earlier than planned, the driver was accommodating. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The staff are decent; they answer all questions after you pick up your car. If you want to park in a public parking space in Sabah, you should be aware that you first need to download the Sabah Smart Parking app, then you need to use local data (roaming data is not accepted), and overseas credit cards are not accepted. Also, be aware that there are many potholes on Sabah roads, especially outside the city.

The car was spotless and in excellent condition. I rented an SUV that performed beautifully, making the round trip to Kundasang very comfortable. I was also very grateful for the pick-up and drop-off service. The staff member was incredibly kind; they answered all my questions and even looked up directions to the places I wanted to visit. I am truly grateful. If I ever return to Kota Kinabalu, I will definitely use this service again.
