Toyota Alphard Third Generation

Pick up and drop off was efficient. Communicating with the staff was easy and they were nice! But they prefer communicating in chinese/mandarin which was not suitable for most but it was fine by me. The explaination was good and very detailed! The car was great just that the fuel gauge cant be full which was totally fine as it does not really affect anything. Other than that, there were many minor damages like many holes on the rear glass film but that was not the rental shop fault but the user.. but all was great!

The Booking & Price: Good price for Honda Fitto 3 days for 14000¥. Rental ETC device 400¥ and rental ETC card 1200¥. Hybrid car. Customer Service: Very good staff, they even use the translator Apps for communication. Very well understand. The Vehicle: Honda Fitto less than 5 years with milleage approx 119k km. cleanliness is good, very fuel efficient just 23.5 litres for 502km distance. Like 3800¥ cost of fuel. A/C well functioned. They already provided phone holder. Pickup & Drop-Off: They communicate thru WhatApps. Adding into group. Super efficient communication. I saw they also have comms like Line, WeChat etc.. inspection process very fast at the yard with paperwork. return the key process also efficient after they check the car. They yard location approx 8-10mins drive from Narita Airport. They will pick up at designated area just outside terminal

I arrived at the airport very late, but the car rental company was still able to let us pick up the car – great! Their customer service was excellent; we could communicate via Line, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc., and they also spoke in Chinese. They responded instantly during office hours and quickly even after. Although the car had some minor exterior flaws, I took photos and showed them to the rental company, confirming the car's condition was fine. Most importantly, the price was more reasonable than other large car rental companies, offering great value for money. I hope to use this car rental company again next time I travel to other parts of Japan.
