Great car rental experience in Hokkaido! The car was in good condition and surprisingly powerful despite choosing a smaller engine. It was fuel-efficient and spacious enough for 2 people with two large suitcases. The air-conditioning worked well too. The only downside is that you’ll need to use your own mobile device for GPS. Overall, highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience with this car rental service. The staff provided outstanding service from start to finish and were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. They were also very accommodating to our requests, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The car provided was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. It felt almost brand new. Driving it was comfortable and gave us peace of mind during our trip. Overall, we are very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend this car rental service to anyone looking for reliable vehicles and great customer service. We will definitely choose them again in the future!

Went in May 2026, to be honest, as long as there are no snow, you dont have to apply for the higher tiered ¥2300/day insurance. we hired for 8 days, plus ¥600/day for etc rental. thats a whopling ¥23,000 in total for 8 days. Toll cbarge ¥9210. which drives our total rental up. Nonetheless, our Delica is new, 2 weeks old, 2000km mileage, spanking new car smell, car was clean, but after our sapporo>teine>noboribetsu>lake toba>asahikawa>furano>otaru drive, the car becomes dirty. I would recommened B kobe as they are.run by chinese and no fine prints. WYSIWYG. The bus fetching to car rental is at Domestic terminal, which is quite a walk from Int'l terminal. Asked for.Voxg but came Delica which i think is a better choice. We had 5 adults and 5 med luggages. If L size cannot put. Jus rem not to engage in ECO mode for more wholesome exp.

Mitsubishi Delica

Very professional service staff who made the rental a smooth and efficient experience. The vehicle was super new, well maintained. The day before the rental return, they even sent sms to remind us of the return process, which saved us the trouble of checking emails or setting up reminders. They also gave us clear instructions and option to choose if we preferred to pickup at airport or take their shuttle (mini-van) to their rental site. Staff could speak and explain in English or Chinese well. Would be happy to rent with them in future. Be Kobe!

Car was a bit older compared to other rental company however the pricing is good. We arrived at night and they suggested to pick up the car in the carpark. It was easy however the carpark is very dark making the checking of car challenging. Also do note that there’s a 2,000 charge on the airport carpark. (They forget to tell me about that) We bought the full coverage and claim was easy. We had a small accident with another car at night. We called the police and car insurance company and everything was settled. As it was past the working hours so the rental company did not response to us. However they did the next morning and told us everything was settled. Do note that full coverage only cover one accident. We purchased additional full coverage again for the next few days. Will rent from them in the future as their rates are good compared to the rest of the companies!
