The car was in excellent condition. This was my third time renting a Kobe car; the first two times I rented from Kansai Airport and had very good experiences. When I saw Kobe in Tokyo this time, they were the first choice. The staff member who greeted us on the first day was Taiwanese, super friendly and familiar, making communication easy. We were caught in a typhoon and our flight was canceled, but we immediately informed the rental company, and they were willing to postpone our return date. On the last day, after checking out and preparing to return the car from the parking lot, we discovered a serious tire leak. We immediately notified the rental company, informing them of our evening flight. They quickly sent a tow truck. After the tow truck arrived, we took a taxi to the rental company to settle the remaining fees (the taxi company said the taxi fare could be reimbursed), and then went to the airport. Overall, the service was truly excellent. I highly recommend this rental company.

Picking up the car from the hotel in Namba, Osaka, and returning it to the hotel in Harajuku, Tokyo, were both very convenient, and communication in Chinese was smooth. Even when we were involved in a minor collision with another car in Kawaguchiko, the group chat helped us resolve everything smoothly. The service from Namba to Tokyo was incredibly helpful for our 14-day family trip, and we are very grateful.

Choosing SaKura Link for car rental in Okinawa was definitely the right choice! Their service was superb 👍. They picked us up from the airport and took us back. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They proactively contacted us and guided us to the shuttle bus stop, which was just a 3-minute walk from customs – super convenient! I'll definitely rent from them again. They have many beautiful imported convertibles; it was raining heavily this time, so we couldn't drive them. Next time, I'll rent a convertible for fun and photos. I'll also recommend them to my friends. See you next time!

Although the car rental company doesn't have its own branch at Kansai Airport, they drop off the car on the 6th floor of the parking lot, and all the procedures are completed there. Returning the car is also a smooth process, taking you back to the 6th floor of Kansai Airport's second parking lot. However, because there were new scratches on the front bumper, the rental company required payment of the insurance claim fee first. Trip.com's customer service was very helpful in processing the insurance claim, and now we're just waiting for the insurance payment to arrive!

This was my first time traveling to Okinawa and my first time renting a car for a self-drive trip. It was a great experience. The car was clean inside and out and in good condition. The owners were very friendly and spoke Chinese, making things even more convenient than I expected. The rental car was also quite cheap. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) was a bit expensive (because I didn't use it very often). 😜

I am very satisfied with the vehicle condition and pickup service. The air conditioning in the pickup car is a bit weak, but I am still satisfied. I am pleased with the professional and thorough inspection of the vehicle. Considering how I suffered throughout my last trip to Nagoya when a different company assigned me a car with a bumper taped up due to an accident, First Rent-a-Car assigned me a top-class vehicle this time. Although it was a different type from the car I initially requested, I was assigned a vehicle of the same class with the same passenger capacity and trunk space, so I was very satisfied and enjoyed the trip. I plan to use Hokkaido First Rent-a-Car again on my next visit and highly recommend it. If you are concerned about the distance, there is no need to worry. Everything else is very satisfactory. They arrived right on time for the pickup as requested... Oh, and since the pickup location is a bit of a distance inside Chitose Airport, I recommend asking at the information desk.

This was the best rental car that significantly enhanced the comfort of our 3-night, 4-day (July 11–14) family trip. 😊
Although it requires about 5 minutes more travel from the airport compared to other companies, the experience was so satisfying that the extra time was absolutely worth it.
The best part was, of course, the flawless condition of the vehicle! As it was a like-new car with less than 10,000 km on the odometer, the interior was incredibly clean and the ride was pleasant throughout. Furthermore, even though we had to make a last-minute schedule change during the trip, the staff member responded with such kindness and flexibility that we were truly grateful.
Considering the staff's friendliness and the perfect condition of the vehicle, the slight distance is well worth the effort. Thanks to them, my family and I had a wonderful trip. I highly recommend it! 👍
