Everything was fine; except for the fuel level – was it full when we picked up the car? The fuel light came on shortly after we started driving; since the trip had begun, we were afraid we'd run out of gas halfway through, so we had to start the gas tank. In the end, we filled it with about half again as much fuel as it originally had. I suggest that the rental company fill it to the brim at the start and return it to the brim to be fair.

Proton Persona
You had to call the contact person before he/she bring the car for pickup at Gate 2. The whole process from inspection to drive off from the airport was just smooth. Booked for Proton Persona but got Nissan Almira which is kind of an upgrade! Had many bookings before and Europe car has never been dissapointed so far. As for the return, you just need to call them again like 10-15minutes before your arrival at the airport. Everything was good.

Pick up was easy. Paid more for pickup and drop off at my hotel location. Driver will whatsapp when otw and got all the photos of the car condition taken and emailed to me via a pdf file etc. Great work. Car also came with a charger for phone so thst was a great bonus. Overall it was a new car only at 30k mileage so driving it was pleasant and safe.
