Trip.com sitesi üzerinden eşim ve 16 yaşındaki oğlumla birlikte 3 kişilik oda rezervasyonu yaptırdım. Bir çift kişilik ve bir de tek kişilik yatak beklerken bize verdikleri odaya çıkınca 2 tek yataklı olduğunu görerek şok olduk. Odamızı değiştirmelerini istedik. Çift kişilik ve tek kişilik yatak olan odalarının olmadığını iddia ettiler, tabiki 3 yetişkinin 2 tek kişilikte yatması mümkün olmadığından kabul etmedi. Bize uzunca bire süre zorluk çıkardılar. Biz kabul etmeyince bir kişiye ayrı bir oda açalım demek durumunda kaldılar. Kabul ettik. Ancak epeyce bir bekledikten durumu sorduğumuzda odaya açılır portatif bir yatak eklemeyi önerdiler. Gece müdürünün tutarsız ve sorunlu yaklaşımı ardından ön büro müdür aradı ve benzer tavrı kendisi de sergiledi. Biz ısrarla bu saçma durumu kabul etmeyince size suit odaya alıyoruz dediler. Suit odada iki kişilik yatak var. Yine uzun bekleyişler sonrasında odaya tek kişilik bir yatak getirdiler. Oda maalesef kirliydi ve standart şekilde olması beklenen saç kurutma makinası gibi bir çok eşya emtialar da eksikti. 1.86 boyundaki oğlum maalesef getirdikleri yatakta yatamadı. Yatak beşik gibi sallanıyordu, sabitlemek için getirdikleri yatağı kanepeye dayadım ve diğer yanına da koltuk koydum. Ama maalesef çözüm olmadı. Zorla artık lanet olsun diyerek uyumaya çalıştığımızda gecenin 03 ü olmuştu. Sabah bitkin çok rahatsız ve dinlenmemiş olarak kalkıp hızla çıktık otelden. En az 50 ülke görmüş ve 500 den fazla otelde kalmış biri olarak 3. sınıf otellerde dahi karşılaşmadığım böylesine berbat bir durumu Wyndham markasında görmek bende büyük şaşkınlık yarattı. Gece oda servisinden yiyecek bir şeyler istedim, basit bir talep için dahi yaklaşık 45 dakika bekledik. Wyndham da son derece konforlu bir konaklama hayali ile rezervasyon yaptırmışken ve rezervasyonumuzda herhangi bir hata yokken böylesine kabul edilemez bir olayın başımıza gelmesi inanılır gibi değil. Bize bu şoku yaşatan ve konuyu çözmek yerine türlü bahanelere sığınan gece müdürü ve ön büro müdürünü kınıyorum. Her türlü merciye şikayet ederek bu durumu yanlarına bırakmamayı düşünüyorum. Trip.com sitesinden ise bu rezil ve çileli gece için ödediğimiz bedelin iadesini bekliyorum.

Great location! Near tram station and is right next to the largest mall in Kayseri. Room is clean and spacious, with good mountain view. Also just 10 minutes car ride to the airport. The swimming pool is awesome with great mountain view. Just remember to bring your swimming cap or you can buy one there for 200 Turkish Lira.

The hotel is quite basic and small, but overall it's decent. The location is close to the ski center. The breakfast is similar to a Turkish breakfast and is acceptable, as I am familiar with it. However, the service isn’t very good, possibly because they have many guests. Ps. I want to thank the doorman uncle (forgot to asking his name) —he was very helpful and a very nice person.

The hotel is great! It’s only 8 kilometers from the airport, very convenient. The breakfast is good, the service is excellent, and even though there was a language barrier, the staff were still very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The hotel is clean and warm. There were two of us - me and my daughter. Very expensive breakfast (it's all designed for Europeans, but for us - Russians - it's expensive - 1200 rubles per person). We stayed in Kayseri, Ibis, and went skiing in Erciyes. Transfer from the hotel to Erciyes is 350 lira per person per day. It was expensive for us. The hotel said that there is no public transport from Kayseri to Erciyes. Of course, this is not true. We found a minibus, there and back 120 lira / person.

Отличное местоположение, внутри тихого исторического квартала (очень атмосферного). Были небольшие сложности с поиском проезда на машине, но всё нашли. Номер хороший, чистый, но нам сначала предложили номер рядом с курительной комнатой, и был противный впитавшийся запах табака + невозможность открыть окно. Но нам по запросу номер Поменяли на аналогичный и без запаха. Завтрак вкусный, сотрудник очень мило рекомендовал горячие традиционные блюда, которые они могут приготовить (что-то было остренькое, лучше уточнять, но все вкусно). И отдельное спасибо сотруднику ресепшен Cagkan за гостеприимное отношение и помощь с нашими вопросами.

Rooms are clean and well-served. There is everything needed inside. Only lighting is a little insufficient. More bright lights could have been preferred. All employees are helpful and rosy. No car park, but thanks to the staff help, it is easy to find a parking place. Its breakfast is different from other hotels. We order it by placing a mark on the table menu not a buffet. We were happy with breakfast. Hamam, you say the hour you will come to the reception if you want the sauna. The hotel is prepared and that section is of yours and your family for 1 hour. The location is beautiful. We have accessed the airport 15 minutes, the centre 15 minutes. Erciyese 30 minutes. We have accessed everywhere without traffic in the holidays. If you don't stay directly in Erciye, the first choice must be Moonday Hotel.

The gym is really bad, live music continues until midnight if u stay at 9th floor u hear it but they warned us about so it's understandable and receptionist were helpful, but after midnight and after music ends still u hear people who r going out.

The hotel is not bad for a night, for such a price of 2310₽ a night is a gift. Dirty floors and curtains hanging on an honest word. There is no kettle or water in the room and all the shampoos 2 pcs. are open, without caps. The shower is good, there is always hot water, but after washing the whole toilet room is flooded with water, because only a hole in the floor. There is no soundproofing and until midnight you can not fall asleep, everyone rattles, makes noise and talks loudly. Very uncomfortable high pillows, but a comfortable bed. The room is smoky and the closet smells of feet, you can not hang things. We did not take breakfast, but it is there and not bad, we saw how people ate and felt a delicious smell, they were frying pancakes for breakfast from 4:00 in the morning. The cheapest rooms and with bad doors are on the 5th floor, on the other floors the doors are cooler. But for a night, I repeat, not bad and not expensive.
