The hotel is located opposite a large city hospital. It is a pity that the price, which is not small, does not include breakfast. I didn't like the sauna - there was a terrible smell of sewage and there was no bottled water. The bathroom in the room was with a plum in the plum. The smell of cigarettes was leaked from the ventilation, while the floor was for non-smoking people.
In the rest of the rooms clean and comfortable.

Family-run home hotel, the staff were very friendly.
The room facing the street was clean and comfortable stay.
As for the location of the hotel, all the main attractions in Elzrum are within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area, so I think there is almost no problem. Breakfast is also available, so it is a very satisfying hotel overall. You can recommend it with peace of mind.

BABAK BRHBOUEI DOLATSARAEIThe hotel is really excellent! Since Erzurum is not a crowded and big city, its location is perfect! They have free shuttle services for airport and ski resort. Staff are all friendly, and very helpful, they do their best to solve your problems and always smile.

Meet politely, everyone told. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the room is a teapot, coffee, tea. The bathroom is clean, lots of bottles with shower tools. Soap pump) in the room smells nice. The disadvantages - the plumbing is tired, requires attention. Breakfast that is included in the value, chic! Very big choice, the Swedish table, delicious. The ratio of price and quality is very good.
The location is successful, sights in a few minutes, there is a parking lot.

Booked a single room only. Stayed 2 nights, went to Agri Dagi and returned for one more. Limited space as expected. Water pressure and hot water response time actually pretty good. No air temperature control in too but not important in October. Need larger waste bin and a floor mat to absorb shower water. Breakfast offered (usual Turkish fare), internet reliable. Overall represents inexpensive option at $15AUD per night.

We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. Отель понравился. Очень удобное расположение для путешествующих с юга Турции до Грузии. Не нужно сильно углубляться в город, тем нн менее много кафе, ресторанов рядом. Завтрак в отеле приличный, сосиски, нагеттсы, яйца, мюсли, несколько сортов сыра, оливки, овощи. Вообщем хороший шведский стол. Кофемашина с различными видами кофе. Персонал учтивый, внимательный. Номер просторный. Симпатичный дизайн. Отель новый или после капремонта. Чисто, уютно. Рекомендую тем, кто находится в пути и по дороге нужно переночевать. Отличный вариант. Единственный минус - маленькая раковина в санузле, неудобно умываться, вода разбрызгивается. Место позволяет поставить достаточно широкую раковину. И будет все супер вообще!
