Always choose this hotel when in Szczecin. Location couldn't be better. Lots of dining and shopping options around. Breakfast is decent. Bar is great with lots of craft beer choices (bottles) and other beers on tap. Very affordable.

Byliśmy z rodziną w Król Plaza Resort w Jarosławcu. Sam hotel ma świetną lokalizację blisko plaży, pokoje były czyste i wygodne, a dzieci bardzo dobrze bawiły się na basenie i w kąciku zabaw. Jedzenie było smaczne, ale dość powtarzalne – po kilku dniach brakowało nam większej różnorodności. Na minus muszę wspomnieć o paniach w recepcji, które nie były zbyt miłe i przez to pierwsze wrażenie nie należało do najlepszych. Ogólnie jednak pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie i jest to dobre miejsce na rodzinny urlop.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The price is super high. There are two Chinese restaurants around. Although there is no Chinese, it is very lively.
There are many monuments around the walkable distance. There are many food supermarkets around. The breakfast is very rich. It is recommended.

The hotel is clean, the service is decent... maybe the cleaning ladies should put more effort into wiping down the tables. Guests don't always notice if a drink stain remains in a glass. Unfortunately, the tables weren't wiped for two days. However, this doesn't lower the hotel's rating. It just needs work. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with everything you need for a short break!
Besides that, the entire hotel staff is wonderful and very friendly. The breakfasts are delicious. The pool, sauna, and gym are spotlessly clean, and the staff are extremely friendly!!!
Overall, we are satisfied and recommend this hotel :)

This is a 5-star hotel as soon as we walked into the hotel we could feel it. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When I reported that the fridge in our room was not working, it was changed straight away. The room was spacious and clean, most importantly the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and town centre with walking distance.
I would stay again on my next visit to Szczecin. 👍

There is a private resident that makes tremendous noise during the day and there is nothing much that can be done about it.
Front reception staff are highly competent and quite friendly.
Gym is through McFit so considerably better than most hotel gyms.

I used the bed that breakfast . I ordered 2 rooms with a large bed and a view to the city . I got a connected bed and a view to the backyard . I was for 1 night and only for a night and not for staying at the hotel so I didn't advertise this fact.In room 206 I had a broken firana and in room 207 it was cold and the water in the washing machine was not gone.Elevators are a tragedy,they are very slow, I pressed 0 I went to 6 p, about 11 o'clock where there is a room presentation it needs to be armed with great patience. GGuest Usercan go by car only. the receptionist gave a veru good impression from the beginning with warm and professional attitude. the hotel is new (can smell that), amenities using L'occitane.
the shower room design not practical, easily flood the toilet even shower carefully. the restaurant staff is not professional, buffet bar is clearing up at 19:00pm without informing guest the buffet will be closed, even some guests still eating (understand is not peak season and not many guest, but all food are cleared before 19:20pm)
overall is a pleasant stay.
also fit for family with little one too.

FFranz MersdonkZum Anfang war es Personal sehr freundlich an der Rezeption. Wir hatten dann eine Beschwerde weil einer hochzeitsfeier zwei Zimmer neben uns war und es wirklich extrem laut war da wurde uns gesagt dass dies bis 4 Uhr morgens geht. Ich fragte wegen einem neuen Zimmer und das der Krach und die lauter Musik unerträglich ist da wo du gesagt nein es gibt kein anderes Zimmer! Ich habe dann bei trip.com angerufen und habe mich beschwert diese haben dann im Hotel angerufen und uns hat ganz unfreundlich eine Dame der Rezeption angerufen auf dem Zimmer und gesagt wir sollen beide andere Zimmer los los... Im Endeffekt ist der Kunde da wirklich nur eine Wanze.. Mitarbeiter meist nur Handy in der Hand . Eine Frage hat und sie das Handy wegpacken müssen ziehen Sie sofort eine Fresse . Im Grunde nach war das Hotel sauber aber Personal war unfreundlich auch im Restaurant....

Room, view, breakfast,... everything is really great.
The only improvement I would like to see:
At the breakfast buffet you can have very tasty scrambled eggs/omelettes prepared. If you're in a hurry, you can get ready-made scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, the quality here is not freshly prepared. It tastes like ”packaged scrambled eggs” which is a shame.
There is a huge water park for families (access via the basement) and a rooftop pool with a sauna and whirlpool. Especially since there is a large water park for families, access to the wellness area/rooftop pool for over-16s would be desirable.

GGuest UserDas Hotel hat eine super Lage. Rezeptions- mitarbeiter:innen sind sehr freundlich. Man kann an einer bestimmten Stelle heißes und kaltes Wasser abfüllen. Im Zimmer gibt es verschiedene Teebeutel, Tassen, Karaffe und Gläser. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind sehr ruhig gelegen. Zimmer werden, wie mittlerweile oft üblich, nicht gereinigt. Das hat mich nicht gestört Das Einzige was mich störte war, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann, um durchzulüften. Für Verzehr im Restaurant des nahegelegenen Hotel Novotel gibt es 10% Rabatt.
