Had a wonderful stay at Panorama View Resort Port Dickson with the private pool villa. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay — well-maintained, peaceful, and great for enjoying some quality time away from the crowd. Another highlight was the lounge buffet, which had a good selection of food and was regularly replenished. The cocktails were also enjoyable, and the lounge offered a beautiful sunset view overlooking the resort. It was the perfect place to relax in the evening, enjoy a drink, and take in the scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great value for money and a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a short escape in Port Dickson. Would definitely love to return again!

Room is new and clean, hotel no provide toothpaste it got remark it when booking. Is a 3rd time booking for this hotel when back to seremban.

Brought my family to PD and booked this hotel. Its very convenient because beach is connected. There are kids pool and also adult pool. The room is also good size. There’s a balcony. Easy to dry clothes after swimming. Food is good too

My family and I recently stayed at Lexis Port Dickson (Lexis PD) on 6-7 June 2026 and encountered several issues that I promptly reported to the manager, Mr. Wan and the front office representative, Ms. Foo, who assured me that improvements would be made and that a follow-up call would be provided. Upon arrival, I found dead cockroaches under the sink cabinet and noticed a urine-like odor in the room; housekeeping only addressed the issue after multiple reminders. The room also had maintenance problems, including a balcony door that could not close properly, a malfunctioning minibar, and later a non-functioning television, although the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved these issues. As we returned to the hotel late in the evening after our activities, we did not request a room change as it would have caused further inconvenience and disruption to our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep well due to the strong smell of mothballs, possibly from recent pest control treatment, combined with the persistent urine odor. While I appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance staff and the attention given by Mr. Wan and Ms. Foo, I hope the hotel will improve room cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest comfort to provide a better experience for future guests.

We had a nice family trip at Grand Lexis Hotel with a private pool. The hotel location is convenient and nearby the beach with 5mins walking distance. The private pool is clean, just some of the electric plugs were not working properly. Other than that, there were not many issues during our stay. Breakfast is not bad and there are many choices. We definitely will come back again for a short vacation.

The location is very strategic. There's a restaurant right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient; no need to drive out. Facilities - The kids loved the snooker and arcade. The pool is long. However, the beach wasn't nice this time, and there was construction going on in the beach area. But the sunset was beautiful. Room 257 Room - The pillowcases smelled musty, like they hadn't been changed. The comforter was dirty and hadn't been changed. All the cushions smelled foul and musty, like vomit. I asked housekeeping to change the covers, but they said they didn't have any and told me not to use them and just put them on the wardrobe. There were two biscuits left under the chair on the floor. Bathroom - Terrible. It was dirty and grimy, as if it hadn't been scrubbed at all. It was disgusting. Please ask your housekeeping supervisor or manager to check their staff's work. Thank you.

This hotel is great, but most of it is open-air. So, if you have a baby who can't handle the heat, be sure to bring a fan, guys. The lobby and coffee house are open and don't have air conditioning. I was a bit stunned when I first arrived. Moms carrying babies will definitely break a sweat 😅. There are indeed elevators. However, even with a stroller, it's a bit challenging to get to the room because you have to climb stairs 😅 to reach your room. That part is a little tiring. But all the staff are really good, top-notch 👍🏻. Anyway, happy kids make happy parents too! 🤗

This hotel is excellent, with a great environment perfect for a vacation. It's an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle, making it my top choice for a relaxing break. The resort grounds are beautiful, with delightful scenery everywhere you look. The room's natural light and views are fantastic, making for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The food was delicious and exactly to my taste, and the recreational facilities are comprehensive. The staff were friendly and attentive, handling every detail perfectly. After this trip, I feel completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The overall experience was absolutely superb.

The hotel is quite old and a bit run-down. The rooms weren't particularly clean either. The first room I was given hadn't even been cleaned, so I eventually had to switch to a different one. There was a wedding happening downstairs, and the music was audible late into the night. I would not recommend this hotel.
