A bit of distance from train station. Took me about 10mins on arrival. But going back was abit faster since I managed to find a shortcut path via ramp of the KWSP building. Staff was good and friendly. All was good. But the breakfast for sahur was meh. My room card failed on daily basis, so I had to keep going to reception to program it every day. Room is spacious. I requested for double bed but it was 2 beds pushed together with individual bedsheets. Normally, it would've been 2 beds pushed together but a bedsheet that stretched the whole 2 beds so I find it weird. If you are choosing this due to the Royale Chulan brand, do contain your expectations. The hospitality is the same (very good) but the hardware is quite dated.

So far we are very happy to stay in Raia Beach Resort. Front desk receptionist was very friendly when we were check in. The room was very clean, bright and pleasant fresher ever. Even though we are near the pool area and the beach but the sound prove of the room very good we don’t hear any noises from outside.  We were staying at block E very near to the gate to the public beach. We feel very secured bcos the the gate too the public beach is hotel room card operate and the operating hour is 7am-7pm other time is closed even you use card to tap also will not open if is outside the operating hour. 👍 The buffet breakfast I will not said fantastic but I think for the price of hotel with breakfast I would said is value for money. Breakfast was everyday got Nasi Lemak but different type of curry chicken, hot chicken nuggets, chicken sausages, baked beans, Chinese porridge with different type of side dishes, toast, egg station, noodle soup station, everyday 2 type of cakes (I.e. butter cakes and marble cakes), Kuih, fruits, juices and coffee & tea.  I think is just good enough for me.  The staff very kind and friendly. I think the resort just took over by new management as we can see at night the staffs still try to put up some safety measures I.e. safety at pool area, life guard station and towel station. The resort very convenient to the nearby makan stalls and convenience stall. I would recommend friends & relative to stay at this resort.  Thank you management and the staffs for up keeping the resort neat and clean. Please keep up with the good work. Thank you.  Hope the next round we come is still neat and clean and also friendly staffs. Thank you

We had an overall pleasant stay at Avilion Port Dickson, especially enjoying its unique architecture and relaxing seaside atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the resort still carries a charming, resort-style vibe that makes it suitable for a short getaway. We stayed at Lisboa (Room 3xx with sea view), which offered a nice view, though during our stay in January 2026 the resort was quite crowded. This affected the overall tranquility, especially in common areas. Additionally, some parts of the building feel a little dated, and more regular maintenance would definitely help enhance the guest experience. For future visitors, I would recommend Tumasek (Room 9xx) instead, as it offers a clearer view of the water and better access to a nicer, cleaner beach area, which seems more enjoyable and scenic. Overall, Avilion Port Dickson is still a lovely resort with great potential, but improved maintenance and better crowd management during peak periods would make the stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a pleasant staycation experience. 👍 Pros: 1. The room was very spacious and comfortable. 2. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfy – had a good night’s sleep. 3. The bed was huge, perfect for relaxing. 4. Clean room with a modern layout. 5. Furniture looked new and well-maintained. 6. Breakfast had a good variety and everything tasted delicious. 7. The swimming pool is large, and the hotel has its own private beach – great for a relaxing getaway. 8. The room is equipped with an iron and ironing board, which was very convenient. 👎 Cons: 1. Our room was on Level 7, and during our stay one of the lifts was under maintenance. We had to use the stairs from Level 4 to Level 7, which was quite inconvenient.

Overall, the stay was alright! But there were two issues: 1. The commercial area downstairs isn't fully developed yet. 2. We booked for three nights, and on the second night, the cleaning staff actually refolded the towels we used on the first night, intending for us to reuse them. We had to specifically ask for new ones.

Location: It is located in Teluk Kemang area where along the stretch are plenty other choices of accomodation. I chose Thistle however for its name and reputation for being there quite sometime already. No worries for food hunting as you find endless options of restaurants on each side of the road. The town is about 12km away, where I visited Waterfront PD, a newly built area centred for night-life. Here you can find a lot of the famous cafe outlets like Mykori, Kenangan Coffee, Inside Scoop (to open), and my favorite being Zus. Love the setup Zus does here.. feels like somewhere in Aussie as the outlet is right next to the sea. Arrival: Upon arrival, the bellboy was helpful and friendly. Smooth check-in process. But, unlike stated by Trip.com, there isnt a need for deposits. Instead, I was charged what is called as ”Lestari Fee”, something newly introduced by the government. Per night is RM 4 I suppose, as I paid RM 8 for 2 nights-stay. The lobby area was okay, tho I expect a lot more grandeur charm. Room: Spacious room, I got the King Bed, Garden View located on level 5. Overall there are 6 floors and as this is off season, not even a quarter of the rooms were occupied. Room as in pictures you can find on the net. Quite disappointed with the bathroom. Old and deserve for a makeover. Nevertheless the shower is fantastic and happy that the shower floor is even and doesnt flood. There is a bidet to my satisfactiom by the toilet bowl. Toiletries are provided but very basic, by the hotel itself. Facilities: Up to its 'resort' name, you have a huge pool, 2 or 3 types of kids slides and an infinity pool overlooking the sea. The depth of the pool starts at 1.5m up to 2.0m which was great. The cave deco that runs as if a waterfall looks old and in need of a proper cleaning. Lifeguard is always on duty. You may rent a few types of equipments to play in the pool. There is also a tennis court. For now, the rental of the tennis racket isnt charged but requires a deposit. There is a mini area of arcade (open space) where the table tennis is also located at. You can also rent PS5 to play in your room. The sea stretches into the Malacca straits, you see quite a number of big cargo, ships travelling. You can also rent a fishing rod (comes with bait) from the hotel! Activities wise I rate as fantastic! Food: I took room with breakfast and I think it commensurates with the price. I'd say food quality is basic and of 3-stars hotel tier. Due to crowd on the first morning I even got a burnt omelette hahaha. The omelette was a lot better on the 2nd day. Sad i didnt manage to try out Chinoise, where I was aiming for its 'seafood yee mee'. Perhaps I'll come again? Check-out: Check-out was smooth and as this is off-season, I got to late check-out. Please support this hotel so it can live up to its name again! I love my stay 😍

The location is very strategic. There's a restaurant right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient; no need to drive out. Facilities - The kids loved the snooker and arcade. The pool is long. However, the beach wasn't nice this time, and there was construction going on in the beach area. But the sunset was beautiful. Room 257 Room - The pillowcases smelled musty, like they hadn't been changed. The comforter was dirty and hadn't been changed. All the cushions smelled foul and musty, like vomit. I asked housekeeping to change the covers, but they said they didn't have any and told me not to use them and just put them on the wardrobe. There were two biscuits left under the chair on the floor. Bathroom - Terrible. It was dirty and grimy, as if it hadn't been scrubbed at all. It was disgusting. Please ask your housekeeping supervisor or manager to check their staff's work. Thank you.

First time stay in hotel on Seremban town. Overall very good experience with Palm Seremban hotel. Hotel staffs are very friendly and very responsive on enquiry, room services, counter reception and breakfast restaurant. Room space was big enough for 2 queen beds, very comfortable for 3/4 adults, beds were clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, sufficient choices of good and nice food. Restaurant was cozy and relax for dining. Unexpected good experience for a short 2 trip in Seremban !

Ancasa is a very basic resort that feels quite dated. On the bright side, the beds were clean and we had a lovely view of the sea right from our balcony, which was a nice touch. There is also a side door that provides direct access to the beach. However, the apartment itself is not well-maintained and shows its age. We unfortunately encountered a large cockroach during our stay. If you’re just looking for a decent bed and a view, it’s okay, but don't expect too much in terms of modern facilities or high-level cleanliness.

FFaizzul ImanThis was my first time staying at Nilai Springs Resort, and I already expected it to be an old resort. However, the experience was a bit disappointing, especially upon arrival at night. The road leading to the hotel after the guard house was very dark, with no clear signage and no street lights, making it difficult to find the entrance. When I arrived at the lobby, it looked quite nice and well-presented, possibly refurbished, which gave a better first impression. Check-in was smooth, and although I initially booked a Superior room, I upgraded to a Deluxe room because I wanted a bathtub. Walking to the room, the hallway was very dimly lit, with only faint lighting, giving a rather gloomy feeling. Once inside the room, it was clear that the resort is very old. The furniture looked extremely outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn out, some pipes looked like they were about to break, and the bathtub was not clean. The drain for the bathtub was also broken and could not be turned properly. The room lighting was very dull, and the room was not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors and talking. That said, the room was very spacious, which was a plus, especially since my child could run around comfortably. Still, the overall atmosphere at night felt dark and deserted, making the hotel feel rather eerie, as if not many guests were staying there. In my opinion, the rooms really need a full refurbishment. The next morning during breakfast, I finally saw many guests around, mostly foreigners, including Chinese and Korean tourists. The breakfast was good and delicious, especially the pastries. All the pastries tasted excellent—honestly better than some five-star hotels. The swimming pool area was another highlight. The pools are huge and there are several of them. The kids really enjoyed playing there. However, part of the children’s pool looked dirty and clearly needs better maintenance. Only during the daytime did I fully appreciate the surroundings of the hotel. The view was beautiful, as the resort is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately, at night, the area feels very dark and gloomy. Adding more lighting around the hotel would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, this hotel has so much potential. With proper refurbishment and better maintenance, especially in the rooms and lighting, it could be a really great resort.

AAnonymous UserGood place for a short vacation, choose a room type facing seaview that's a really nice panorama. Water splash suitable for kids & enjoyable. Nothing special for breakfast but still nice. Only one thing, lift facilities are very crowded at the centre building especially during the checkout period. Btw, overall still worth it & fair with the price.

SShephali DashThe hotel staff were polite and helpful. Amenities are good. However, it is away from city centre, so difficult to get out and for any local shopping. Good for relaxation. Room was clean except the pool. The pool needs to be cleaned properly. It had bird poop and white flakes around. Drinking water tastes bit more chlorinated . Restaurant Food and drinks were good in taste.

AAnonymous UserA retreat into nature less than 1.5hrs from KL. Start with a serene drive leading to Pantai then turn left to the narrow road deep into the forest where all the villas are located. Kairos Villa is the only one with the paranormal view over the beautiful forest. My 1st feeling is like I am returning home. Beautiful home built with the generous use of local and Brazilan wood, 2 floors of wraparound terrace where we hung out most of the time to relax, detox from the e-world, catch the morning dew and sunset views in crisp air with a gentle flow of breeze. As this was an ex bird nests structure / the ventilation of the whole house is superb. An accessibility room at the ground floor with shared indoor and outdoor kitchen, outside BBQ area. Here you have access to the organic garden. 1st floor there are 3 rooms with its own en suite bathroom, private balcony. At the landing a common seating area comfortably furnished. 2nd floor is the repeat of the same. The designer looking chairs esp just invite you to sink in to read a book. Seating area is so welcoming - rich wooden floor that is smooth and shiny, wood panel walls with eccentric paintings and photos. Impressed that the whole house is so clean - I was walking about bare footed and no dirt not even at the balcony. About the only villa that welcome dogs. Local breakfast is served; unlimited tea, coffee and fresh spring water in the kitchen. Rooms: Our room named Peace is sufficiently furnished with both fan, air conditioning, private balcony facing a green hill, 2 bottles of fresh spring water. The bathroom is basic with toilet and shower. Food and drinks: Local Malaysian breakfast is provided. Plan to bring your own lunch and dinner. There is a double door fridge, oven, microwave, air fryer, gas stove with all utensils for cooking and dinning. Bonus is the garden has four angle beans, chili paid, pandan leave. The host let us use their extensive sauces and seasonings.

MMatthew Lee 小李I had a wonderful stay at this beach hotel and truly enjoyed every moment here. The location is perfect, with direct access to the beach and beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience relaxing and unforgettable. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and comfortable, ideal for anyone looking to unwind and escape from a busy routine. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and waking up to the sound of the waves was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also loved spending time by the beach, especially during sunset — the view was absolutely stunning. Overall, this hotel offered the perfect balance of comfort, scenery, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway and would happily return again in the future.

WWong Lee ThingThe room was comfortable overall and suitable for our family stay. However, the toilet flushing system required a longer time to flush properly, which could be improved. The breakfast selection was decent, but we found the dishes to be slightly too salty for our preference. With some adjustments to these areas, the overall experience would be much better.
