Guest UserOverall, it was a very satisfying stay. The interior decor and amenities were all as well-equipped as shown in the pictures. The meticulous attention to detail was impressive, with items like an LP player, a tea set, and a Dyson hairdryer, each coming with a QR code for a tutorial. Every single item of decor was beautiful, making it a delightful place to stay.
We also ordered the rooftop glamping and BBQ set. It was easy to book via phone and pay upon arrival. The price was 40,000 won for two people for glamping (4 hours use) and 40,000 won for the BBQ set, totaling 80,000 won. This was a reasonable price, considering we'd spend more if we ate out for dinner. The set included one serving of samgyeopsal (pork belly), one serving of moksal (pork neck), one tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patty - or similar), one ramen, a sauce set, chili/garlic, six marshmallows, and a pack of Charm Crackers. We could cook the meat deliciously on an induction grill dedicated to grilling. For drinks, they provided camping wine glasses and an electric opener, so we could bring our own alcohol.
We could rent hanbok (Korean traditional attire) at the lobby, but it could only be worn inside the building. All hanboks were one-size-fits-all, and the men's sizes seemed to be around 95-100 (US M/L). Even though it was a free hanbok rental, the colors and quality were better than those rented in Hanok Village. The staff were also very kind and helpful with all our inquiries.
The location, being in a motel district, was a bit of a downside, but thanks to that, we were able to enjoy all these amenities at a great value for money.

MrAlanA smart boutique hotel with great location. Walking distance to the shopping district and Hanok Village. Lots of shops and convenience stores nearby too. 10/15 minutes from the train station and costs only KRW8,000
The hotel is new and smart/stylish. Not much facilities but comfortable and welcoming. Perfect as a base to explore beautiful and laid back Jeonju
Rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. I had booked the standard room that didn’t have much of a view. When Tom Kim, the front desk manger overheard that I would be staying for 3 nights and wished for a view, he immediately asked his lovely colleague (Jinny Kim) who was checking me in to upgrade me to a room with higher floor and view. It was also slightly bigger I think. Both of them showed such warmth and kindness. This made my holiday so much more comfortable and happy. I will come back for sure and book the deluxe room for sure.
The walls of the rooms are quite thin tho so I could hear my next door guests and one night has a crying kid at 4am 🥲

The place had a cozy, homey vibe that made me feel right at ease. From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us warmly with his charming eye smile and was always eager to help. The room was great, featuring a TV, a mini fridge and a spacious bathroom stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and toothbrushes.
We visited during winter and the room was wonderfully warm, creating the perfect retreat from the cold. We even had the opportunity to prepare our own breakfast - eggs, bread, butter, jam, coffee and milk. To top it off, I did my laundry there, which was incredibly convenient.
The owner went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He’s genuinely one of the kindest Koreans I’ve met during my trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I absolutely fell in love with this place. I would definitely return!
Sir, this is me, your guest from the Philippines. Thank you so much for accommodating us! Take care always!

Guest UserMy reservation was giving away voucher for olive young but upon checking with the hotel for collection, the staff said there was no such a thing. She checked and rechecked and eventually gave in.

Guest UserElevators can be difficult to catch during checkout, so I'd recommend leaving a bit earlier. The toiletries had a lovely, sweet scent, and I particularly liked the stylish hairdryer. The view from the room on the 16th floor was excellent.

HUIThe environment is good and clean. I live in a 4-bed room. The most important thing is to have a bed. When I come to Korea, I miss the bed every day. The phone will come to apply for the card for you (⊙o⊙)

It was clean and the hot water came out well. The problem was that the heating was turned up a little, so it was crazy cold. Some of the guests had babies. My family shivered all night. I asked them to turn on the boiler, but they made an excuse about the central heating. It seems like I came here to experience the cold. I was sleepy, but I came to eat breakfast.

For the price, this hotel is perfect and I honestly don’t know how they are even making a profit. The rooms were clean and spacious enough to fit 3 people. I liked that there was a sink and a sofa near the windows. Its going to be a drive several blocks down to the hanok village but taxi fares are very cheap compared to the US. Expect maybe like 6000 krw to the hanok village from the hotel. The restaurant (현대옥) across the hotel serves jeonju bean sprouts soup and that is really really good. All in all, this is no ritz carlton but its 1/20 price and it really is much much much better than the low cost hotels u would expect in the US.

I stayed for one night from August 6, 2025, for a business trip to Jeonju for a lecture, and my overall satisfaction with the ibis Styles Ambassador Jeonju City Center was a perfect ★★★★★. First of all, the location is overwhelming. Immediately after checking in, I could leisurely stroll to the Hanok Village with just my laptop, in just 10 minutes. Key attractions like Jeondong Cathedral and Gyeonggijeon Stadium were within walking distance, ensuring no wasted travel time. The hotel is surrounded by 24-hour convenience stores and local restaurants, making it a great place for a quick meal after a late-night workday. The cleanliness also exceeded chain hotel standards. From the lobby to the hallways and guest rooms, everything was spotless, and the bedding had a soft, fluffy scent. The bathroom sink and shower booth had a particularly pristine, white silicone finish, demonstrating the systematic daily disinfection and inspection. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way: its location, which optimizes the Jeonju city center's business traffic flow, its meticulous cleanliness, the attention to detail from staff who prioritize daily life, and the stable operation of essential facilities. This is yet another reason I'll rebook this hotel without hesitation on my next business trip to Jeonju.
