Even without air conditioning, the room stayed cool enough, but leaving the door open tended to let in a lot of bugs. All the necessary amenities were provided, which was convenient. As the hotel is situated in a ski resort area, you need to purchase a daily entrance ticket for 200 KGS per person and 300 KGS per vehicle per day. This means extra expenses if you plan to go into town every day. Breakfast was served in the typical Karakol style, which was a satisfying way to experience local cuisine.
