Overall, it's still good, just like before. However, the soundproofing between rooms is quite poor, so noise from next door was a bit disruptive. Also, the rooms are directly opposite each other and very close, which means any conversations happening outside the doors are quite loud and disturbing.

I stayed at Aryaduta Palembang for 3 nights and was very satisfied with my entire experience here. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always provided excellent service. The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly every night. The breakfast provided during my 3-day stay was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I can honestly say that almost all the food I tried was tasty and satisfying. The hotel's strategic location near the mall made things very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Palembang in the future.

Its strategic location is near the traffic lights, making it easily accessible by 4-wheeled and 2-wheeled vehicles. Clean rooms with complete facilities.

This is a decent hotel for Palembang. The cleanliness is acceptable, although the sink didn't drain properly. Housekeeping entered the room without taking off their shoes. There's an Alfa Mart and Indomart downstairs, and it's also very convenient to get a Grab.

excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

The room was comfortable, the only problem was that the door was difficult to open because I had to call housekeeping and the bathroom was a bit lacking because the water in the drain took a long time to go down so it was a bit muddy and really wet

The location is quite strategic; there's a mini-mart and a restaurant right next to the hotel. However, the room and the breakfast area are small and cramped, which isn't ideal if you're traveling with small children.

We ordered family room, supposed get sofa bed, but the sofa bed broken so must change with extra bed. Put some cookies on the table then few minutes later many ants came eat the cookies At night the electricity down/trip, first night 3 times, 2nd night 5 times so we have to on again the aircond and TV every time the electricity down Behind the bed found coachroach, called the cleaner, he found 3 coachroachea under the bed, and midnight found coachroach in the bathroom asked cleaner to clean it in the morning but still after cleaning we found coachroach in the bathroom The room no 921 must be totally Cleaned The location good near to every where

Can't really expect to be allowed for early hotel check in time which is set at 2pm. I arrived at 11.15 am and for early check in I would be expected to pay 145k rupiah. But then as there was no room available at that time, i waited and finally was given the room key at 1.30pm, that happened only when i went to enquire if room my room is ready. I guess if i didnt asked i might probably got the room key at 2pm. The reception at the counter could used more smiles..
