The experience of staying at the hotel was very pleasant, the service staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the location is convenient to make the overall journey more smooth. The meticulous service and warm environment make people feel full of intentions, it is definitely worth staying again!

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the restaurant and bar are top, but most of all the service is excellent. A great thankfulness to the staff and especially to Virginia who has been dealing with me to bring the Guatemala city of the things I had forgotten in my room.
