This hostel was an absolute gem! The shared room was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. The price was unbeatable for the quality of the accommodation and the warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and welcoming place to stay.

Arrived late due to flight, luckily reception was 24 hour, the guy who was doing the overnight was one of the best and most attentive people I’ve seen in this line of work, rivalling 5 star hotels. I cannot remember his name for the life of me but deserves the nothing but the best!

We arrived to find a beautiful hotel
In a lush setting with the most beautiful foliage with tropical birds. The grounds were a paradise. Every morning we were serenaded with the songs of all the different bird species. The restaurant was an excellent Italian restaurant that we would recommend to anyone. The staff was always happy to provide any assistance with a smile.

The hotel staff at the front desk are friendly. The shuttle bus is convenient; late-night flights after 1 AM require reservations. The hotel offers scenic mountain views with sheep and cattle grazing below. Soundproofing is average. Even with the air conditioning off, the room temperature is around 23 degrees Celsius. The bed is a bit firm. There's a department store next door; it gets crowded on holidays, with about an hour's wait for a meal.

Excellent location and facilities. Convenient shuttle service and inclusive breakfast.
This is the cleanest Hampton by Hilton I have so far stayed at!
One thing to consider in lactose and gluten free options for a breakfast, other than that, I have absolutely enjoyed my stay and will be back again and again!

This house is so strategically located, less than 10mins to the airport...Hernandez is so helpful, assisted me with the laundry and offered pick up n drop off service to the airport for just 5 USD.
Breakfast is self service with fresh fruit and milk etc.
Definitely gonna stay here again when I come back to Costa Rica next time!

The service is good, I had read that the
Check out but you can only really one hour, since they charge a whole night longer, I did it because I arrived at the hotel at 2am and had a flight at 9pm, therefore it was not much what I was, they should at least help with 2 hours. Rest all very good, the transfer service to the hotel excellent

Smoking zone is outside the hotel so you have to walk a lot

GGuest UserGreat location and facilities. Lodges had everything. Helpful concierge, cafe and reception staff. Restaurant is a little soulless and somewhat pretentious as the food is average which was a bit disappointing as everything else was of a very high standard.

A little slice of paradise! Our hosts Bastian and Milena were excellent! The room is lovely, and the views are divine! To make it the best stay we had in Costa Rica.The breakfast was amazing too! We will definitely wil be staying there again :)
