The stay was enjoyable. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it is clean and well maintained, with good service throughout. It is one of the few in the area that offers a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor upon request. Breakfast includes both Chinese and Western options, but it is fairly ordinary in quality. The location is convenient—about 300 metres from Anton Old Street and next to Wanda Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We definitely stay again.

This hotel on Shenyang's Middle Street has excellent facilities and amenities. Its location is superb, right on Middle Street, making everything incredibly convenient. There's free parking available directly accessing the upper floors, which is very handy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk is staffed 20 hours a day. Bottled water is complimentary and unlimited. Invoices are electronic and can be processed via mobile phone at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very professional, quick, and efficient. The location is truly fantastic, with a prominent entrance. On the 9th or 26th floor (the original text says 9:26, likely a typo for '9楼和26楼' or '9楼/26楼'), there's an observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of Middle Street, complete with telescopes – a really nice touch. Highly recommended, very satisfied, truly excellent, I will definitely come back!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the concierge immediately came over to help with our luggage. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. They even thoughtfully gave us tips for exploring the area and upgraded us to a higher floor room for free! The room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells, and the bedding was fluffy and soft. All the bathroom facilities were brand new. The public areas were also consistently maintained by staff, making the whole place feel very pleasant to walk around. During our stay, any request to the front desk was met with a super quick response. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises, and the value for money was outstanding. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit this area, and I've already recommended it to friends who are planning a trip here.

I stayed in Shenyang for three days this time and had an absolutely flawless experience. The value for money was incredible, far better than any other hotel I've stayed at in the same price range. When I checked out, I even told the front desk that I'd definitely be back to stay here on my next trip to Shenyang! We had a truly wonderful stay at Fraser Place Dalian. Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way. As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city. This is my second time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the high standards set during my first visit.During my first stay, I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the front desk lady who assisted me. She personally accompanied me to my room to ensure everything was perfect, seamlessly arranged my taxi bookings, and made sure my transport arrived exactly on time. Her attention to detail made me feel valued.Regrettably, no one provided that level of care during this trip. The check-in process felt purely transactional—the front desk staff simply handed me my room key with no extra effort or welcoming gesture.I chose to return because of the exceptional service I received initially, but this second experience felt indifferent. I hope management can train all staff to deliver the consistent, high-quality service that made this hotel stand out in the first place.

I stayed two nights in a row at the Shangri-La Dalian for this trip, and overall it was a great experience, with only two minor regrets. When I arrived and got out of the car, no concierge proactively offered to help with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk staff addressed me rather casually, calling me 'sis,' which lacked the appropriate professionalism for a five-star hotel. Aside from these two points, the room exceeded expectations. It didn't feel dated, was spacious and open, with plenty of natural light. All amenities were complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to visit the beach and shopping areas. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. For families with children, there was ample space and plenty of toys, so it never felt cramped. Toiletries and drinking water were replenished promptly. Although breakfast was busy, the crowd was managed in an orderly fashion. Overall, the hardware conditions are highly recommendable. I hope the hotel can refine its front office service details and standardize service etiquette. I would still prioritize choosing this hotel for future visits to Dalian.

The Atour S Hotel in Dalian's Venice Water City is in an unbeatable location. You just step downstairs and you're right on the European-style water street. Exploring the water city at night and catching the musical fountain show are just a short walk away. The room was clean and bright, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The Atour bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep, and the subtle fragrance was wonderfully soothing, melting away travel fatigue. Kuromi at the front desk provided excellent service; check-in was efficient and seamless. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and there's complimentary laundry and drying facilities. It's incredibly convenient for exploring the Donggang business district. This hotel truly offers both stunning views and exceptional comfort. It's my top choice for a vacation in Dalian, and I'll definitely be staying here again!

I recently brought my kids to Shenyang for a holiday and we stayed in the family suite at the Dongya Hotel. It's a must-choose for family travel! The room even had kids' bathrobes and slippers ready. When we checked in, the staff thoughtfully asked if our child could wear the kids' slippers and if we needed adult slippers. The front desk also kindly pre-installed bed rails for us. The biggest surprise was the free children's playground on the second floor, where my older child played for nearly two hours. The small supermarket downstairs was also convenient for buying snacks. When we checked out, the front desk told us to let them know in advance next time so they could reserve a better room for us. The moments spent together as a family are more important than anything else. The room was clean and spacious, with no strange smells, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again next time; the kids already miss it!
