Everything about my stay was great! The staff were all very helpful and their directions were spot on. A special shout-out to Linda at the front desk – I had so many questions about breakfast and my order, but she answered every single one patiently and quickly. When I was about to leave, I asked for the duck and bear, and she immediately had a colleague bring them up for me. I'll definitely be back next time! The bear and duck were photographed after I got home. I've stayed at Conrad so many times, but always forgot to ask for the little bear and duck 😭

The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave us a small gift, which we really appreciated. A big shout-out to the hotel's front desk! The room attendant was also incredibly friendly and did an excellent job cleaning; the room was spotless and very tidy, and she even helped organize our clothes. The food was good, and the hotel offers great value for money. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

I travel a lot for work and usually dislike being asked for five-star reviews at the front desk, but I truly recommend this place. It's a state-owned enterprise, and the front desk staff genuinely cares about guests, even recommending attractions. There's a lounge area on the second floor. The food tastes pretty good, especially breakfast, which is very high quality. Just a heads-up: don't order the dumplings; they don't taste good and tend to get mushy. Also, there are too many potatoes in the tomato and potato beef brisket.
