Highly recommend the InterContinental Hefei! 👍 It's centrally located by Swan Lake, close to Anhui Museum, Hechai 1972, and Leijie, making getting around super convenient 🚗. The room was spacious and comfortable 🛏️, equipped with an air purifier, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors 🚿. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, providing attentive and thoughtful service 💁. They proactively offered us a quiet, non-smoking floor and even helped us order food and deliver it to our room 🍜. The kids were tired from sightseeing and were able to enjoy a meal as soon as we got back. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 🍳; even though there were many people, everything was well-organized, and they even had some special Hefei snacks. Overall, a perfect experience! Kudos to all the staff. Staying here with kids in Hefei was incredibly stress-free. We received a lovely welcome gift upon check-in and a fridge magnet when we left, which made us very happy. Highly, highly recommend! ✨

My wife and I were truly impressed by the and professionalism of Huangshan Baiyun Hotel staff 小叶. 小叶 warmly welcomed us upon arrival, providing attentive service throughout our stay and ensuring every detail was well taken care of. She helped to obtain a complimentary room upgrade, making our stay even more comfortable and memorable. We appreciated the many thoughtful touches — complimentary use of a massage chair, fresh juices, fruits, and snacks. The cultural performance by the hotel staff was a lovely surprise, showcasing local traditions in an engaging way. The room itself was extremely well-equipped, with practical amenities like umbrellas, down jackets, a footbath tub, and even a touch light — all very useful for guests visiting Huangshan’s scenic mountain area. Every aspect of our stay reflected genuine care and attention to detail. We highly recommend Huangshan Baiyun Hotel to anyone visiting Huangshan — it’s not just a place to stay, but a wonderful hospitality experience in itself.

We booked a hotel for a family trip on short notice. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we had to wait for 40 minutes. However, it was already 14:00 and the child needed a nap. The hotel staff upgraded me to an executive suite. The stay experience was great! I will definitely choose Sheraton again when I come to Chuzhou!

Revisiting after 16 years, and the hotel service has definitely improved! I arrived quite late, and the hotel's personal butler even called to check in on me and offer some tips. Upon arrival, they also surprised my child with some local snacks. During the Chinese New Year holiday, the hotel had performances, which was a nice touch and made for a lively atmosphere. If you're visiting when the West Sea Grand Canyon is open, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. They even provide down jackets for sunrise viewing, along with other disposables, so you can pack light for your hike. The butler also thoughtfully shared sunrise times, temperatures, and routes. The food was delicious too!

Booked through Ctrip, and they really treat Ctrip guests well. The staff were super friendly, and our room even got upgraded! A special shout-out to Xiao Song at the Grand Hyatt's front desk – her service was incredibly fast. She responded to our requests within literally 10 seconds, which was amazing. Also, even though the Grand Hyatt opened in 2019, the hotel is really well-maintained. It was quite busy during the Chinese New Year, but there were five or six staff members at the entrance helping with luggage and assisting kids getting in and out, which was a really nice touch. The room was huge and spacious, and despite the hotel being a bit older, there were no strange odors. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei.

We booked a suite with a 270-degree view, with a river on one side and a city view on the other, which was great. Sunny in the lobby was very friendly when we checked in. She took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding delicacies, wrote them down in detail on a small piece of paper, and sent us some fruit. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich. I especially want to say that because my second sister Hongdou had red bean paste in Wuhu the day before, I saw it in the hotel this morning, so I was very excited. However, I felt that there were not enough red beans, so I asked the waiter Mavis if I could add some red beans. I thought it was impossible, but the enthusiastic Mavis immediately went to the kitchen to look for it, and found that there were only cold red beans, so she immediately helped us steam them, so that we could enjoy a very satisfying breakfast. Thanks again to the two above.

This stay was beyond my expectations! From the warm and professional reception at the front desk to the clean and cozy layout of the guest rooms, every detail makes people feel comfortable. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom equipment is brand new and fully functional, and even the corners are spotless. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the hot food tastes fresh, which can fully meet the needs of different tastes. I especially want to praise the staff, whether it is helping to carry luggage or patiently answering surrounding travel guides, the service is considerate and efficient. The location is also great, with convenient transportation, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are close at hand. The price-performance ratio is super high, I will choose here next time I come, highly recommended! The front desk Tingting is very good👍

Taking advantage of the March off-season, I decided to tackle Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) for a weekend. Everyone says 'no mountains are worth seeing after you've seen Huangshan,' and indeed, the natural scenery is absolutely stunning, with very well-planned visitor areas. Before this trip, I specifically booked the newest Beihai Hotel in Huangshan to catch the sunrise and sunset. The hotel is located in the Beihai Scenic Area, very close to 'Brush Pen Peak,' 'Beginning-to-Believe Peak,' and 'Monkey Gazing at the Sea.' If you take the cable car up from the back mountain, it's only a 40-minute walk, which is super convenient! The hotel completely shattered my preconceived notions of dilapidated accommodations in mountain scenic areas. The design and overall sophistication are excellent, and the service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Our concierge, Xinyu, proactively informed us about the sunrise/sunset gathering times and other hotel activities, which was a very nice touch. I also have to mention that the hotel's buffet truly made me feel like I was getting 'value for money' in a scenic area. For 198 RMB per person, to enjoy such a rich and abundant dinner on top of the mountain, completely soothed away a day's fatigue! Full marks, highly recommended!

Facilities: The facilities are complete and very convenient. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. Environment: Right in the city center pedestrian street, very convenient for going out. The down comforter was very comfortable. Service: Excellent service, and a wide variety of breakfast options, which was great.

We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.
