Highly, highly recommend! This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in, not just for its thoughtful service, but also for its proactive and highly professional, personalized approach. The hotel's location is exceptional, very close to Bright Summit and prime spots for sunrise and sunset viewing, and it's on the main route to other popular attractions. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, specifically catering to hikers. Plus, they offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to wear for photos. They also provide complimentary down jackets for use in the guest rooms. The service, though, is what truly stands out—it's incredibly attentive! And all the services are proactively offered, anticipating guests' needs, which completely redefined my understanding of hotel room service. We were able to check in several hours early, saving us from lugging our luggage up the mountain. They also gave us very clear recommendations for our Huangshan itinerary! Seeing an extra child in our room, they proactively brought extra toiletries. They also reminded us multiple times about sunset times, etc. After we finished exploring for the day and returned to the hotel... that's when the real magic happened—this service truly exceeded my expectations. First, we were invited to watch a performance arranged by the hotel, then offered orange juice, followed by foot soak packets delivered to our room, and even a 20-minute free massage chair session. Isn't this exactly what we needed after a full day of strenuous hiking? A little while later, presumably after we finished our foot soaks, fresh fruit was delivered directly to our door! Did we think it was over? No, local specialty snacks were also brought to us! The next day, even after we had checked out and were about to leave, they offered milk tea and bottled water, all to keep us hydrated during our climb. This service is truly incredibly thoughtful. The key is that all of this was proactively offered by them. Before staying at this Baiyun Hotel, I honestly had no idea service could be this good! It's absolutely amazing! Huangshan is beautiful, and I'll definitely be back, and I'll be staying here again next time.

The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

The room was very warm and the facilities were comprehensive. Not only the hotel staff, but everyone in Huangshan was incredibly warm and friendly. The hotel food tasted pretty good, and the breakfast buffet was rich and varied. There's also a show in Lobby A starting at 7:30 PM, which added a fun touch. We set off at 5:40 AM the next day, arriving at Mushroom Pavilion below Shixin Peak in 30 minutes to watch the sunrise. It was already crowded, but we still caught a breathtaking sunrise with rime and a sea of clouds. Plus, the air quality in the mountains is truly exceptional; with only a level 4 light pollution and a 94% stargazing index, my phone easily captured beautiful photos of the bright moon and twinkling stars! Huangshan is absolutely stunning!

Only a short stay, but has always been good staying this hotel for close proximity to shops, restaurants, and business partners.

Choosing Beihai Hotel for my Huangshan trip was absolutely the right decision! The hotel's location is incredible; it was such a pleasant surprise to find such a comfortable place to stay up in the mountains. The surrounding mountain views are so healing, the room was clean and tidy, and the air was filled with the freshness of the forest – it was incredibly relaxing. I have to specifically commend the staff! In the morning, when I went to watch the sunrise, I didn't see a step and accidentally fell. I was quite flustered, but a staff member immediately ran over to help me up. I had a small scrape, and they brought emergency medicine to treat it, being patient and responsible throughout. What could have been an unpleasant incident was completely resolved by their warm and thoughtful service – I was genuinely touched. They even gave me a souvenir when I checked out, which was incredibly sweet!! After a tiring day of hiking, all I wanted was a hot shower. The water here was just the right temperature and the pressure was strong; after showering, all my fatigue just melted away. The floor heating was also super warm, unlike air conditioning which can be drying. Plus, the breakfast exceeded my expectations! There was a huge variety, with Chinese options like congee, noodles, steamed buns, and dumplings, as well as Western choices like bread, fruit, and yogurt. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great. Eating a hearty meal before heading out to sightsee really filled me with energy. Whether it's the environment, location, service, or breakfast, everything was exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Huangshan!

The exquisite mall, marvelous views and the proximity to the mind-blowing museum together with its quiet and peaceful green surroundings make the Grand Hyatt, the pace to stay. Don't forget the World Ice Arena where Dreams are build and made come true.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

This stay was really great! The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation around, whether it is to go to scenic spots or business districts. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the warm decoration style. The staff member Wang Ting was warm and considerate. When checking in, he took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding food. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very comfortable to sleep. And the sound insulation was very good, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were also complete, with a light fragrance. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is also very good, especially the freshly made fried eggs and local special snacks, which are appetizing. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it to my friends!
