Bardzo fajny hotel, przyjemny basen. Nawet zimą ciepło, czysto, rewelacyjne śniadania. Blisko do plaży. Parking dodatkowo płatny.

I had a really nice stay at Hola. The staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful.The rooms are very elegant , clean and fresh.I cant say enough about the beds , very comfortable and gave me a good night rest.They also provide some water, tea and coffee in the room.The hotel is located close to the centre so i was able to access different points of the city from that point, its at a really convenient location.Their breakfasts was really nutritious and delicious , so many options to choose from.Overall this is a cozy and and comfortable hotel and i would highly recommend to anyone visiting Gdynia!!

The room is large, clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly. The port is right outside the door. The scenery is pleasant. The sea view room is beautiful. The breakfast is rich. The facilities are complete and comfortable. The environment is beautiful.

Comfortable hotel, great location, nice swimming pool on the roof, comfortable bed, food really very tasty - delicious toast with eggs Benedict, I recommend it for breakfast :-) The hotel itself and the rooms are clean, quiet, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city... the price list of dishes and alcohol is rather for Western tourists :-) but... but whoever decides to stay in good Polish hotels should not comment on the prices: -))) we see what we choose. I recommend!

We went here for 7 nights in July 2020. The hotel is located in a small town in the really unbelievably beautiful Kaszuby region in the North of Poland. The hotel is renovated some years ago and looks really beautiful and well-maintained. The interior at the reception and restaurant area are modern with light colours, maybe a bit decoration could be used to make the atmosphere a bot cosier but that is more a personal observation. The check-in was swift and friendly. We had booked a Double Plus room which was spacious with suffcient storage and hangers in the cupboard. Beds were of a very good quality. The bathroom and toilet had a spacious shower and was size wise more than comfortable. The food served by the restaurant was of a very good quality, the menu is not very extensive but what is coming out ofd the kitchen is nicely presented and of a very good quality. We enjoyed all our dishes, drinks and/or snacks. The breakfast had a good variety of products and dishes. Due to the COVID-crisis initially the breakfasts were delivered at the table but that was changed a few days later to the buffet however 2 waitresses were delivering the food that was requested by the people in the queue. From a personal safety perspective I personally preferred the first option however we also noticed this way of serving may cause a lot of waste of food and drinks compared to serving from the buffet. The terrace was spacious with good quality chairs, tables and parasols. There is also a small beach with access to the lake, also canoes and water-bikes are available for rent (life jackets are supplied by the hotel). A special recommendation we would like to make to all staff around the premise. All friendly and very customer oriented. Always a smile and/or a friendly word. WELL DONE!! A hotel can be as nice buy without quality staff it will never really work . Here you have it all, a nice location, good restaurant and rooms, nice breakfast and GREAT staff!! Definitely an address we can highly recommend!!

Average rate in Sopot is super high. So ratio of price quality is fine. Clean but poorly furnished rooms, not sharp 4 stars. Recommended mot to overpay for airbnb style. 11:00 check out is ridiculous

とても清潔で快適なホテル。グランドフロアーの部屋は芝生のバルコニー付きで快適。サウナもとても気持ちよかった。朝食も大変満足。次回また泊まりにきます。

The hotel has a lot of comments for a 4 star. The rooms are stuffy and have a strange smell, the air conditioning barely works in traction and in the evening it is turned off automatically as I found out as soon as the temperature drops. So at night it is very hot and stuffy, opening the window is a drama because at night they eat cars that race with torn mufflers. And at the reception, after the intervention, we heard that the air conditioning was turned off for our good so as not to get sick. furniture fittings are quite old and worn out, the same applies to RTV equipment. The hotel is clean but the furnishings and decor from the 90s are of poor quality. It definitely needs renovation and should have a 3 star status. Too much money for the standard of this hotel. The best is the location. Breakfast is also satisfactory. Very soft mattresses ready to be replaced.

I went to Soto Masil and found Sheraton by chance.... I made a reservation right away.. I slept very well in a room with a diagonal ocean view. The hotel parking lot is in the parking tower, but isn't it a bit expensive? If you cross the road to the main gate, there is an alley, so if you park there, it's not too expensive. There is a parking app used in the Soto area, so you can download the app and use it. There is street parking in front of the hotel, but.. The competition is very fierce.
