Perfect stay for a family with children - many things are suitable for them here. It was raining outside, so the playing room and a spa zone (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and kids pool) was very useful! Very good breakfast. The sea is really near. Everything, what you see in the hotel photos, is the same in reality. :)

We've really enjoyed this stay. Everything was perfect, starting from the Staff members, though the food, to the room. The distance to the beach is like 2 minutes of walk which we loved. If no weather there is a swimming pool and fitness centre as well.

Amazing service, good food , excelent place. Great hotel and more than hotel. I will stay next time longer. delicious food close to the sea, I recommend IT . very well trained staff, always helpful and always smiling

Property and stay were excellent.. only issue is that there is no a single English channel on TV... also, provision for making coffee / Tea should be provided in the room

The hotel is dirty... They don't change the bed linen... Smelly rooms and toilets are not clean. There is no air conditioner in the room... The equipment and games are very old... Basic Breakfast. The service is bad and unkind ... We Stayed at the hotel 4 years ago and it was excellent. Disappointment.... There is no value for the high price.

We had to attend funeral and we stayed in this hotel. It has very spacious rooms with kitchen unit. Very good breakfasts. I would like to praise mr Mateusz from reception, for his perfect customer care.

The only thing I have really enjoyed there is the food. It was honestly very good and well worth the extra cost. The waitresses are very friendly and helpful and simply a delight to deal with, especially Victoria. Employees like her make costumers return. The reason why I only rate this place 3 out of 5 is that appart from the restaurant there isn't much to look forward to. When I visit a hotel I expect to get a good night sleep I literally had to sleep on the floor to fox my back I'm not sure who took the decision to put mattresses like the ones you have but maybe that person should sleep on them a few night to see that it is a very bad choice. The walls and furniture in the rooms are dirty . Good job to the kitchen and dining room staff but the rest was horrible .

Stayed in this hotel few years ago and loved it, so were looking forward to 6 days there, but our recent stay was very disappointing- no value for money at all, actually we felt like no-one in the hotel cares what customers think. After reading reviews on google, it looks like the issues we've experienced, are the same as other customers reported a year ago and nothing has been done to fix them. First time in my life, I had to ask a receptionist for cleaning stuff and clean the bathroom myself! After paying over 1100 PLN per night! And no-one asked me at the check out about our stay, I guess they just don't ask guests for opinions any more. So we expected pleasant stay at the clean hotel near the beach, what we got was a dirty room, dirty carpet, dirty walls, the state of sofa covers was shocking! many stains on each sofa, I couldn't even bear to thing about sitting on it. Ants in the bathroom, ants on the dining table, coffee table not even wiped after previous guests, full of finger marks. Same with light switches, door handles, etc. The curtains were never washed, you wouldn't want to touch it.. After complaining to the reception, we changed the room for 1 night but it was clear that the standard of cleaning was very poor as the other room was also dirty. As it was late night, I have cleaned the bathroom, so we can shower and go to bed. The beds were too soft, mattress covers are cheap, waterproof and make you sweat all night. So as you can imagine, we wanted to move hotels the next day, but there were none available in Jelitkowo, so we had to stay there. The breakfast and dinners were just awful, total joke. Cheap, cheap, nasty food. Total disregard of customers paying good money for staying there. Example- cheap, dry sausages for breakfast, that my kids refused to eat. Scrambled eggs made not from fresh eggs, despite the staff saying so. Pancakes so dry that they can choke kids. Chickens nuggets and fish fingers from the supermarkets for kids meal. My kids are not fussy eaters, but they only ate cereal for breakfast there. Salads and coleslaw were supermarket quality. They run out of ''juice'', bread and other things 45 minutes before the breakfast meant to end. And staff working in the restaurant look like they don't enjoy a minute of it, never smile, a sad place. I have to say the hotel is not managed well any more, I understand it was bought by Polski Holding Hotelowy (PHH) in 2018 and it's clear they are not investing in the hotel at all. So definitely I don't recommend this place for that price. There are much better hotels in Gdansk and Jelitkowo, like Novotel Marina that never disappoints. The only good thing about this place are outside areas where kids can run around and play. That's it.
