This is a great place to stay. The amenities are good, and the location is convenient—just a 5–10 minute walk to the beach. A water dispenser is available for guests, which was very helpful. The pool is on the shallower side, about 4ft deep, which is good to know. The breakfast buffet is decent and didn't have any long lines. The hotel also connects directly to a mall and a grocery store. Be aware that they are strict with check-in times, so it's best to message them in advance if you want to check in early. They also provide beach towels, which is a nice touch.

I love the rooms here, spacious, clean and new. The buffet breakfast is also good for it's price. Location is also excellent, infront of the main road, not beachfront but very near Dmall and just a short walk to the main beach front. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Overall my experience was great!

Situated in Station 3, beside the highway. It's near the beach for us. Room is okay, just on our 2nd day, saw a cockroach on the floor. Door was broken and made us skip our lunch due to maintenance trying to fix it. Love the welcome as they have welcome drinks and help us carry our things to 3rdflr. But when the door in our room was broken and cause inconvenienced to us, didn't feel that they care, did not even apologize. Stayed 3 days and there's only 3 choices for breakfast. We had to eat the same food twice.

Amazing location. We was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to this gorgeous beach. The staff were extremely helpful and happy. The outside of the little buildings within beautiful gardens could do with a refresh, but otherwise, it was a lovely stay. We spent 6 nights here and could have easily spent another week. Upon check-in we had a bit of an issue with a lost bag, and the staff, particularly a serviría guard, was so helpful, and we did manage to get the bag back, much to our surprise as it was left on the transport Tom too type vehicle from the port. Overall we had a n amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.

We booked the 2 bedrooms for our family. The place is spacious with receiving and dining area. You can also cook if ur up to it with utensils and cookware available. Overall our stay was nice and comfortable.

I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.

We enjoyed pur stay. Even upgraded our room from no toilet to with toilet. Friendly and approchable staff. Very clean room and dining. Nice and relaxing environment. Most of all very affordable. Location very near sa station 1 tawid lng maliligo kana. Near sa Willy's rock. Thank you sa lahat ng staff...Babalik kami next time... 😊

Hotel Staff are very accomodating. Allowed us to do early che kin since room is already available. Beach towel is also available. Breakfas tbuffet with sea view is superb! Food was okay considering the price paid. Just please update more on the veggies or salad. Live acoustic at night is superb, we enjoyed it every night esp with Paulo. Will go back end of the year for sure!

I absolutely love this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it! We stayed in the KOI room, and the view was simply breathtaking – we enjoyed it every single day. Plus, the hotel is situated on a very beautiful stretch of the beach and even provides its own sun loungers, which is a huge bonus. The breakfasts are delicious and filling, with a menu to choose from; I think there are about 8 different options. Breakfast is served at the Sensi restaurant on the ground floor. We also had dinner there in the evenings. The lasagna is incredibly tasty, highly recommend it! The only thing is the live music goes until 11 PM, but the singer is amazing, so it’s not really an issue.

Fairways and Bluewater is more than a hotel. It is like a community - it has its own golf course, tennis courts, lake, clubhouse, bar, restaurants and its private beach. It also has its welcome center which is separated from the busy jetty port going to the island which is really convenient. The rooms are clean and equipped with your basic hotel needs. Hot shower is available and there is also a minibar in the room. We were able to request for a flat iron and ironing board too. They have a lot of staffs who are friendly and acommodating. The hotel is located though at the far-end of Boracay island. Far from the main white beach in stations 1-3, but near to the newcoast beach. Inside the hotel, there are free shuttles available 24 hours to take you to the different places in the hotel, and there is a free shuttle to Dmall as well three times a day. It was a great deal - will definitely book this again.
