Beach Hotels in Western Visayas, Philippines

This hotel is located in S1. I took a tuk-tuk from near S2 to the hotel, which took less than 20 minutes. Locals might pay 20-30 pesos, but the driver charged me 50 pesos, perhaps because I had a suitcase or I'm a foreigner. For first-time visitors to Boracay, this hotel isn't in the bustling commercial area, but for those on a vacation, its location is excellent. First, the hotel is situated within a large shopping complex. On B1, there's a Robinsons Supermarket where you can buy plenty of food, drinks, and daily necessities. There's also a visa extension office; I saw some online comments about people extending their stay there. The complex also has several restaurants that are much more affordable than those near D'Mall. Second, taking a shortcut behind the hotel, you can reach S1 beach in 5-10 minutes on foot. It's close to Diniwid Beach, and you can walk to a popular photo spot and Willy's Rock. You can also find activities like sunset sailing on the beach. The water here is more expansive than S2, and the sand is finer. The hotel provides two bath towels daily, which you can take out using a card. Since I didn't stay on the beach for long, I didn't use this amenity. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to different beaches, but you need to book in advance, so I didn't use that either. The hotel has a large swimming pool, perfect for a vacation. Each floor has purified water, and rooms have large reusable bottles for refilling. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a balcony where I could hang swimwear to dry. My room faced the street, so it wasn't as quiet as it could be, but I'm a good sleeper, so it didn't bother me. Check-in took a bit longer, as there were many documents to sign and a deposit was required, which could be paid by credit card.

This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

This is in Station 3, about a 3–4 minute walk to the front beach. The hotel faces the main road, which makes it very accessible to public transportation, especially when heading back to the jetty port. The only downside is the elevator wasn’t working. It can be a bit of a hassle carrying your luggage up from the first to the third floor if your room is on the top level.

Considering that it's located at Station 3, getting around was not a problem since we enjoy walking while sightseeing. This was our second time booking this hotel, and we were happy to return because of the wide selection of tasty food, accommodating staff, and the spacious room arrangement. The room also seemed cleaner compared to our first stay. Overall, the service has improved since our last visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Azalea Boracay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for families or groups. I really appreciated the kitchenette setup, which made it convenient for preparing light meals and snacks. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is great — just a short walk to the beach, yet peaceful and quiet at night, which made it very relaxing. The breakfast selection was good, and the pool area was a nice bonus for winding down after a day out in Boracay. Overall, it was a cozy, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again! 🌊✨

This hotel is currently running in soft opening mode as the rooftop area is currently under construction to provide a rooftop bar and an increased gym area. I stayed in one of the suites and had a wonderful time at Mandarin Bay right at the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the transportation service offered at a reasonable price is worth it.

Thank you La Bella Casa de Boracay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler I love the location of the hotel. It’s 2 minutes from the beach. There’s also a church near it. I also felt safe during my trip. The location is quiet. It’s near Grotto, Coco Mama, and a few minutes walk to Sunny Side Cafe. They even upgraded my budget room for FREE into the one with own bathroom. I highly recommend it if you want a nice and affordable place to stay in Station 1 Boracay.☺️😍

My stay at Golden Phoenix Boracay was a really pleasant experience. Everything was okay overall, but what stood out was how they handled my special request — they exceeded my expectations by upgrading my room without any hassle. I stayed in the Coral Room, and the balcony was massive (definitely one of my favorite things about the stay). The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and extremely accommodating, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Another major highlight is that the property is right on the beachfront, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore anytime. Their food was okay as well, simple but satisfying. Overall, everything from the room to the hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

Small good if you want just sea and sleep perfect.food is nice. We also requested extra bedsheets, pillows, and a blanket, and they asked for an additional charge. This was not pleasant. While most places charge around 500 pesos, they asked for 1,500 pesos, which we believe is absolutely not worth it. Overall, the room, sleep quality, breakfast area, the sea, and the pool are nice. The pool is mainly suitable for diving activities, and there are constant training sessions taking place. In general, the hotel is acceptable, but it does not justify the extra charges.

Had amazing time at this resort, great location right opposite to city Mall, great amenities and amazing food in all restaurant and bars. The pools are with spectacular views. Foam party was great fun. Also spa has great massage options for relaxation. Very friendly and always smiling staff.
