The table service I would say is excellent. The modern structure. I would say the young lady at the reception is very helpful and kind. Good and plentiful breakfast. Finally a clean room. I gladly go back.

The facilities are a bit old but they are cleaned very well. The lady at the front desk was very kind and gave us a lot of travel advice. The hotel is on Lido Island and it is very convenient to go to the beach, but you need to take a bus to the main island, so you need to plan your budget and travel time reasonably.

The location is super convenient, really close to St. Mark's Square. While it's a bit old, it's very clean and the staff are friendly. They also offer luggage storage. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate.

This hotel is right in front of the beach plus they have a private pool. It is one of the most clean hotel I've ever seen.
I had breakfast and the selection was the usual continental one, there were eggs, ham, croissant, cakes...a mix of sweet and savory.
The girls at the reception are very kind and smiling. Definitely an enjoyable place to stay.

Dog friendly and people friendly we liked this hotel very much. The room was spotlessly clean and clearly had been renovated not too long ago. The wifi was reasonable enough whilst breakfast was great - lot of variety with very nice bread. The best was that they allow dogs to sit on the covered terrace by the pool whilst you are having breakfast which is very convenient. I was not a huge fan of the parking - it was very tight as the spaces were small. I preferred to park 5 minutes away on foot in free parking spaces by the road. They charged 10 euros per night for the dog. The location was Jesolo Pinetta which is at the far end of lido di Jesolo which meant you needed to drive to be part of the action. Having said that we found a friendly very reasonable pizzeria 5 minutes walk away. It also meant there was no noise to keep you awake at night. In summary I felt that the hotel was good value especially given that we were staying in lido di Jesolo in the middle of summer!

The owner of the hotel is a very enthusiastic person! ! Why? First of all, I admire him very much. He is on duty at night and works hard! Secondly, this hotel has a lounge, and you can enjoy the music and beautiful scenery at night! ! Because my friend said to take me out to other places, I came back to the hotel very late that night. I was greeted by the enthusiasm and patience of the hotel owner! ! Because I was very happy that night and a little tipsy. I told the boss that I wanted to jump into the swimming pool naked, and the boss did not refuse, and also prepared a bath towel for me and asked me to pay attention to my body! He is really a very warm-hearted person!! Breakfast is also very sufficient! ! Before I checked out, the boss even gave me a bath towel with their hotel logo for me to keep as a souvenir. Thank you very much! ! I will stay in this hotel again next time! ! !(In addition, the flowers in the picture were not picked by me, I picked them up on the floor of the hotel.) Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia. Ho detto al capo che volevo tuffarmi in piscina nuda, e il capo non ha rifiutato, e ha anche preparato un asciugamano da bagno per me e mi ha chiesto di prestare attenzione al mio corpo! È davvero una persona molto cordiale!! Anche la colazione è molto sufficiente! ! Prima di fare il check-out, il capo mi ha persino dato un asciugamano da bagno con il logo del loro hotel da tenere come souvenir. Grazie mille! ! The stay was amazing and the view from the room was incredible. The stuff were friendly and welcoming making the stay feel like home. The hotel location is near to the waterbus station where it is easy to access to the main island.

It feels like I have discovered hidden gems. The surroundings are so beautiful, and the service of the hotel is superb. Preserving the exterior of the classic hotel, the interior has been renovated modernly. My mom uses a wheelchair, and the hotel gave the wheelchair user the best room. Also, I would like to compliment the chef who prepared the breakfast. Fresh and diverse fruits are prepared more than the famous four-star hotel, and the food is all delicious. Offering luxurious service for the price, this hotel is comparable to the name of a villa. This hotel is far from a train station, bus terminal, and public parking lot, but it is close to the airport, dock, and beach. We stayed in Venice for 18 nights and 19 days because my mom is sick, and if you are a traveler who can afford time like us, you'd better stay at Lido Island, travel to the surrounding islands, and enjoy the beach through this hotel.

We picked this hotel based on it's location - wanted to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Venice. This was perfectly placed - right opposite the water bus terminals so had easy access from the train station on arrival and then also direct to the airport on our departure. We had a terrace room, overlooking the lagoon - views were excellent and was nice to sit our there at the end of the day and enjoy a glass of wine and take in the view. Service was good - room was cleaned daily, reception staff were helpful - as were the bar staff and the waiting on team. Breakfast was included and was enough to give us a start to the day.

Thank you for a most memorable trip. The hotel was amazing, the room was great just as in the picture with a balcony and an incredible view of the Garda Lake. The roof top terrace was also nice with Panaromiic views , the only thing missing was that they had not kept the jacuzzi running during Oct. The breakfast spread was great and every one in the family had something nice to have . The coffee machine was also making lovely cups of espresso and machiatto. The city center was a 10 minute beautiful walk away all in all a must recommend and will surely be back. Thank you

GGuest UserAll like in the hotel description: short distance to the beach, good breakfast with a larger selection of coffee, tea, water and juices, prevalent staff. Rooms have sufficient size, just as the bathroom, you can well douche. The window in the bathroom is very useful, allows fast air conditioning.
The floor is a good restaurant, prices are OK and the food is very tasty.
There are private parking facilities at the hotel, but not in sufficient number. Fortunately, we were just arrived at the end of the season and allowed to park freely on the street.
The cleanliness of the whole facility is to be mentioned. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was pleasant and very clean. The air conditioning worked in both directions (cold and warm), Wi-Fi was free. The hotel is recommended.
