New high-level hotel, excellent service, attentive staff. Good restaurant with affordable prices. Located right next to the beach, across the road. To the main market streets and the Jagannath Temple on foot 30-40 minutes, on tuck-tuck 10 minutes. There are food larches nearby. Initially there was a room without a balcony, behind the window was noisy air conditioner, at request after day the room was changed. All questions were resolved quickly. I ordered transfer and food (mahaprasad) from the main temple. Cleaning every day. The price is in principle consistent with the level, although it would be desirable to be cheaper.

Everything is good, lived in a single room, but because there windows are not open, (I like to sleep with open window badly sleep under the air conditioner) asked to change to another room where windows are opened. For a small extra, the room above the class where the windows open. And I liked breakfast very much. Very big choice. Breakfast is top class!

It was a good experience overall. The hotel is well endowed with statues and artifacts and vintage items that keep you engaged. There are lots of activities to do. The breakfast is pretty good as well considering the price which is not that expensive. Overall good experience.

Location was close to beach which was a 10 mins walk. Rooms i stayed was of Deluxe category and we're presented in neat & clean state. comfortable stay of two nights. Breakfast was good with variety of options for South Indians too. Food in general was of high quality. Ambience was good.

I had an exceptional stay at regenta central. The staffs were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was immaculate, spacious, and luxuriously decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities too were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the sea view from my room and if anyone wants to seek a serene environment, far from crowd, you should definitely go for this one. And trust me you wont regret. What truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and made me feel valued. I highly recommend regenta central to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience and yes, i”ll definitely return! highlights which i need to mention- - cleanliness and comfort - friendly and attentive staff - excellent amenities - front sea view rooms.

The hotel is in the by lanes of Baliapanda. Behind the Light house. As such no views from the hotel while sea beach is 5 mins walk. Sri Jagannath temple would take 20 mins by rickshaw. Stayed in a delux AC room. The room was indeed spacious however the bathroom lock was broken, the AC temperature couldn’t be controlled below 25 while in the bathroom ( shower ) the soap case / rack was broken. Food is very expensive while they start breakfast (shocked that they don’t even provide 2 complimentary bottle of mineral water had to buy that too Rs 30 / bottle) only after 8 am & simultaneously ask to vacate the room as check out time is 8 am as well. As it was a last moment decision for a darshan of Lord Jagannath had no much option & stayed here.

First when I visited there . I asked for sea facing room . They said it not I have selected. Then second he told you can get garden view room . Then they gave me a room with wall view at ground floor, which doesn’t have garden view at all. I asked why this room given in place of garden view. They said all rooms are full. Then yelling on them for 10 mins they agreed to provide me garden view. Such false information these guys have given .

Issue were visible 1) Wi-Fi was not working and rudely it will not work due to construction 2) TV was not working , it was mentioned due to construction but later found out due to non recharge of Airtel TV , finally they recharged after 3 calls and showing it was not due to construction 3) Food was really below par, both breakfast and room service Good things 1) service people and cleaning crew were really good behaved and gave full support. 2) Room was good and location nice Overall I have stayed in this hotel for the last 5 years and loved it , but the new is making me regret this visit
