I really liked the hotel! Pros: -convenient location (on the beach, on the outskirts - there are no hotels nearby, therefore few people), the view from the windows is wonderful -very polite, friendly and helpful staff, and all of them - security, maids, receptionists, waiters. You are great! The staff is the heart of any hotel. -the view from the rooms is gorgeous, the area is well-kept, the construction does not interfere. -high-quality materials, competent construction There is only one minus for me - a hole of 10-15 cm on the balcony, a child may not fall, since there is a rope, but he will break his leg, hanging there. There are no other minuses, but there are some things that I would like to draw the management's attention to (maybe someone will not notice this, but I noticed it due to my professional activities): - they do not provide foot towels, they removed them the first time, and they did not bring them again, although they are exactly what you need with the shower and their replacement. - if the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, then there should be all the cosmetics and slippers, and not just soap and shampoo (but I assume that 5 * will be officially after the completion of the construction of other buildings) - they hung a do not disturb sign at lunch for two hours, then hung a remove sign - no one cleaned it until 2 days later when we contacted the reception, I understand that the maids do not always see, but they can pass by again after lunch when people go to the beach - in a hotel by the sea this would be logical. - our bed linen was changed only the day before departure😁 - there are a lot of dogs in Kobuleti, and accordingly on the beach. I love them very much, but not on the beach. When you are sitting with a child, and they are here nearby and squabbling with each other. I would like a private beach in such a hotel, which would be monitored. Again, I repeat, these are not some critical minuses. We had a good rest, we liked the hotel, we liked the staff, if you look at it in general, everything is great!

I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

The room is beautiful, clean, spacious, new furniture, plumbing, spacious shower, large comfortable bed. In general, there is nothing to complain about the appearance of the rooms, everything is super. The view from the balcony was on the neighboring building, on the left you could see the mountains, on the right you could see the sea. The room has a kitchen, which had a mini-fridge, cutlery, some dishes, a sink, a kettle. In the bathroom there is shampoo, shower gel, a set of a brush and toothpaste, slippers. There was no hand soap, which is strange. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, pebbly, sun loungers and umbrellas are 10 lari, we never took them. Changing cabins were periodically encountered, there was one shower somewhere, and there were no toilets on the beach at all. They checked us in quickly, the young guys at the reception speak English, they also understand a little Russian. There are shopping centers Grand Mall, Batumi Mall, many Eurospars nearby, but we went to Black Sea Mall and Batumi Mall for groceries. There is Dodo Pizza nearby, as well as many Georgian cafes and restaurants, we went to Ardagani, Sazandari and Old Ambari. I advise you to change money at exchange offices, which are full on the streets of Batumi. We changed money in Russia, the rate there was not at all favorable. Cons and shortcomings of the hotel: sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevators, out of 6 elevators 3-5 work, for such a huge building this is too little. Room cleaning is only on request. In the evenings it can be noisy, music plays from restaurants, but this did not bother us much.

We were settled in apartments with sea view, on the 22nd floor. As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, the guys are very hard and always going to meet, we even offered to help with the purchase of tickets to the ZD to Tbilisi! We had no food, breakfast where it came down, including downstairs. Staff are also respectful and kind. Another cool cafe in the neighboring house over the corner. The elevators are walking clearly, their 3 passengers. The room is spacious, there is a place to turn, with/w too. Boler stood on the ECO, so when you wash your head well, the others will not get and had to wait. We still had a bad opening of the bathroom door (shooked the floor) and a stream of the shelter. In the shower, if Leique is not in hand, but the glass is leaked on the paddle and floor. But it was all not tense and we were indulging. Towels changed every day, and bedding once every 3 days. On the floor sometimes mosquitoes fly, bear in mind. In su a towel dryer with heating, it is convenient. On the balcony there were 2 chairs, sometimes there you can sit, drink wine. To the old city (lift) on foot exactly an hour, walked on the embankment every day, very large and beautiful! There are many exchangers, shopping, fresh bread, shops, etc. We are happy with our choice, recommend.

First of all it is a complete f/p hotel, the hotel is very clean, the staff is smiling (hard to find in georgia), easy to reach. Central heating etc. is sufficient. There is a children's playroom, fitness etc. When we stayed there, the breakfast was not open buffet because it was off season, but they give you a sufficient menu, you choose from the menu, omelet, pancake, cheese, croissant, honey, nutella, cornflakes, boiled eggs etc. There are also appetizer menus and soup in the hotel. All the staff are smiling and well-intentioned. The minus is that the restaurant menu is very narrow and there is no room service. If I go again, I would prefer to stay without hesitation. In short, it is a clean, safe and complete family hotel

We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I went and parked myself (as it turned out, in the wrong place). When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me that I parked in the wrong place, and asked me to repark the car. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the corridor on the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. We go into the room and see blankets on the closet, like a grandmother's in the village. It turns out that the coffee machine in the room is paid!!! At breakfast, the bread was dried out, they did not add juices - we did not have time to make them, margarine instead of butter, they did not have time to clear the tables - everything was covered with plates, as a result, we sat at a dirty table. When cleaning the room, they did not add a tea and coffee set. The beach towels are all washed out, old. At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.
