GGuest UserThe hotel is located just a few minutes by bus from the bar area.
The exterior looks old, but the interior is very nice and clean.
The bed was fluffy and I slept well.
There's a supermarket nearby, so you can easily stock up if you need something.
The breakfast selection isn't that extensive, but it was more than adequate. And it was very delicious.
I'd love to stay here again the next time I visit San Sebastian.

AAnonymous UserEen oud en daarmee erg gehorig hotel. Toen bijvoorbeeld mijn bovenburen hun wandelschoenen uitschopten, maakte dat zo'n lawaai dat ik van schrik rechtop in bed zat. Kamer okay, in de zin dat alles er is Niet erg gezellig.
Ontbijt basic, bv. slechts 2 soorten hartig broodbeleg.
Het avondeten daarentegen (3 gangenmenu met per gang 5 keuzes) was top.
Ook de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de receptionistes was fantastisch.
Het hotel is dicht bij zee en 20 minuten lopen van trein en bus.

LlauraaaaaaAppreciated the free parking and beautiful views of the city below. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stop. Our hotel room was pretty clean but I would describe the room amenities as basic. The pillows were too soft - presumably due to the lack of pillow filling. The motion sensor lights in the toilet also turned off every 5 mins which was a bit annoying sometimes. For the price paid, I still think our stay was worth it.

GGuest UserThe reception was excellent English Spanish and French all spoken and possibly more they were really helpful with regards to nearby transport etc
The room was excellent value and spacious
The bathroom was of a high standard
The mini fridge was well stocked
The room was very clean and attended to a high standard
No fault could be found
I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends

PPablo FerraboneFriendly staff, outside season they might get you in early if possible. Also, being just a few meters away from the beach is priceless. Don't skip on waking up super early to see sunrise on the beach.
Breakfast is good by could improve a little bit, but isn't hotel's main service, so is understandable.
I'd recommend it for someone that wants to be centric but not in the main busy area

CCengiz YungThe location is convenient, within walking distance of various attractions, beaches, and the old town. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff are friendly and provide enthusiastic service. There are many restaurants nearby, so you can enjoy a very satisfying stay at the place known as the (originator) of cheesecake!

CClarissa PastorWe absolutely loved our stay beautiful balcony and ocean view. Next time we will park with the hotel for discounted rate instead of using public parking which ended up costing us much more.
We will go back in a heartbeat. Close to everything and right on the beach.

GGuest UserNew hotel very clean nice rooms and wonderful pool.
It’s 25 min walk to the Centro but there is a bus for two euro and tax 9 euro, in the evening it’s hard te get a taxi and find the bus. WE had to walk back twice.
The door locks make a very hard nice which awakes you in the morning
