The room is clean and tidy, and the guy and girl at the front desk are warm and polite! The work was done very efficiently and I even gave a small gift! There is free ice cream in the lobby! Opposite is the Huquan Ecological Park, and the room also has a private hot spring! It’s so cool to have a private bath after a day out! Come again next time! ! !

So lucky to have chosen Yunqi for our Erhai lakefront stay this time! The butler service was excellent. They kindly upgraded us to a soft room for free, which was much more spacious. This gave my child more room to play and offered even better views! The service truly stood out – they added me to a management group where I could voice any needs at any time. The afternoon tea, breakfast, and dinner were all delicious, and the coffee was fantastic! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room is very unique and has a holiday feel. The hotel has many check-in spots, which is especially suitable for family vacations and couples' trips. It is very photogenic. Swinging, sitting and watching the sunset and the lake are really comfortable❤️ The only drawback: The roads on the way in and out are not flat enough, and it is difficult to drive, but it is a different feeling once you arrive at the hotel area.

Perfect service by very kind staffs. Kids friendly hotel as well with the game corner and spacious kids room. Can enjoy nice view of the lake and can see the sunset in the hotel or at the hotel beach. Feed in the restaurant is also nice and staffs are friendly to our kids.

Impressive hotel. excellent customer service, proactively communicating arrival car park address, fetching luggages from car park, checking on your intended afternoon tea timing n good coffee n cakes for afternoon tea. It has many lake view rooms built ON the water and plenty of considerate and functionally well designed shower area which many poorly designed four n five star hotel rooms lack (eg towel rack in glass shower itself so you don’t have to walk out to get your towel in the cold, heater in shower, thermostat shower which help to keep temperature consistent, good water pressure, no water get out of shower room n spill into toilet area at all) and room amenities (big room, got wardrobe, fridge with free drinks n snacks n fruits and goodnight milk, nice seating chair n table or swinging chair at balcony facing 180 degree lake view ON the lake). Very comfortable bed and room. Breakfast set included a deliciously cooked mian xian. Very well located too! Really all pros and no cons especially for the room Wen Hai (smell the sea). They don’t give you reward to give a good review too so all their reviews are very genuine. They are very flexible and easy going n I feel they are genuinely concerned that you are happy staying here. Highly recommended to stay here!

This time, my sisters and I had to stay in Mile for two consecutive nights on our second stop in Yunnan. Mile Lake Spring Hotel must be our first choice. The Southeast Asian style environment, the mid-mountain hot springs, and the rich breakfast will make people linger. It is worth recommending. The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite Moon Bay Wetland Park. You can get a card at the hotel front desk to visit for free. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel is fully equipped and clean. There is an induction cooker and a refrigerator in the room. You can overlook Fuxian Lake from the window. The air conditioning, hot water and WiFi are very powerful. I stayed there for a few days every day. They were able to clean the room and replenish consumables on time. The ladies at the front desk were also very warm and friendly. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Fuxian Lake.

The most delightful sea-view room I've ever stayed in Dali! The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows are absolutely stunning; you can watch Cangshan Mountain reflected in Erhai Lake right from your bed. The balcony is perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and watching the sunset – so therapeutic. The room itself is incredibly luxurious, featuring a Dyson hairdryer and a smart toilet. They even provide complimentary makeup remover wipes and hydrating face masks, which shows incredible attention to detail. The butler service was outstanding. Since you can't park in the Old Town, they thoughtfully met us at the parking lot in advance, helped with our luggage, and escorted us to the hotel. The hotel offers a free afternoon tea and authentic, delicious Yunnan rice noodle breakfast. Plus, they provide a complimentary travel photoshoot with original photos, and the results are fantastic! The location in Shuanglang Ancient Town is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, yet it's surprisingly peaceful. Falling asleep to the sound of waves at night and waking up to the sunshine in the morning is just perfect. Both the value for money and the experience are top-notch. A must-stay when you visit Dali!

The views are absolutely stunning, and the hotel even features an underground parking garage with EV charging stations. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, patiently addressing all our questions. Check-in was not only efficient but also included a complimentary room upgrade. The room was exactly as depicted in the online photos, featuring smart controls and an incredibly spacious layout. Pushing open the window, we were greeted by the stunning Erhai Lake. It truly is a case of 'what you see is what you get'! Highly recommended!

This guesthouse is absolutely amazing!!! 🤩 First, let's talk about the room itself. It's a Loft, so there's plenty of space, and all the amenities are brand new and smart. There's even a washing machine and a fridge. The lake view room is incredibly refreshing; the moment you open the window and see the lake, everything feels worth it! 😍 The guesthouse's first floor is a restaurant (for dining and coffee), which transforms into a small bar with live music in the evening (ending at 10 PM, so it's not noisy). Every corner is picturesque, and the attention to detail is remarkable. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves taking photos. The hostess is hands down the best I've met in years – such a lovely young lady! Before our arrival, she added me on WeChat to send the address and important notes. Upon arrival, she recommended sightseeing routes and attractions, helped us arrange a pig-trough boat tour (which was fantastic!), and even took photos for us right at the guesthouse entrance! 👍 Next time I visit Lugu Lake, I'm definitely staying here again!! 🥰
