Extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; when they saw us with our luggage across the street, they immediately came over to assist. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was exquisitely prepared and delicious. The individual portions were quite filling. We only stayed one night in Chuxiong as we were just passing through, but our impression of this place far exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay in the future.

The boss upgraded the room for free. The hotel is in a good location, with many small shops nearby and the eco-tourism area within walking distance. There’s also free ice cream to eat. Good review!

I booked this hotel specifically for the hillside hot springs. Although it's a bit old, it's well-maintained and the environment is truly beautiful. I booked room C for convenience, since we take a shuttle bus to the hot springs anyway. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, but the taste was just average. The hotel's own restaurant offers reasonably priced meals, which is worth considering. Room E is located outside the hotel garden, right by the road, and the car is parked right next to the building; it didn't feel as nice as room C. The hotel parking lot has charging facilities, which is very convenient. However, the gate system had a problem. Even though I registered my license plate number at the front desk, I still had to pay for parking. In the end, I had to contact the front desk to manually raise the gate. The changing rooms at the hillside hot springs were clean, and bathrobes and towels were available for changing in the hot spring area. The only downside was that my skin became itchy after soaking in the hot springs, which was quite unusual; I've never experienced this in a real hot spring before.

The B&B's location is superb, right next to a popular internet-famous cafe. It's clean, the environment is great, and Erhai Lake is right outside the door. The rooftop offers an unobstructed 360-degree view for sunrise, perfect for amazing photos. The young guys at the front desk, all born after 2000, are consistently nice, and the owner is incredibly warm and welcoming. You can tell they put a lot of heart into running this B&B. Next time I'm in Dali, I'll definitely consider staying here again because other B&Bs in the area tend to be noisier, and this one is so quiet. Breakfast and afternoon tea are included.

The most beautiful Hilton lives up to its reputation. It was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. We caught up with the Yi Torch Festival and participated in the lively bonfire party, but unfortunately we didn't see the torch show at night. The breakfast was very delicious. I was lucky to sit in the best view seat. The hotel has a good view, including the lakeside Tailand, the mountain Italy, and Xiaowan Village. Many restaurants and cafes have a good view. The service details are in place. The lifeguard at the swimming pool also offered to help look after the baby. The child was happy and the mother was satisfied❤️

The room was fantastic! I chose the Jade Sea View room. The guesthouse owner added me on WeChat a day in advance and arranged to pick me up at the entrance – very accommodating. The room offers a wide, open view; you can see the beautiful sea view as soon as you enter, perfect for watching the sunrise. Just a short walk downstairs takes you to an excellent viewpoint. The guesthouse breakfast was also good.

The location is very good, very close to Fuxian Lake, food is very convenient, facilities and sanitary environment are good, this price is really nothing to complain about. Recommend

The transportation is relatively convenient. It is just a short walk across from Moon Bay and not far from the Fossil Museum. The lady at the front desk is also very welcoming. The room is neat and clean. There is a large window that can see the whole view of Fuxian Lake. It is very beautiful. The bed is also very soft and comfortable. The lighting in the room is very soft. We also rent a car downstairs. It is also convenient for visiting the surrounding scenic spots. .

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the bustling Guanglong Town with plenty of dining options and a small supermarket nearby. It's very close to Fuxian Lake, just a short walk to the shore, and also near Red Sand Beach. I booked a full lake-view room, and the balcony offered stunning views of Fuxian Lake. Picture 1 shows the sunrise I enjoyed from my bed, saving me the trouble of going out on a chilly morning. Parking at the hotel is convenient, and they offer complimentary daily afternoon tea, which includes a drink, a fruit platter, and four small cakes – a thoughtful and practical touch. The breakfast spread is quite extensive, with rice noodles, soy milk, milk, coarse grains, bread, and fruit… it's very rich. The room is spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and a smart toilet. There's a large projector TV, and even though it's a three-story building, having an elevator is very convenient. The ladies at the front desk were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. It offers great value for money and is a highly recommended hotel.

This hotel in Lugu Lake is an absolute gem, what an amazing experience! I was so pleasantly surprised by my stay here. The front desk staff were warm and incredibly thoughtful; they contacted me a week in advance, and upon arrival, they proactively helped with my luggage. After check-in, they escorted us to our room and kindly reminded us to turn on the humidifier at night and keep the AC temperature below 20 degrees. In the evening, there's a resident singer on the first floor with a wonderfully soothing voice, and you can order various drinks – it's so relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast selection is rich and fresh, and all the staff members have an excellent attitude. Plus, the complimentary sweet soup at night is fantastic, and the afternoon tea is also delicious. The room facilities are complete and very cozy, and the staff are always responsive and incredibly patient with any requests. Absolutely no regrets about any part of my stay. Next time I visit Lugu Lake, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!
