If you stay consecutively, you need to clean the room. You must go to the front desk to remind the hotel to clean the room and replenish the supplies in the room, otherwise the hotel will not clean the room for guests staying consecutively. However, the hotel environment is still good.

Guest UserFirst time taking my partner to Busselton, we loved everything about the resort. Small walk past the pools,BBQ area and children's playground and you are right on the beach. Ground's were immaculate, beautiful foyer that lead into two very sophisticated bar's and restaurants that overlooked the pool's leading straight down to the pristine sand and ocean. Two outdoor pools with an indoor heated pool, sauna and gym. Two restaurants and two bar's. Very well laid out accommodation and the service was outstanding. Be very happy to come back again and highly recommend staying here.

Simone PitcherBeautiful hotel in the heart of Fremantle. I advised the office when I booked it was mine and my partners anniversary. We arrived to a lovely bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful handwritten card!
The only complaint I have is the abysmal breakfast. $72 for 2 people. Hot food was luke warm at best, the scrambled eggs were sloppy. Tried to eat but ended up not being able to stomach it. Really disappointing end to a wonderful stay.

Guest UserWe enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and quick. Front office staff were very helpful. Undercover parking was easy to navigate. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom looked newly renovated. One thing that confused us was the light switch for the living room and bathroom was by the entry door. So you had to walk to the front door to turn the light on and off then walk into the bathroom. Very inconvenient. Plus there was no exractor fan for the shower so it got very steamy in there. Mirror and shower screen all fogged up. Poor design.
We had a great view of the ocean. The pool area and front entry are being renovated but that didn't not inconvenience us. When the pool is completed the view from the window will be beautiful

The hotel is strategically located. The hotel is located on a small hillside. There is a small hill grass facing the sea to watch the sunset. The scenery is beautiful. The car can be parked in front of the room. There is a lighthouse next to the morning walk. It is also very beautiful.

When I booked the room I first asked for an accessible room (none available). Advised other room is accessible though. There was lots of room which was good. I did mention when looking at bed that it was very high, we dropped out bags and went out for the afternoon. I am in a wheelchair needing 24/7 oxygen
My husband set up oxygen, there was no way I could get on the bed it was way too high. I ended up getting very upset wrecking the one night we’ve been away in a long time. I tried sleeping on the lounge but couldn’t as everything ached. I was even more upset and we decided we go home or we wouldn’t get any sleep. The receptionist was very nice to me and told me there was an accessible room available, firstly that made me angry, but I kept it in developing a lot of anxiety and I broke down. The accessible room still had the very high bed. My husband went to get the car and we were helped out.
I would like a refund of some sort please as room was not suitable and I had to drive home.i had already taken my night medication which makes you sleepy so I really shouldn’t of driven but I had no choice.
Please have some compassion

The room is generally clean. On the first day of check-in, there were cigarette butts from the previous guest in the room, with wine stains on the ashtray and the small table on the terrace. The floor of the room was not very clean either. The other facilities can only be described as acceptable. The swimming pool is not big, and hotel breakfast is usually at your own expense. The location is excellent. In conclusion, HKD$2xxx per night is a low value for money, but considering the Easter holiday, and the fact that I decided to book a hotel a week before departure, this was the only option I had. But I won't stay there next time

XingfubingThis duplex apartment, with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a living room downstairs, was really nice and quite new. It was definitely the best accommodation we stayed in around the AU$1500 mark in Australia. In the evening, you can take a short walk to see an amazing sunset! Plus, there's a beach to enjoy, and places to eat nearby.

We have recently stayed at Seashells Resort, Cable Beach, in a 1 Bedroom King Apartment for 4 nights.
This resort is in a great location. It is walking distance to Cable Beach. There is a bus stop directly outside the resort to catch the bus into Broome town.
The apartment is very comfortable. The living area has air-conditioning & a ceiling fan, as does the bedroom.
The kitchen is well appointed with a washing machine, coffee machine, toaster & kettle, it also has a cooking facilities with hot plates & a microwave.
There is a full size fridge. A comfortable dining table & lounges to watch the TV. Outside has an outdoor setting & a ceiling fan.
There are outdoor communal BBQs with outdoor settings to enjoy your BBQ.
The pool area is very nice with a lot of pool lounges.
If you have a car there is parking available.
The only downside is the shower is in the bath, but this didn't detract from our stay.
We would definitely return to this resort.

Guest UserStayed one night at Jurien Bay Tourist Park. Location was amazing. The hotel is located just minutes away from the beach and local restaurants (dinner at Sandpiper Tavern & Pizzeria was amazing). Room was perfect for a family of 5. The hotel was in contact with me to assist with check in details a few days/weeks prior to check in - which was very helpful.
Only thing is the cleanliness can be improved. The floor was very sticky and dusty. Otherwise a very lovely stay.
