I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I found this place to be a real gem. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem. Parking is A$25 per night in the standard underground car park. You definitely need a car when visiting Western Australia.
The hotel infrastructure is excellent; this setup would easily qualify as a five-star hotel back home. During the Southern Hemisphere summer, the indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool is accessible directly with your room key. You can ask the staff for directions. The beach is right downstairs, and you can spend a whole day there, just like the locals do.
The ocean-view room was stunning; waking up to the sea view was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean upon check-in. However, the hotel is quite large, and the housekeeping on the second day was a bit slow; our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we returned, so we just grabbed fresh towels and skipped the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful.
This area is a lively hub. Every summer, Western Australia hosts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night markets, and Scarborough is where the Thursday night market takes place. The area around the hotel becomes incredibly vibrant, feeling like all of Perth has descended upon it.
Downstairs, there are various restaurants, including a Thursday Special Steak deal, offering a 30% discount. A 300g steak for A$30-40 is an amazing and delightful deal. There's a Coles supermarket within a 5-minute walk, where everything is cheaper – anyone who's traveled to Australia will understand.
Everything was so relaxing; I hope to come back soon.
Bayview Geographe Resort Wow everything was just fabulous

Will definitely stay there again
The hotel's location is excellent. Busselton Jetty is just a short walk from the entrance, making it super convenient for train rides, fishing, swimming, diving, and watching the sunset. There's also a Woolworths a few hundred meters away, which is handy for stocking up on essentials. The hotel breakfast is very generous. Highly recommended!
First time taking my partner to Busselton, we loved everything about the resort. Small walk past the pools,BBQ area and children's playground and you are right on the beach. Ground's were immaculate, beautiful foyer that lead into two very sophisticated bar's and restaurants that overlooked the pool's leading straight down to the pristine sand and ocean. Two outdoor pools with an indoor heated pool, sauna and gym. Two restaurants and two bar's. Very well laid out accommodation and the service was outstanding. Be very happy to come back again and highly recommend staying here.
We had a lovely 5 night stay here. Great location and wonderful rooms, very comfortable amenities, close to so much. Kids loved riding everywhere everyday and we had room by our cabin/tent to store all our gear. Breakfast was delicious, our favourite was the chia pudding!
The only negative I have to say is we had noise most nights with young 20s/teens next to us on differing nights. Management was onto it pretty quick but seemed a shame to jeopardise 10/10 reviews by renting family tents to groups of young adults as it’s not really the best place to let loose when everyone can hear you (pretty offensive language and all!) and there are a lot of families around. Perhaps we got unlucky?
But overall, a wonderful holiday, we will be back!
The staff were friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast was good. The location across from the beach was great and also easy to walk around the main part of town. Lots of choices of places to eat within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The tent room I stayed in was quite interesting. The facilities inside were very complete and parking was convenient. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and the stay was very pleasant. I hope I will have the opportunity to come again next time.
The hotel room is spacy and the view is exceptional good. I arrived late (around 5pm), their reception nearly closed. Thus the whole registration is very rush and not explained clearly.
The pool, beds, tv and air con were great. The couch in the room was so uncomfortable, it gave me a sore back. It is disappointing that they have taken the kitchens out of the room as difficult to feed a family with no microwave. We love the pool and location so we probably would go again.

GGuest UserThe room is not big, but the public facilities are very large, with a living room, a garden dining table, and a super large kitchen and dining room. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, seasonings, and tableware, making it very convenient to cook when you have time.

YYK963Convenient for walking into Fremantle city centre. Clean enough, though there were a few minor niggles. The washing machine facilities are a great help for longer stays.
DDrizzleHonest feedback, the room is clean location wise fantastic, but the room doesn’t have noise proof seriously noisy can here next door and the people at the second floor when opening and closing doors dragging luggage moving things around voice and stuff seriously can’t have peaceful night. Hope they do something about it. If given a chance to book in this hotel again definitely not the ground floor rooms.
MM252127****This was by far the most comfortable hotel during my trip to Western Australia. I originally booked two nights and thought it might be a waste of time, planning to leave a day earlier. However, after checking in, I absolutely didn't want to leave! The kitchen facilities in the room were excellent, and I spent two wonderful nights there. Especially enjoying breakfast on the small balcony overlooking the sea in the morning – it was simply idyllic!
GGuest UserMy partner and I stayed in a 1 bedroom Chalet. The verandah railing would not support a child if leaned on - one section had come away and has been left for some time not repaired. The Queen bed was on rollers and scooted across the room if bumped. The bed was only just acceptable and VERY cheap. The floors in bathroom and toilet need a good bleaching and the uprights on the shower have rusted to the point where there is a sizeable whole that you could cut yourself on - the shower door handle was snapped off. For nearly $250 per night it was VERY disappointing and we will not stay again. The other cabin we hired was a gift for frineds and that had lights and switches that did not work and an ant infestation which got into the food and no offer of replacement - the office just handed a can of spray over and sent us to do the spraying.

GGuest UserThe check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know.
There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants.
While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying.
Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby.
WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities.
When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple.
In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.
AAgyynessThe room is spacious and is with standard microwave, kitchen utensils etc. Would he great if there is clothes washing machine and dryer. The water is hard to adjust between cold and hot though. There were insects flying around prior entry to the lift. Overall still ok.
GGuest UserThe Comfort Inn Bay of Isles in Esperance truly offers a fantastic stay, perfectly blending comfort with an unbeatable location. Situated directly opposite the stunning Esperance Bay foreshore, the views are breathtaking, and it's just a short, convenient stroll to the town center, local shops, and delightful dining options.
My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the mini-fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee facilities, adding a touch of home comfort. While some guests have noted that the decor might be a little dated, the overall cleanliness and functionality of the rooms are consistently praised.
