Good hotel in adana Pool is wonderful Breafast is plenty with options

The most annoying thing happened during our 3 days’ stay. the room cards they gave us wouldn’t work and we had to run to the lobby at least 5 times. it seems the system is outdated. When I asked them why cant they make it work once and for all, a receptionist told me it happens when we carry the card along with other cars such as bank visa etc which did not make sense at all considering we ve been travelling a lot and using the same room access card without any trouble at all. Plus, the AC system is very old that makes a lot of noise. I would say the stay was not pleasant and was not justified for the money we paid. I hope they take this comments objectively and make improvements.

The hotel is very, very old and is currently being renovated, but at a slow pace. Accommodation here depends on the price-to-value ratio; I believe the maximum price per night is €40, and I absolutely do not recommend anything higher. The location is excellent, right in the city center. There is free parking in front of the building, but it is limited and requires giving the key to reception, which many people dislike. The service and staff cooperation are excellent, and I have no complaints. The cleanliness is very poor, given the hotel's age.

Otel genel itibariyle çok iyi. Görünümü, temizliği, ulaşılabilirliği ve odalarıyla birlikte ***et yeterli. Klimalar eski, yeteri kadar ısıtmıyor. Fakat resepsiyonda bulunan görevliler sanki otel ile hiç bir alakaları yokmuş gibi, biz değil onlar misafirmiş gibi davranış sergiliyorlar. Bir şeyi söylemek, yaptırtmak veya rica etmek konusunda epey tedirgindik resepsiyon için. Temizlik personeli fazlasıyla iyi, mutfak ekibi işinde başarılıydı.

Otel ortalama kalitede olsa da görevliler çok ilgili. Birebir bir ilgili ile karsilandik. Sabah kahvaltısı çok zengin. Otelin konumu mükemmel. Temizlik fena değil. bazı eşyaları (klima tv vs) oldukça eski. Ama personelin yardimseverligi ve sevecenligi tüm eksiklikleri kapatıyor.

It is wise to choose this hotel as a business trip! The superior double room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable to relieve the fatigue of the journey, and the hygiene is spotless, which makes people feel relieved. The hotel is quiet and very suitable for processing work. The service staff responds quickly. Whether it is to print documents or ask about the surrounding information, it can be solved efficiently. The facilities are very new as a whole, and individual small places can be improved. It does not affect the five-star experience at all. I will choose here next time I come to Adana!

It's a perfect hotel in all senses to stay in the Zipaşa. We were very happy with everything. But I'm not sure if it's preferable to spend time in the hotel before going out. Because it's in a central position, garden, pool, etc. are not good. Besides, everything was perfect, it was a hotel we would prefer again and again.

The room was overall dark and not very bright. There are not many tables and chairs in the lobby downstairs, but the price of this hotel is very suitable and the price/performance ratio is very good.

The hotel was located on the highway with a private car at 10 minutes away from the centre. The hotel has very beautiful dinner and breakfast packages. The room was clean and large. It was beautiful than it appeared on the photos. Only the room smelled smoking very badly. We aired the room all day yet it didn't go, I think it was badly flushing the air conditioning. What we did wasn't smell. The bathroom was clean and the towels were very clean, so clean rooms were very clean. The hotel was quiet. Very beautiful flushing we sleeped in a quiet evening. The dinner service was good. You can do breakfast at an hour you want from 7 to 10 a.m. Beer is more suitable for hotels in the centre. If you have a car you go to the centre in 10 minutes. Very clean and comfortable, it meets the expectations of a 5 star hotel. It has two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The location is not bad, but it is a bit far from the center.
