I really enjoyed my one-night stay at Hayat Al Madinah Hotel. After travelling and spending time in Madinah, it was nice to come back to a clean and comfortable room where we could properly rest. The twin beds were comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a short stay. I especially appreciated the convenient location, as it made it easy for us to visit Masjid an-Nabawi. The hotel was also quiet and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. It was a short stay, but a pleasant one. I would happily stay here again when I return to Madinah, إن شاء الله.

The views are spectacular, making you feel like you're on another planet. The Mirror Music Hall is very close by, and the hotel service is excellent. While the breakfast options aren't extensive, everything is incredibly fresh, clean, and hygienic. The food at the Chinese and Western restaurants is also good. My room was the closest to the restaurant and pool, and it was quite noisy with people singing at night. I had to call the front desk for it to stop.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

The hotel was difficult to reach directly using the contact details provided in the hotel's information. However, I was able to request approval for my stay through Trip.com's chat service. Upon check-in, there was an issue with the booking system for OTA reservations, which caused a significant delay in getting our room. The facilities were quite basic; they only provided paper cups in the room and refills were by request. We booked a triple room but received a room with four beds, making it very cramped. On the upside, the location is excellent, very close to Gate 307 of the Nabawi Mosque courtyard. Because of this fantastic location, I believe I would book this hotel again if I return for Umrah. I hope they can improve their facilities and services in the future.

Overall, the welcome at the Radisson hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel's decor is very well done, and the rooms are pleasant. There's a nice cafe on the ground floor, and on the 8th floor, you'll find a gym with a sauna and pool, perfect for relaxation. The location is quite good, less than a 10-minute walk to Quba Mosque. From Quba Mosque, you can catch electric carts to Nabawi Mosque. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Nabawi Mosque, which is a nice touch. I think this hotel is more enjoyable than those right next to Nabawi Mosque because it's very quiet. While getting back and forth to the mosque can take some time, it's generally manageable. This is a good option for those who want to experience the city of Medina more than just Nabawi Mosque itself. The only downside to this hotel is that you have to request room cleaning. If you don't ask, no one will come to do it (during my 3-night stay, I had to call reception 3 times for cleaning). Other than that, everything is fine.

Good location, close to all the points of interest in the city of Yanbu. However, it is a little bit far away from industrial area. A very typical Ibis hotel, very convenient.

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.

The room is large and the price is high. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. The buffet food in the evening is OK. Remind the four choices of roasting and three quantities are very high. Other food is leisurely before the roasting comes up.

Comfortable, clean, beautiful, and the service was polite and smooth. I enjoyed the experience and will repeat it. However, despite the beauty and comfort of the bed and the beauty of the mattress, the pillows are very bad, large and hard.
