I booked this place with high expectations, and it's a shame I couldn't check it out myself. But I trust my choice was not wrong.

🌿 A Wonderful Babymoon at Veranda Natural Resort, Kep 🌿 We had such a wonderful and memorable babymoon at Veranda Natural Resort. This was not our first time staying here, and once again, the experience did not disappoint. ❤️ I especially appreciate the team’s effort in arranging the bed decoration exactly as I requested, including the “Happy Baby Moon” setup. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise that made our stay even more special. 🥰 The peaceful surroundings, beautiful atmosphere, and warm hospitality made it the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy some quality time together before welcoming our little one. Thank you so much to the Veranda team for making our babymoon so memorable. We truly appreciate the care and attention to detail. We will definitely be happy to come back again! 💕🌿

As a professor of tourism at a national university, I went to a quiet place for three nights and four days with my wife and Choul Chnam. What surprised me was that the place was under construction. Due to expansion work, the elevator didn't work, and the internet was cut off. Whether they were local children or not, they jumped into the swimming pool fully clothed. This is a very serious matter. Also, because of the construction, some of the food was inevitably dry, and I couldn't help but be disappointed. I wanted to cancel immediately upon arrival, but there was one thing: the room the manager showed us had a king-size bed occupying two rooms. The view was good, and the veranda was nice. My wife and I have traveled for 43 years, visiting 25 countries ranging from Africa. Everything was clear at a glance. Considering the future development of Kep... praying that Cambodia could live a more prosperous life through the tourism industry, I endured the pounding sound of concrete being drilled and returned.

Knai Bang Chatt was truly impressive. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and full of history. Although the property has been around for many years, it has been very well maintained, with so much care and character in every corner. The staff were excellent and made the stay even more memorable. From the first day, they kindly showed us around the resort, explained its history, and assisted us with everything we needed. Even late at night, they still made sure to escort us safely back to our room, which was very thoughtful. Although the resort is not directly on the beach, staying here felt like being in a quiet, private world away from everything. The atmosphere was calm, charming, and deeply relaxing. I would highly recommend Knai Bang Chatt to anyone visiting Kep. It is the kind of place everyone should experience at least once.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

Here are a few highlights from our unforgettable stay: The Villa: Our villa was absolutely nice, clean, modern, and beautifully designed—the perfect place to unwind. The Views: Waking up to that breathtaking mountain view every day was pure magic. The Amenities: The swimming pool was pristine, refreshing, and the ideal spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The Hospitality: What truly sets this place apart is the team. The amazing staff went above and beyond at every turn, providing amazing service with genuine warmth. Thank you, Serene Vita Retreat, for an incredible experience. We cannot wait to come back!

We were nicely welcomed and checked in very easily. The bungalow was quite roomy, a little hot but we had a mobile fan that was just enough. We were right in front of the swimming pool which was accessible even at night so we had one last dip to refresh before going to bed. The vegetation between the bungalows made for a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience. If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well. Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

The hotel is located about 3 km from Kep Beach, so it’s a bit far if you plan to walk, but the stay was very pleasant overall. The hotel itself is new, clean, and very comfortable. The room had all the necessary amenities and plenty of storage space, which made the stay convenient. On Sunday morning, breakfast was served from 7:00 to 10:00 in a buffet style. The selection included noodles, rice, chicken, fish, fried and boiled eggs, watermelon, and filter coffee. There is also a rooftop with a beautiful view of the sea, which was a very nice bonus. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. 🌊🏨

The hotel is managed by French, has Chinese service and is very enthusiastic. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the layout of the rooms is perfect, elegant and not lost, and the service is attentive, making people extremely comfortable. Everywhere I am so hard, today is 30, and I will give us a few Chinese guests to celebrate the Chinese New Year. The price is also very reasonable. Next time I travel to Baima, I will stay at this hotel.
