We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and overall we were happy with the hotel and its facilities.
During our stay, we noticed that the power sockets in the room were not working. We reported this to reception, and a technician attended within about 30 minutes. He identified that the issue was caused by a faulty hair dryer which had tripped the main circuit, and it was replaced promptly. After that, the power supply worked fine. We really appreciated the quick and professional response from the staff.
However, there was an issue with the room type. We booked a Triple Room Ensuite (1 double bed and 2 single beds) through the Trip.com app, but the room provided (Room 305) had 1 double bed and only 1 single bed, which did not match the booking details.
Apart from this discrepancy, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We hope the room description on the booking app can be clarified to avoid confusion for future guests.

WuyichenThe town is lively and charming, and the hotel is a family-run establishment with a bit of history. It's small but excellent, and our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast required a short wait, was semi-buffet style, and the food was quite exquisite—highly recommended. Of course, it would be even better if the value for money could be higher.

The hotel was in a great location. Very near to the centre of town but yet in a quiet area. The room was large, clean and had everything that we required. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice.

Love Killarney Royal Hotel. Elegant and cozy. Our suite at the front of the hotel was spacious and light. We didn’t mind facing the Main Street as we like to observe people going and coming. My friend got a bigger suite but it faced the inside so there was not much natural light and was dark. Breakfast was delicious. Service was great from the receptionist to the breakfast ladies and a special mention to John the bellman who recommended great restaurants, helped with our luggage’s and even hop in our car to show us the way to the carpark and walked back with us (3mn walk). Kudos to all the team for making our stay in Killarney memorable.

Guest UserWe stayed there for two nights during peak travel season in early August. You can’t beat the location as it is right next to the train station. The bed was comfortable but we didn’t sleep well even with the fan on as the warm and humid weather plus the insects keep trying get into our room made us feel uncomfortable. Food and service were okay at breakfast buffet but when we went to the same restaurant for dinner the Chicken Supreme we ordered is by the driest and tasteless we ever had. As people of colour travelling from Canada, we unfortunately didn’t get the same extraordinary service that other tourists are raving about.

Guest UserWas a casual trip with my friend. Really really like this hotel, it's my friends first time and my second time to stay there. My friend got surprised with everything. I like it even more than first time. Always feel want to come back again.
Everything was very good, receptionist was very professional, room was very clean. Spa treatment was fabulous. Maria was so kind and professional. Will definitely call back for her.
Another unforgettable person was Sean, always ware warm welcome smile on his face and give fantastic service as well.
I don't think I have enough words to describe our stay. Definitely recommend

It's great. The hotel is on the edge of Dingle town, and it only takes about ten minutes to walk to the town center. The hotel front desk service is enthusiastic, the room facilities are good, clean and tidy, and it is a very good accommodation experience.

Guest UserWe stayed for 2 nights in October 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very cute, not like a standard hotel room. The restaurant was very good and everyone was very friendly. It was in a great location for sightseeing-we did the Ring of Kerry while we were staying and we would have loved to stay longer. We hope to return some day!
