I’m really surprised by this hotel. I have stayed at this property twice during my trips to Cyprus, choosing it purely for its close proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been very disappointing.
I first stayed here at the end of last year. It was winter, yet my room had no quilt or blanket — only a thin sheet on the bed. I ended up sleeping in my clothes that night.
I was shocked by the room allocation on my latest visit. I was assigned a multi-guest suite. Although I was the only guest staying in this suite, as shown in the last photo, the key only works for the main entrance door. The door to my individual bedroom cannot be locked at all. There is an open corridor with several other empty, unlocked rooms inside the suite, which felt quite unsettling. I am far from satisfied with this arrangement.
Furthermore, on both visits, I encountered the same plumbing problem: the wash basin drains extremely slowly after use.
That said, apart from these issues regarding the rooms and accommodation setup, the staff at the front desk were very nice.
