We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!

I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day… but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well. [Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower. [View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it. [Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means. [Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received. [Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised. [Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well. [Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs! [Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat.

Location: Incredibly convenient! It's right near the H exit of Bell Tower Metro Station. After visiting the Terracotta Warriors, the bus dropped us off right in front of the hotel at Bell Tower Station. We could see our hotel as soon as we got off, which meant we could rest immediately – the location is just perfect! It's also very close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, so we just walked back in the evenings. Service: The staff in the lobby on the first floor, the front desk on the second floor, the cleaning aunties, and the hotel's personal butler were all warm, thoughtful, and had excellent service attitudes. Room: The environment is clean and bright, and you can open the window for ventilation. The sink drains very quickly with no strange odors, and the shower water pressure is great, which I really liked. The toilet is also clean and automatically heated, which is a nice touch. After a day of sightseeing, you can really get some good rest here at night.

Booked this hotel through Ctrip. Arrived at 12 PM and there was already a room available. The front desk staff, Yuki, was incredibly kind and efficient during check-in, and even upgraded my room type! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Street, and just a few minutes' walk to the subway station. Taxis are also readily available. The room was clean and tidy, no strange odors, and was serviced daily with fresh bottled water and two complimentary drinks. All the toiletries were provided, the bathroom was spacious, the shower had great hot water pressure, and the toilet seat even had a heating function! Breakfast was a generous buffet, a good mix of Chinese and Western options, plus some local specialties! Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for money! Yuki

I went here during off season.And I normally have a breakfast buffet. They told me they weren't doing it, but that they would bring us breakfast to the room. I was picturing a bowl of porridge. Maybe a bowl of noodles and some bread or fruit. They end up bringing an entire buffet to our room. It was fantastic! I had at least ten small plates of food. It was very well done.And they took great care of us. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Xi’an. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a clean, well-maintained swimming pool. The western breakfast was very tasty, with high-quality options. I also appreciated the beautiful statues and paintings throughout the hotel, which created a refined atmosphere. The staff were kind, professional, and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The room overall was pretty good, clean and tidy, and the bed was super comfortable to sleep in. However, one downside might be that the hotel is facing the street, so it can be a bit noisy. Luckily, the hotel has a '回' (huí)-shaped layout, so I asked the front desk to switch me to a room facing away from the street, and I slept soundly that night. Even though I had already messed up the bedding in the first room, the front desk was still very quick to agree to change the room for free. Thumbs up for the service attitude! Oh, and I have to mention, the guy at the front desk was super handsome and cute, you should totally go flirt with him, LOL!

The staff are kind, friendly and very helpful. I messed up my booking arrived at 2am and was still welcomed and got a room. The staff was also really helpful with finding locations like hair salons etc The place is beautiful - absolutely beautiful. The area is calm, has local restaurants and a lot of electronic stores. At the same time the location is very central and not far from the metro, bell tower and street food. The bed is really good. Lots of pillows, towels, smart toilet, nice body products and lots of plugs. There were also snacks and tea all day long and free luggage storage.

Highly recommend! 1. The location is superb! It's just a few minutes' walk to Yongning Gate, the subway station, and Xiaonanmen morning market. Getting to the Bell and Drum Tower and Muslim Quarter is incredibly convenient. 2. Great views – you can see the city walls from the room, which adds a lovely touch. 3. The hotel is very new. 4. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the smart features are a big plus. Soundproofing is also good. 5. The breakfast is extensive, offering both local Xi'an snacks and Western dishes. 6. The front desk staff are warm and helpful; check-in and check-out were super fast. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of decorative touches in the room that prevent it from feeling bland. The mattress was incredibly soft and the headboard was just the right height, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. I was a bit worried about sleeping poorly away from home, but I slept incredibly well. The room facilities were complete, and my friend and I spent so much time at the hotel we barely wanted to go out and explore! The service was also excellent, with staff showing genuine care for guests, and the hygiene was impeccable. Plus, they even have cat rooms, which are adorable! The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the Line 2 subway station, making it convenient for transportation, dining, and sightseeing. It's very close to attractions and offers great value for money.
