This hotel is perfectly situated right by the Yongning Gate city wall, with Yongning International just next door. We stayed in a family room with a city wall view, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, stunning views of Yongning Gate and the city wall – both during the day and especially at night. The hotel's fifth-floor lobby and restaurant are incredibly picturesque, and the observation deck provides fantastic night views of Yongning Gate and the city wall. It's also super close to attractions like the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter, as well as shopping centers like Wangfujing, SKP, and Heshunhui. The hotel service was great too! A special shout-out to their zero-pressure sleep pillows – they were incredibly comfortable; I haven't slept on such a perfect pillow in ages! My only minor suggestion would be for more frequent cleaning of the public restrooms in the lobby. Both times I used the men's room during our two-day stay, there was a strong odor, which really detracted from the overall experience. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!

Hotel room very spacious,approx 450 sq ft,.. full set of room amenities. Shower room very spacious . Water pressure is good , .hotel staffs are very friendly. Breakfast delicious with various of food including fresh fruit . Free self service laundry room , inside with four washer dryer , free laundry detergent supplied. I can say staying at this hotel really value for money . I will not hesitate to stay here again when I visit Xi'an again. Strategic location , MRT jus located at the corner with short walk. Night market and restaurants are nearby.

The hotel's location is excellent, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, clean, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and I'm very satisfied with my stay!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from the Bell Tower and right next to Exit D1 of Guangjijie Station on Metro Line 6. Since it's a relatively new hotel, the room facilities are quite modern. The staff are very polite, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. From our triple room, we even had a view of the Bell and Drum Towers. Upon checkout, we were given a complimentary souvenir. I do have a few small suggestions: it would be great to have a mini trash can on the vanity for makeup waste, saving a trip to the toilet. Besides the standard bar soap, perhaps a bottle of liquid hand soap could be provided to cater to different guest preferences. The lighting in the bathroom is generally a bit dim; for guests who enjoy doing their makeup, the light from the magnifying mirror alone is insufficient. If I have the chance to visit Xi'an again, I would definitely consider staying here.

Choosing this hotel for our trip to Huashan was an excellent decision! The service was incredibly attentive. The lady at the front desk was super quick with our check-in and proactively recommended hiking routes and hot spring opening times, all with a gentle and patient demeanor. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent—we couldn't hear any outside noise. The garden view from the floor-to-ceiling window was incredibly soothing, and the toiletries were comprehensive. The hot spring water was wonderfully warm, and after a hike, a soak there completely relaxed my entire body. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!

The lobby environment is great, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. It's right next to the city wall, and the subway station is a 3-5 minute walk away. Service: The staff's service attitude is very good. They always actively resolve issues. Facilities: One thing I absolutely could not accept was that the rooms are not smoke-free. The smell of smoke was very strong. I even bought white vinegar, a spray bottle, and baking soda to try and get rid of the smoke smell. Hygiene: The bath towels and hand towels all had hair rolled up in them. There was no screen on the window, so there were many mosquitoes. The electronic mosquito repellent in the room wasn't working, and when the security guard came to check it, he just plopped down on the bed. I was speechless about that. Why can't they just replace something that doesn't work?

Absolutely delighted and very satisfied! I'll definitely choose Haimen JW again next time I'm in Xi'an. It was better than I ever imagined! The room was beautiful and comfortable, and all the staff were super nice and attentive. A big shout out to Monica and Lily for being especially thoughtful! They proactively asked about our needs and tried their best to accommodate them. The welcome fruit was lovely, and they gave us a high-floor room with a great view. The room was well-decorated, and since it was our anniversary, they even brought us a delicious small cake! The housekeeping staff were also wonderful. The lobby staff and the doormen at the hotel entrance were all great! Everyone greeted us with a smile~ The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the Sauteed Noodles were amazing! The location is very convenient, and there's a fantastic teppanyaki place downstairs! Good! The biggest surprise of this trip was choosing such a wonderful hotel.

Facilities: This B&B is a real gem, and it's popular with foreign guests 🌙. Cleanliness: Super clean! Every nook and cranny was spotless 😊. Ambiance: I absolutely loved the vibe, my only minor gripe is that the room was a bit on the small side 🤫. Service: The service was fantastic across the board—from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew and even the gentleman serving breakfast, everyone was great 👍. Location: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the city square 🤩. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee ☕️ and wine 🍷. Even though I couldn't enjoy them because I was with my child 🥹, I really appreciated the overall atmosphere. In a city as historic as Xi'an, there are so many hotels, but it's nice to experience a B&B for a different kind of stay 😊👍.

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!
