Guest UserThe hotel's Wabi-sabi decor is both elegant and sophisticated. The butler service is attentive and thoughtful, and breakfast can even be delivered to your room. The room itself is comfortable and clean, and it's super close to the Muslim Quarter and Bell Tower. They also offer afternoon tea and even a photography service. It was a comfortable stay and great for photos – highly recommend!

MiemiemiemiemiemiebaThis is a grand and impressive hot spring resort, reminiscent of an era of economic prosperity. My friend and I had an excellent stay during the Dragon Boat Festival. Although the hotel opened in 2017, every part of the architecture, rooms, and gardens are exceptionally well-maintained. Plus, it wasn't overly crowded, and the hot spring water was clean and of great quality. They even provided a fruit platter while we were soaking.
The service truly touched me. From arrival to departure, enthusiastic staff members were constantly helping us with luggage, guiding us, and providing buggy transfers.
On our second morning, it was raining, and the front desk proactively asked if we'd like room service. The breakfast they delivered was incredibly generous.
It's a shame my friend and I arrived a bit late and missed out on the complimentary activities offered by the hotel. However, the staff patiently confirmed everything with us, which made my experience feel complete. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a good staycation.

Guest UserI returned from overseas and found my old house in Xi'an unsafe due to its age and being uninhabited for so long, so I chose this hotel near the Bell Tower. The location is excellent, with delicious food right on the doorstep. What's more, the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. A special shout-out to Xiao Qiao; even though she's new, she's very familiar with her duties and passionate about her work and guests. She not only showed me various room types but also offered many practical recommendations. The lobby manager and team also took wonderful care of my 90-year-old mother, who uses a wheelchair. We're very grateful for them accommodating our room change!
For the exquisite buffet afternoon tea, I highly recommend the Japanese daifuku and ice jelly—they were delicious!

Guest UserYou can't get any closer to Longshouyuan Metro Station, the location is super convenient. The hotel is relatively new, and the twin beds are 1.35 meters wide, so it's not too crowded even if you're sharing with a child. They said they upgraded my room, but the view... it was just okay, facing purely west. It was a bit dark during the day, and only when the sun was about to set did the light get better. The hotel has a small pool, and my child went three times. I didn't book breakfast, so I'm not sure how it is, but you can buy a group deal for it on Dianping.

Given Xi'an's already reasonable prices, this B&B right across from Huaqing Pool offers incredible value for money!
The location is absolutely amazing. It's a 5-minute walk to the Huaqing Palace scenic area, and you're right there as soon as you exit A at Huaqingchi Metro Station. In the evenings, it's just an 8-minute walk to Xidajie (West Street) to explore the night market, which is packed with super lively food stalls. The room's mattress is a King Koil, and the pillows are the same memory foam ones used at Atour Hotels – once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The rooftop skylight design adds a fantastic ambiance.
The biggest surprise was the terrace. It faces directly onto the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance venue, so you don't need to buy tickets or brave the crowds; you can enjoy the entire show right from the terrace. The view is superb, though the sound is a little distant. The stay also includes afternoon tea and a ceremonial breakfast. The breakfast features local specialties, with a wide variety, and is served until 12 PM – perfect for late risers! Enjoying tea by the fire pit on the terrace is incredibly relaxing, and the snacks are delicious too.
The owner has three cats, making it pet-friendly. The location, service, and attention to detail are all impeccable. If you want to explore Huaqing Palace and see the show without dealing with crowds, this is the perfect choice!

Guest UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations for our family trip with the kids. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had. The location is super convenient; it's a short walk or quick taxi ride to nearby attractions. Breakfast had a good variety and was refilled promptly. In the lobby, there are board games to pass the time, and they offer complimentary iced plum juice and lychee juice. The robot delivery service was the biggest surprise and the kids absolutely loved seeing the robot every time it came by. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay! 🏨

Peter and KrystalI strongly recommend this hotel located on Huimin Street near Bell Tower in Xi'an! The location is exceptional, walking distance to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter and the City wall making getting around very convenient. It is suitable for first time visitors to Xi’an. The hotel is impeccably clean, tidy and modern. The staff are warm and considerate, work efficiently, and respond quickly to needs. We felt very well looked after knowing we could contact hotel staff personally on WeChat if we needed anything. Yoyo even gave us the addresses of some watch repair places and she wasn’t on shift at the time. She also saw us outside and came to greet us and helped with our luggage before we had even set foot inside when we came to check in and this was after midnight!
The room is quiet and comfortable, and you can find tranquility from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was very nice with both western and Chinese choices. The Nespresso machine in the room and the capsules provided each day were enjoyed. The relaxing tea area in the room was a great place to sit and watch the bustling street from a distance. We asked for additional bottled water each day and it was never a problem.
The overall experience of staying here is very pleasant, and it is the first choice for tourists visiting Xi'an. There was nothing that could have been improved!

The location of this traditional hostel next to the city walls was very convenient and close to a metro station and at walking distance of some of the city landmarks. The room was very clean, beautiful traditional style, very comfortable beds & cosy bedlinen. Good water pressure. No noise at night time as double windows. Little offer of food and drinks at the cafe on the ground floor but many places nearby to eat and drink. I do recommend it!

EmilywenyinThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations, from the service to the decor – highly recommend! My strong feelings are definitely due to the contrast with other experiences. (😂) Let me specifically highlight the breakfast buffet: a warm welcome, guided to our seats, and asked if we'd like coffee or tea. When we headed for the 'shui pen niu rou' (a local beef dish), a staff member immediately came over to assist us. The buffet spread was incredibly generous, offering both local specialties for visitors to experience and other regional delicacies like 'jianbing' (savory pancakes)!
