The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was abundant, and they processed my invoice very promptly. Plus, having free parking downstairs made getting around super convenient. Next time I'm in Xi'an for a business trip, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

My stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience of warmth and professionalism. Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority. The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level. This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to popular attractions. Right across the street are two large shopping malls, so dining and shopping are also very easy. The hotel breakfast features a variety of authentic Shaanxi specialties; in just one meal, I got to taste delicious dishes like beef paomo, roujiamo, shuiben beef, hulutang, and youcha. The overall service at the hotel was satisfying, friendly, and attentive, with prompt responses to any issues. Five-star rating all around!

Choosing this guesthouse for our trip to Xi'an was such a pleasant surprise! The rooftop Bell Tower viewing platform offers an unparalleled view – the ancient city panorama is simply stunning, and every photo you take looks like it's straight out of a magazine. The staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, responding promptly to all our requests. We even received a farewell gift upon check-out, which was a lovely touch and made the experience feel special. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it incredibly convenient to visit the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. Our entire stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

I only stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is in a very strategic and convenient location, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The receptionist was also friendly and welcoming. However, I had two disappointing experiences during my stay. 1. The room was initially different from what I booked When I first entered my room, I noticed that it did not appear to match the room I had booked through Trip.com. The layout was different, including the location of the bathtub, and the room also seemed smaller than the one shown in the photos and videos on the booking platform. I am not sure whether the room was actually the same room category or whether I was given a different type of room by mistake. I later mentioned this to the staff at the Club Lounge. They were very helpful and immediately assisted me in changing to another room that matched the photos and videos shown in my Trip.com booking. I really appreciated their quick response and assistance. However, I was still left wondering whether the first room was given to me by mistake or whether there was some other misunderstanding. 2. The swimming pool cap policy was confusing The second experience was regarding the swimming pool. When my husband and our 2-year-old child wanted to swim, the pool staff told us that swimming caps were mandatory. Since we did not bring any, we immediately went to the pool reception desk to purchase one. At first, I only intended to buy one for my husband, but the staff told us that we had to purchase two caps, including one for our child. However, my husband noticed a sign at the pool reception desk clearly stating that swimming caps were mandatory for guests aged 3 and above. We explained that our child was only 2 years old, but the staff still insisted that our child had to wear a swimming cap, so we ended up purchasing two. After we finished swimming, I passed by the reception desk again and personally checked the sign. It clearly stated that the swimming cap requirement applied to children aged 3 and above. My child is only 2 years old, and during the time in the pool, he was simply sitting/soaking in the water while being held by his father. I initially had no problem purchasing the cap because I was happy to follow the hotel’s rules. However, after seeing the actual policy on the sign, I couldn’t help but wonder why the staff insisted on making us purchase one for a 2-year-old without first asking about his age. If the intention is for swimming caps to be mandatory for all ages, then perhaps the wording on the sign should simply be changed to reflect that rule. 😃 Otherwise, the current situation is quite confusing and, honestly, a little ironic. When checking out, I mentioned this issue to the receptionist. She apologized and kindly gave me a small Xi’an refrigerator magnet as a gesture. Thank you — I genuinely appreciated it. Overall, the hotel has a great location, and some of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, these experiences left me somewhat disappointed with my stay. I hope the hotel can clarify these policies and improve communication between staff members in the future. Thank you.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The environment is fantastic, seamlessly integrated with the Huaqing Palace scenic area. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. They provide buggy transfers from the lobby to the accommodation buildings and the restaurant. Guests can enter and exit Huaqing Palace an unlimited number of times. When going to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' in the evening, hotel staff even escort you with lanterns, and it's very close. Walking from the hotel to the scenic area, the view opens up beautifully, and it's incredibly relaxing. The complimentary 'Jinghong Travel Photography' was a great bonus; the makeup artist was enthusiastic and professional, and the photographer did an excellent job – I couldn't bear to delete any of the photos! 😌

Had a great stay here! The hotel is conveniently located right near Exit 6 of the Bell Tower Metro Station, and also very close to the Bell Tower itself, making it super easy to get around. Even though it's in a central area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, and the room had excellent soundproofing. All the facilities felt quite new, and I appreciated that the toilet and shower were separate. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Right next to the hotel's main entrance, on the right, there's a cultural street featuring local time-honored intangible cultural heritage delicacies, with shops like Tongshengxiang, Wuyi Restaurant, and Baiyunzhang – making it incredibly convenient to find good food. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic; they helped with my luggage, upgraded my room, and even gave me a parting gift when I checked out. After staying here for three consecutive nights, I moved to a hotel in the heart of Datang Everbright City for another two nights. However, that second hotel wasn't conveniently located near any metro stations. For tourists primarily interested in historical and cultural sites, I wouldn't recommend staying in Datang Everbright City. Even late at night, city bus tour vehicles are available at the Everbright City intersection to take you back near the Bell Tower. For first-time visitors, I highly recommend this hotel. However, I do not recommend buying the Terracotta Warriors direct bus ticket from Huatour Group at the hotel's intersection, as shown in my photo. I thought it would depart directly, but we ended up driving around within the city walls for an hour to fill a large bus before officially setting off. Plus, they first take everyone to smaller attractions where some people pay for purchases before heading to the Terracotta Warriors. I suggest taking the metro combined with a taxi for a more economical and time-saving round trip.

This guesthouse was exceptionally clean; the room had no strange odors. The new Chinese-style decor, with a Tang Dynasty touch, created an elegant and tranquil atmosphere. The hallways and public tea room were full of charm, and the facilities were complete and functional. The location is very close to Huaqing Pool. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, a great experience. We'll definitely come again.

The front desk staff were excellent. During check-in, they offered stools to sit on and provided a sweet and refreshing lychee drink that wasn't overly cloying. Every time we entered or left the hotel, the front desk staff would proactively greet us. Their politeness and enthusiasm felt natural and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. On our first day, the hotel recommended a noodle shop, which was only about 100 meters away on foot. Their oil-splashed noodles and dipping noodles were absolutely delicious. We chose the 'Light Enjoy' room, which wasn't the largest or best, but the square footage was very impressive. The sunlight and outdoor windows made the room feel very spacious and bright. The front desk service and housekeeping were on par with a five-star hotel. One evening, around 10 PM, we asked for two cans of Coca-Cola, and housekeeping thoughtfully delivered them with two cups of ice 🧊 in disposable paper cups, which was a reassuring touch for hygiene. (And we weren't charged for them at check-out!) The entire room was equipped with smart home features, the Wi-Fi was good, and breakfast was included. The breakfast was a great buffet with both Chinese and Western options, and the restaurant itself was quite spacious. On our last morning, we had planned a visit to the Terracotta Warriors, which caused us to be about ten minutes late for check-out. We had intended to ask housekeeping to assist with check-out so as not to delay the next guests, but the hotel waited for us and didn't remove our luggage prematurely, demonstrating their commitment to excellent service from beginning to end.

I strongly recommend this hotel located on Huimin Street near Bell Tower in Xi'an! The location is exceptional, walking distance to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter and the City wall making getting around very convenient. It is suitable for first time visitors to Xi’an. The hotel is impeccably clean, tidy and modern. The staff are warm and considerate, work efficiently, and respond quickly to needs. We felt very well looked after knowing we could contact hotel staff personally on WeChat if we needed anything. Yoyo even gave us the addresses of some watch repair places and she wasn’t on shift at the time. She also saw us outside and came to greet us and helped with our luggage before we had even set foot inside when we came to check in and this was after midnight! The room is quiet and comfortable, and you can find tranquility from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was very nice with both western and Chinese choices. The Nespresso machine in the room and the capsules provided each day were enjoyed. The relaxing tea area in the room was a great place to sit and watch the bustling street from a distance. We asked for additional bottled water each day and it was never a problem. The overall experience of staying here is very pleasant, and it is the first choice for tourists visiting Xi'an. There was nothing that could have been improved!
