I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day… but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well. [Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower. [View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it. [Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means. [Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received. [Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised. [Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well. [Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs! [Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful. I accidentally left my bag when checking out, and they took excellent care of it, showing great professionalism. The hotel is clean and bright, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The location is perfect; you can walk to the City Wall, Bell Tower, and Drum Tower. The hotel's underground parking is really innovative – cars are transported by a special elevator down to the third basement level, which was a unique and novel experience I'd never encountered before. Finally, a big thanks to the lovely front desk staff for upgrading our family room for free!

A delightful surprise during my trip to Xi'an, absolutely loved my stay! I chose this hotel for my visit to Xi'an, and it exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. The room decor is stylish, clean, and cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, even giving me great tips for exploring the city. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made my stay feel both safe and pleasant. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an!

My connection with Sheraton began years ago at the Sheraton Dameisha in Shenzhen. This trip was a quick one, so I only stayed a night at the Sheraton Xi'an Hotel, Bell Tower, but I was extremely satisfied. I was initially worried that the hotel's central location would be noisy, but upon checking in, I found the room to be surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area, offering both convenience and comfort. Furthermore, the staff left a deep impression on me: Jennifer proactively reached out to confirm my needs, Yukiki was flexible, enthusiastic, and thoughtful, and Hellen was meticulous and attentive. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends, and it will be my first choice when I visit Xi'an again.

The hotel environment is excellent, and I had a great experience. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were complete and smart, which was very convenient. There are many large shopping malls nearby, and there's a coffee shop on the first floor.

This is a typical chain hotel. During the off-season, there weren't many staff members around. The first front desk attendant I encountered was quite unhelpful and didn't seem to care! However, the service from other staff members I met later was much better. The room's cleanliness was poor (as shown in the pictures). Most importantly: I forgot to close my car trunk, and it was left open in the parking lot all day without anyone notifying me. After my trip, I decided not to extend my stay! I have no idea how Ctrip could rate this place 5 diamonds!

Location: Very close to Hepingmen and Dachashi subway stations, and right behind the Dongcangmen morning market. It's a quiet oasis in the bustling city. Cleanliness: Very clean. The staff cleans daily and replenishes toiletries. Facilities: The hotel has good soundproofing. Service: Similar to a business hotel, with free luggage storage.

What a pleasant surprise! This hotel is right next to the subway, making it super convenient for getting around. You can even get to the airport in as little as 30 minutes. The hotel's design is really unique and incorporates a lot of local Xi'an flair. The room layout is spacious, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view. The staff were also very welcoming and attentive. Lily Cui from guest relations was particularly warm and thorough in understanding and meeting our needs. Fantastic!

Facilities: This B&B is a real gem, and it's popular with foreign guests 🌙. Cleanliness: Super clean! Every nook and cranny was spotless 😊. Ambiance: I absolutely loved the vibe, my only minor gripe is that the room was a bit on the small side 🤫. Service: The service was fantastic across the board—from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew and even the gentleman serving breakfast, everyone was great 👍. Location: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the city square 🤩. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee ☕️ and wine 🍷. Even though I couldn't enjoy them because I was with my child 🥹, I really appreciated the overall atmosphere. In a city as historic as Xi'an, there are so many hotels, but it's nice to experience a B&B for a different kind of stay 😊👍.

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!
