The location is fantastic. It's very close to the D exit of the subway, the Muslim Quarter, and the Bell Tower. Most attractions are directly accessible from the hotel by bus.
The room facilities are complete; it has all the basics, plus a washing machine service.
The hotel also offers airport and subway transfer services. If you need them, you can contact the hotel in advance to book.

Location: 8/10 — Ideally situated adjacent to the Xi’an City Wall, with the metro about a 10-minute walk away. Surrounded by plenty of eateries, shops, and charming laneways, making it convenient and enjoyable to explore the area on foot.
Cleanliness: 10/10 - impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire hotel — rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless at all times.
Room: 8/10 — Fluffy towels, a very comfortable bed and pillows, and plenty of hanging space that works well for a longer stay. The only downside was the central heating, which limited temperature control, so we needed to open the windows to cool the room.
Service:
Service: 10/10 — While the breakfast selection was limited, it was sufficient. The afternoon tea was a nice touch, and the hotel staff were responsive and helpful, assisting promptly via WeChat whenever help was needed.

Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded me to the best king-size room, which was a huge plus and instantly enhanced my experience. The overall environment was pretty much as described online, but a heads-up: the hotel's advertised bar is currently not open. If you want to visit their cat petting area, you need to book half an hour in advance. I didn't get to try it because I had a cold, but it's something to plan for if you're interested in that kind of amenity.
The hotel uses international booking platforms, so there's a high proportion of foreign guests, giving it a nice international vibe. Another small tip: the laundry room has regular household washing machines, and it gets very crowded in the evenings, leading to long wait times. It's best to try and avoid peak hours.
The lobby environment is pleasant, and the morning atmosphere is great, though I didn't have breakfast. The surrounding area is also convenient; there's a pharmacy about 300 meters to the left downstairs, and also noodle shops and snack bars. The 'roujiamo' (Chinese meat burger) was delicious; I had it two days in a row. Overall, it's good value for money.

The hotel is very good, the ceiling is very high, I haven't had a good sleep for a long time, it's very quiet, the scenery outside is super good, the hotel is a big building, and the swimming pool is also very good! Everything is good, but it is recommended that the hotel can write a small description of the hotel facilities and restaurants and various services in a more obvious place in the room, such as the breakfast time, the swimming pool location opening hours, so that we don't have to call the front desk all the time.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance.
The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service.
Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained.
Best hotel in the city for sure.

The hotel's location is perfect, only about a 10-minute walk from the Bell and Drum Tower. Right across the street, there's a row of restaurants, making dining incredibly convenient. Near the Drum Tower, there's a high concentration of makeup and photography shops, so you can easily get a beautiful ancient-style makeover for some stunning photos in the old city. On my second day, I woke up at 6 AM, intending to visit the Xiaonanmen morning market, but to my surprise, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, there was a small morning market right at the intersection. For a tourist, this was more than enough, allowing me to sleep in a bit more. The local *Hulatang* (spicy soup) vendor at the entrance also had a great business.

This was my first time in Xi'an, and I wanted to experience the imperial hot spring culture. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations.
**Environment:** No need to say much; it's located within the Huaqing Pool scenic area, with beautiful landscaping featuring rockeries and small ponds, truly like an imperial garden. During my visit, some palaces were still under construction. The hotel lobby also had a very grand and Tang Dynasty-inspired feel. I didn't get to visit the outdoor hot springs, so I'm not sure about their environment.
**Service:** The service was absolutely impeccable. During my stay, hotel staff would first come to sanitize the private hot spring and then fill it with water in the evening. They even brought complimentary white fungus soup at night. Throughout my entire stay, I never had to carry my own luggage.
However, the service attitude at the hotel's restaurant was mediocre. Even though a service fee was charged, we rarely saw any staff. We had to refill our own water and so on. I really don't know what that service fee was for. At the end, when paying the bill, they didn't even bother to ask if we were hotel guests. It was only when we had paid and were about to leave, requesting the hotel's shuttle bus, that they mentioned hotel guests get a discount on dining. They then refunded some money to us. For a hotel of this caliber, it's quite unbelievable.

A huge shout-out to Oliver and Patrick at the Four Points by Sheraton Xi'an, Bell Tower front desk! My stay this time was truly memorable, thanks to their natural and attentive service. You could really feel the professionalism and warmth that are a hallmark of the Sheraton standard.
As soon as I entered the lobby, Oliver noticed me looking at the signs. He smiled and nodded from a distance, and that brief eye contact immediately put me at ease. By the time I reached the front desk, he and Patrick were ready with warm greetings. The check-in process was quick and smooth, with no awkward silences. Instead, we chatted casually about the weather and my itinerary, just like friends.
When they heard I was traveling, they naturally offered a lot of practical information. Not only did they recommend a roujiamo (shredded bread in mutton soup) restaurant that only locals know about, but Oliver also reminded me that the weather was getting colder and to dress warmly. While recommending the restaurant, Patrick even quickly sketched a simple map on a sticky note. This level of thoughtfulness, going above and beyond the usual procedure, is truly rare and appreciated.
Throughout our interactions, their enthusiasm never felt forced; it was a genuine and appropriate display of professional etiquette. This attention to detail and thoroughness was consistent from check-in to check-out. Thank you, Oliver and Patrick, for turning a regular stay into a heartwarming experience. If I visit Xi'an again, the Four Points by Sheraton Bell Tower will definitely be my first choice, and I sincerely hope the hotel recognizes such outstanding employees!
This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly.
The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent.
The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

Booked this for a friend, and they absolutely loved it! Forgive me for not taking any photos, haha. It's definitely worth recommending. The hotel is quite close to both the morning and night markets, which I really liked. I'd definitely stay here again.

ZZhuzhuailvyouDefinitely the best B&B in Xi'an [strong] [strong] [strong]
Location: Very convenient for getting around, close to Line 2, the Bell Tower, the Muslim Quarter, and Dapiyuan!
Accommodation: The hotel's design really appealed to my aesthetic. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was excellent, which was perfect since we happened to experience a big cold snap during our stay.
Service: The hotel staff (young ladies) were incredibly attentive, answering all our questions and fulfilling all our requests!
Food: Delicious! Delicious! Delicious!
MM40588****This hotel is very close to the subway station, which is a lifesaver when it's hard to get a taxi near popular attractions due to crowds, or during area lockdowns. There's also a commercial district nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient.
The hotel environment is excellent. Everyone from the doormen and front desk staff to the housekeeping and guest relations teams is warm and welcoming, providing great service. Manager Chloe even sent a welcome fruit platter and arranged for a late check-out.
The heating in the room was very strong, so there's no need to worry about the cold in winter. The swimming pool water temperature was also perfect.
The only suggestion I have is that while there was a drink menu in the room with very reasonable prices, when I tried to order drinks late at night from room service or the front desk, it seemed the hotel didn't have any in stock.
MM20241****Facilities: Well-equipped, with high-quality bedding and amenities.
Cleanliness: Spotless.
Environment: Directly opposite the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' square, just a crosswalk away. The B&B is on the top floor of a building that also houses a BBQ restaurant, Haidilao Hot Pot, and a mall. Downstairs, there are also food stalls. For parking, just follow the Haidilao signs; guests share an elevator with Haidilao and even get a discount there. From the top floor, you can see the lights of 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance in the distance.
Service: The owner runs the B&B personally, so any requests can be communicated face-to-face.
This place is like a five-star hotel disguised as a B&B – it has the high standards of a hotel combined with the laid-back charm of a guesthouse. When we arrived, an adorable, welcoming cat happily weaved between our legs and even sneaked into our room, begging for pets, which our child absolutely loved. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' the owner bought a watermelon and brought us a slice, which was wonderfully refreshing. Knowing we wanted to visit the Terracotta Warriors the next day, the owner also recommended a tour guide. Owner, please convey our gratitude to Guide Ren again on behalf of our family.

XXuemiaomiao22The hotel has a lovely courtyard with a small bridge and flowing water, giving it an overall Chinese aesthetic. The room was quite spacious, and I loved how the living area was separated from the sleeping area by a screen. The bedding was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast spread was generous. The service was enthusiastic. The only minor flaw was that the automatic curtain controls weren't very clearly labeled. Also, there was a wedding the day we stayed, and guests started making noise outside around 7 AM, which lasted for about an hour. It's not far from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City. Overall, I recommend it.
1118191****Our first stop in Xi'an was the Yifei Hotel. Its location is excellent, right inside the old city wall, within walking distance to the Drum Tower, Bell Tower, and the famous Muslim Quarter. The hotel environment is also superb. The coffee shop on the first floor is perfect for photos, especially with its Arhat bed, which gives a great vibe when wearing Hanfu. We booked a deluxe room this time, and it was quite spacious and very clean. They were able to tell we were a family traveling together from our booking time and names, so they thoughtfully arranged all our rooms on the same floor. The facilities and amenities are all new, and the smart hotel system makes for a very comfortable stay. The mattress is soft, and the service is excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back!
BBeatingUpwindThis is a difficult review to write. There’s a lot I like about Joke Inn - it’s in a cool location, the room was nice, and the staff are friendly. And I should mention - I don’t have experience with the inner, courtyard facing rooms - this is just about street-facing rooms….
I saw the reviews talking about noise and figured it was just normal street noise - which as a New Yorker I’m fine with. But what we experienced was FAR beyond regular street noise. We had a room facing the street (and the Xi’an city wall) and the issue is that there are two live music venues on the ground floor that compete by blasting the music - which bounces off the city wall into the room. The music goes until 2am every night (not just weekends). The earplugs they give you don’t even begin to be enough. After getting just 4 hours of sleep the first night I managed the next 3 nights by taking a sleeping pill and wearing huge uncomfortable noise canceling headphones. That should never be necessary in a hotel.
So the bottom line in my opinion is the owners need to figure out if they’re in the entertainment business or the hotel business because the two don’t mix - at least not for the street-facing rooms.

MMr DukicLocated just few meters from Bell tower, entrance is a bit tucked away ( left from mobile phone store is entrance next to some delivery boxes, take a lift to 3rd floor where reception is. You’ll get slippers and locker to leave your shoes.
I’ve stayed in shared 4 bedroom, pod was huge, I’m 6,2 and I could sit up without hitting my head. You get locker in the room but you can’t store large items , only underseat size bag or small backpack. WiFi is descent, toilets and showers clean, as entire hostel in general, laundry and dryer available , nice communal space.
I would definitely stay here again .
