The hotel's location is excellent, offering a quiet retreat in the midst of a bustling area. The rooms are new and very clean. They also offer airport pick-up service, and the front desk staff is incredibly warm and attentive. They even gave me a beautifully crafted special souvenir from Inner Mongolia. The breakfast spread was very generous. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

What stood out immediately was the staff—every single person we encountered, from the front desk team to the housekeeping crew, was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

The decoration is novel and the environment is comfortable. The hotel is located in the city center and is convenient for transportation. The facilities are complete, the room is very clean, the restaurant dishes are very delicious and the price is not expensive. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I will visit Venice Hotel again if I have the chance.

The staff provided attentive service, from the concierge to the housekeeping aunties, everyone had a smile on their face, making us feel right at home. The staff were very professional and resolved any issues quickly, which I was very satisfied with. The breakfast selection was also very extensive, and there was a free car park, making our stay very pleasant and comfortable!

Fantastic smart hotel - everything is voiced controlled -小度 is a wonderful bot - everything is new and spick & span. I love their free ice cream - such a nice touch and very welcomed on a hot summer day. Highly recommended!

Completely exceeded my expectations! I was just passing through Erlianhot for a day and chose this hotel because it offered free parking, an EV charger, and comfortable bedding. The room was spacious, and there's a charging station downstairs. In the lobby, you can try on traditional ethnic costumes and take photos – the quality of the clothes was surprisingly good! What really amazed me was the breakfast in the restaurant; it was incredibly comprehensive. I even noticed they used Anchor butter, which shows their high standards. They even gave me a delicious latte when I checked out! I genuinely recommend this hotel.

My friend and I arrived at the hotel very late. The service attitude here is very good, the environment is comfortable and clean, and it was a very satisfactory stay!

The hotel parking lot was spacious, making parking a breeze. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was attentive and attentive to every detail. I'll definitely stay here again! When checking in, the front desk couldn't find our reservation, and it was frustrating that someone who arrived later than us was able to check in first. Although the front desk lady apologized sincerely, I hope to investigate the reasoning. Upon check-out, both cards were refunded, and they sent a message saying they only received one. Shouldn't they have checked in at check-out? Or should they have confirmed how many cards were received?
