There are many souvenir shops and restaurants near the hotel, which was great for a solo traveler.
My one complaint is that even though I chose a room with a bathtub, the plug was faulty and the water wouldn't fill up. I figured it out and packed some handkerchiefs to keep the water hot. 😁 Other than that, the staff were very kind. If I ever come to the Bahamas again, I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.
The hotel environment is good, the facilities are a bit old but not bad, but the service is too bad, maybe they have always been like this.
There are free shuttle buses between several hotels, but it's best to ask for directions.
The price does not include breakfast, no bottled water, no slippers, and no other room service items except room cleaning.
The hotel also misremembered the bill and charged randomly. Fortunately, it was negotiated through Ctrip. Although the hotel was very procrastinating, the matter was resolved. Thank you Ctrip.
Unless there are special circumstances in this Atlantis hotel in the Bahamas, the price/performance ratio and service are very poor, so it is not worth going.

In a word, I had a comfortable time.
The reception was very kind to try make arrangement about my request.
There is no complain for my room except window(It was not cleaned enough).
I was surprised that there is a microwave oven in yhe room.
In addition, I think this hotel has many other strong points (for example, the location near beach, complimentary breakfast and so on)

The room is a bit small, but the view is very good. The bed is very comfortable, especially the pillows are sufficient and the height is very moderate. The hotel is also very cost-effective

Beside a daily tax fee of $55, that was never mention, they put a hold on my card for $200. A day for amenities or daily charges, TOTAL $800 BUCKS MANDATORY. I was not on property to use any unless it was to sleep in my room. So on check out they informed me it would be FIVE TO TEN BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THEY RELEASED MY $800 DEPOSIT. Now they have had my money for five days & now they want to keep it for another FIVE TO TEN DAYS.. WHO DOES THAT???
Me and my husband stayed at Warwick for a week, we had best time there- the food, the drinks, the atmosphere everything was really great. They have private beach which is nice, all the staff members were really nice and friendly. I would recommend my friends to definitely check out this place.
We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!)
The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?!
The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one.
All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!
The first day of the renminbi more than 3,900, the next day, more than 5,000, the third day, more than 7,000, the real tmd, the front desk, the efficiency of the front desk was extremely slow, the second day, the room continued to tell me that I was the last one and must let me change from the 18th floor to the 15th. The room type is not the same price, even if I told me that I must be doubled because of another room? How do WTF guests know that he lives a few floors? I didn't expect that when I played Check in, he gave me the 7th floor. I felt that I was being played. The front desk often had a person at night. The brain was not very good. The efficiency was particularly low. The system was very old. It really gave more than 1 point. I lost 20,000 knives in the casino. No one told me that I could change points for the hotel. When I check out, a friend told me that I would go back and ask them to say it is too late.
The hotel room was ok, although it was close to the beach but the room did not feel very humid. The facilities in the room are old and the hair dryer in our room is a bit sticky. Breakfast options are relatively small. There are meats, eggs, bread, coffee, water, fruits, milk and oatmeal, which are almost the same. Five minutes walk from Atlantis Hotel, really close. With the room card and pink card given by the hotel, you can enter the water park of Atlantis. Still very convenient. From Nassau's airport, take a taxi to this hotel for about 45 dollars, 30 minutes. Personally, I do n’t think it ’s necessary to rent a car on Paradise Island.

GGuest UserSo was a bit nervous after seeing reviews. This is a great hotel for the price you pay. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but everyone is super friendly and the food is great.
We stayed for New Year’s Eve and there was entertainment by the pool and a party for the evening and the buffet dinner had everything and more! The room was acceptable.
We walked to the ****** in the Baha Mal and a water bottle cost $15 so for the price we paid we had water on tap!

WWei WeiWhile this resort should have been the ”highlight” of our trip to Nassau, some things happened during our trip that made us reconsider if we should stay here again if we were to ever return again.
The good: the property have lots of wildlife, plants and water park to keep you entertained while you're here. Variety of food options in resort.
The bad: While the food is average about $30 per person per meal, the taste is mediocre for what you get. Older property, some things did not work well in our rooms, i.e., Loud AC, broken hairdryer.
The really bad: Got charged to my room for something we didn't use we're still trying to dispute. Hotel staff doesn't ask you your last name, just your room number to charge to your room. Seems like anyone to charge anything to your room.
GGuest UserThe scenery is great, and the hotel environment is absolutely first-class, but the hotel is too big to be a customer, the service is not so considerate, all the services are so cold, the cleaning is either knocking too early in the morning, or cleaning after noon after the sign is posted and the front desk is informed, the facilities are not repaired in time when they are broken, and there is no socket behind the coffee machine, so it has to be moved to the desk to use. In short, Atlantis in the Bahamas is not worthy of its brand and price

AAl92Hotel location is nice, 10 min from the airport, private beach and pool etc.. however like everything else in Nassau it wasn't really worth the money. The property facilities weren't great, for €350 a night, there was a small pool bar shack with a limited selection of drinks, limited sun loungers. Our room was fine, but quite small and pretty dated. The staff were all friendly and helpful though and there are a few nice restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk. As places in Nassau go, it's nice, however don't expect value for money or luxury.
